    When i went there with my girlfriend and it wasnt much to brag about. I mean you got the waiters who are not cheerful at all. They hang all in a lil group and gossip. Then when they come to you they act like your annoying them if your not ready to eat. Not Cool bro. The salad bar is ass. Their was not many choices. You maybe get like three leaves and a branch. Lol jk but you get what im sayin. I thought it was alot more to choose from till i figure out it was just a mirror. Silly me. But shame on them. lol

    I went to the Franklin Mills Mall location, last night with my wife, after doing some shopping. We arrived at 8 o'clock after the dinner rush, and the place was virtually empty. The hostess seated us right away, and said our waitress would be right there. Then we waited, and waited. The waitresses were all by the bar talking and laughing. Finally when I thought a waitress was approaching our table, she went to the hostess, and started a whole new round of conversation. There were roughly 20 customers, if that, at the time, so none of the staff was overworked. After waiting more than 25 mins ( yes I timed it ), for someone to ask if we even wanted a drink, we picked up our menus, and handed them back to the somewhat stunned hostess. I told her we could get better service anywhere else. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest I can go for the service.

    Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite chain of restaurants. I will always order the Tropical Sunrise (drink), try a new salad from the bar and try a different entree. I can always fallback to Chicken Fresco if there isn't anything else I want to try.

    Went here for dinner and it took so long for service to get their act together that I left. I haven't seen any thing like this before. The staff and manager goofed around with each for at least 10 minutes. Finally, one of the servers at the bar felt bad that I was still sitting there waiting and starring at them. I just had to walk away from that poorly run business. Maybe another time at another Ruby Tuesday but not here.

    Went here with a friend not too long ago. This place is visually appealing and when your food arrives it seems very nice and tastes pretty good as well. after I left I got very sick from the food and my friend has reportedly gotten quite sick from the food here more than once. Don't go here if you don't want to get food poisoning, their food is not cooked well at all.

    I went to this ruby tuesday twice and was disgusted each time.The first time i went the service and food sucked. I gave it another chance and the second time i was even more disgusted then the first. There burgers taste like cardboard and there nachos like paper. It's dirty and loud, and the waitresses are rude.They take way to much time to prepare a simple thing such as a salad.The waitresses never come back to see if your drink needs a refill. They don't smile and they look like they hate there job. Bad lighting, bad food, bad waitresses, and overall a bad time.I would not recomend going here, unless your drunk and don't care what your eating or about the service you get.

    I came here with my mom for dinner. Apparently making a turkey burger is a huge task that takes over twenty minutes even with the place isn't crowded. After finally getting it they decided to pit the avocado and slam it on the burger. I'm not a chef. Was I supposed to slice it myself? They take it back and send me another burger (which took another twenty minutes). They chef who cooked it brought it out. I guess I was supposed to be honored by that or something. After almost an hour I don't have much appetite left and ended up taking it home in a box. The manager offered us nothing after all this but 2 dry cupakes for dessert and access to the salad bar. If I wanted salad that's what I would've ordered.

    Many Ruby Tuesday fans would agree, not all Ruby's are created equal. To our mind, what qualifies a good Ruby is a clean and full salad bar. If our memory serves us correctly, this salad bar was in good shape. It is difficult to accurately assess large chain restaurants; to their credit, most serve consistent quality. However, at this restaurant, the turkey mini's were particularly dry. The colossus burger however, was juicy, thick, and delicious.

    Yelp requires at least 1 star-this one deserves -minus 1 stars. I went here with good friend of mine.We were doing some shopping & decided to grab some vittles. We went in, took them 5 minutes to seat us, as I looked around WOW--very unsightly , not cleaned, the carpets were atrocious ,food & crumbs everywhere. As they sat us down, still tons of food from the previous patrons-UGHHH. Well we ordered of food-think we got specialty burgers-they were good, but the area was untidy, the service Sucked Balls!! If I want to to go to Ruby's , I'll go to the new one by me, new - & clean tables, good management. No thanks!!! Surprised Health & food hasn't shut them down., or they're not Fined!!!??

    Service was terrible facility was terrible not clean dirty plates dirty utensils dirty salad bar empty and dirty food terrible poor quality tried to serve me bad lobster twice manager told me the rotting meat smell was from the butter and seasoning and that the lobster was fresh but why would you serve something that smell like rotten meat he offered nothing for the problem never going back if I could the stars would be negative 100 smh

    My brother and I went there for the first time a few weeks ago. Although the food wasn't that bad, I feel as if the store is highly overrated. As far as the burgers go, I felt like I was in an expensive McDonald's. An average-sized burger with lettuce tomatoes. The fish was good, but I could get better chicken from Popeye's. My food took forever, and my brother kept getting the free unlimited refill and french fry plates (which actually cost money) just to feel some satisfaction out of the meal, getting more of a bang for his buck. The service was good, but I felt as if it could have been better.

    I HATED RUBY TUESDAY!!! my dad took me and my brother there once and me and my brother got a cold turkey and cheeses sandwich.... I WAS DISGUSTING!!!!!! i do not advise anyone to go there!
