Whenever I have cash and want pizza, I'll order from Romano's. They have really good cheese pizza, which is somewhat hard to come by in North Philly. Its way cheaper than other places too. One thing you SHOULDN'T get is the wings. For some reason the sauce was black. Yes. Black sauce that was supposed to be buffalo sauce. This was a bad time because first of all the delivery guy didn't speak English so I didn't get any change. Then the weird black sauce that I actually tasted and it tasted like pepper sauce or something. I called and they told me that it got black because it was sitting out for awhile. Don't know what the issue was, but I threw it away. One bad experience out of dozens? I'll stick with the pizza and keep ordering from them.

I wanted Romanos because I saw they made Cuban Sandwiches. I love Cubans! I ordered the ham & pineapple Cuban. The girl that took my order was really nice, pleasant. However when I finally received my sandwich ..it was burnt...like dark burnt. Even had that burnt taste. So I called to see if I could have another one, it was thattt bad! and I never do this. They reluctantly gave me another. But this one was COLD ON ARRIVAL, under cooked, totally thrown together on soggy wet bread. & We all know Cubans are on fried bread! Not wet bread not burnt bread. I think they were upset I returned my first one, so they prepared me a bs sandwhich. I wound up eating sliced ham with cheese from the middle. To top it off ....Food was just OK. So if you dont want JUST OKAY food and chefs who carelessly prepare it.... Choose another Pizzeria!

Placed an order and they never delivered my food. Did not call to inform me of this and they do not answer their phones. Even told Eat24 that the food was STILL coming an hour after ordering. Obviously it did not. DO NOT order delivery from here.

I have to preface this by saying that we only had breakfast sandwiches. I had the turkey and egg on rye toast and my boyfriend had the cheese steak and egg on a roll. I wasnt that impressed but I wasnt surprised either to be honest. The turkey tasted like the cheapest cold cuts they could find with eggs and american cheese (they didnt have cheddar cheese which is a downfall in my opinion). I specifically asked for Rye Toast (toasted....i made that clear) and when it came, it looked and felt and tasted as if they put it in the toaster over for about two seconds. It was barely cripsy at all! My boyfriends sandwich wasnt all that bad but we've had better. I gave it two stars because it was exactly that...meh ive experienced better. We had them deliver so I cant really comment on the actual establishment itself or if it's any good at all. I will try other items on the menu and hopefully I can revise this review.

This place sucks, Pizza is ok. They are ignorant and rude. I live down the street so it's not a one time bad day. I don't know how some reviews claim there cheesesteaks were good, mediocre food and bad service. Can't wait for them switch managers or owners!....The YOUNGER girl at the counter is nice but that is it!

Italian stromboli (large) was amazing. But was kind of small compared to other places. I don't think I would ever order the Stromboli again because of how small it was, even though it was delicious.

Many places in Philly claim to have the best cheesesteaks in town but this place really does! An there's a bonus to that as well...They have a special everyday of 3 Cheesesteaks for $13. An trust me you will not regret eating there. If cheesesteaks aren't your thing the pizza and pasta are equally wondeful. You an your pals can get a good mow on for dirt cheap. Trust me.
