Good service, good salad. Went on a Tuesday when they had a special all day salads for $7. Also at this location if you are an LA fitness member you get 10% off on the regular price. I normally go to the Conshy location but these guys are much more generous with toppings and dressing. The guy at Conshy watches his workers like a hawk.

I would frequent this place however it lacks diversity and I have a difficult time understanding what is being said when I place an order. I know they recently filed for bankruptcy in 2014. However, they still need to remain competitive and up their game with the changing demographics! Plus, the quality and quantity of the salad I purchased was not worth the $7.50 I paid. So sad because it is in a good location right next to a LA Fitness and Spa. They could make $$$$ if they were more customer friendly.

Since the new owner took Over this place it's been awful! I always order very cheap toppings tomato, carrot, green beans, egg and chickpeas. They give me such little toppings it's like just lettuce for 9 bucks.. Every other salad works I have gone to is so much better.. Will not go again to Henry Ave

After my oldest daughter and I ordered a salad with dressing on the side, we sat down to eat. We ordered the dressing on the side since we were not sure if she should like the dressing. Unfortunately for her, she did not like the dressing. Unfortunately for me, I ran into Aime, the cashier who smirked and enjoyed saying, "Yeah, I'll give you a new dressing, that will be 85 cents." My response was a look of surprise and immediate statement of the obvious. I asked her if she understood that my daughter was 8 and she wanted to try something different, but didn't like it. Aime's response was, "Well, I am doing my job." Immediately, she disappeared into a quiet rage. Her colleague was mortified and immediately offered to fix the situation. I politely refused and said that we would eat the salad as it was. John, the manager spoke with me after our meal. He tried to make things right by offering a free meal. I thanked him for his politeness but I did not want to take anything from him. I promised him two things: 1) I would return and try the Saladworks at Henry Avenue again. 2) I promised I would post the review on yelp.com and be honest about how Aime treats customers. John said that he completely understood and welcomed the opportunity to show his crew the importance of strong customer service.

Yesterday was the THIRD TIME a topping was missing. Are the employees charging me for the topping and pocketing the money? My advice: Go to the Saladworks at Ridge & Butler Pike, up the Ridge about 3 miles.

I totally love Salad Works. This location is one of two that I frequent. The restaurant is clean and the service is decent. The free parking is definitely a plus and makes this location even more inviting.

This is more of a review for corporate. You sell lettuce and a few toppings and dressing!!!! Why $8.50? Because people will pay is ridiculous. I would eat hear almost everyday if it was $6.50 or maybe even $7 but I have to pass so many times that I would like to eat here just to make rent. Thank You.
