They deserve a bit of an upgrade. They have gotten a lil faster with service. I'm not waiting forever to order and get my food like I was in the past. Breakfast is still the typical breakfast though. I order sausage egg n cheese on a plain bagel. Comes out fresh and hot so no complaints. I still haven't gone during lunch yet. Like I said in my previous review, there are tons of options in the city, so most likely its just my breakfast spot when I'm lazy and don't feel like walking out of my building

I'm disappointed. I just got a smoothie from here and instantly regretted my purchase after I saw the lady put this red liquid into my smoothie. I think it was suppose to be the "watermelon juice". It's not juice, it's red colored, artificially flavored watermelon drank! In addition, I saw blue drank and orange drank behind the counter. There is some real fruit in my smoothie but the fake watermelon taste prevails. If I wanted a fake watermelon smoothie, I would have went to 7/11 and got a watermelon slurpie for $1, not the $5+ I paid for this thing.

I went in and there were three people working there. One woman in the back, making a batch of something. One woman writing something down, maybe writing a novel. One woman at the register texting vigorously. I stood there and looked at the menu. I decided what I wanted. But no one would help me. I was completely ignored. I didn't stay for more than a few minutes because I just walked right out and picked up a bite at literally one of the HUNDREDS of other similar places in a 2 block radius. I guess this place relies on the laziness of people to not want to leave the building because amazingly, they are in business and have apparently been in business for a while. Seems like anyone can run a successful sandwich shop with minimal effort.

The cafe is located inside the Centre Square, so it is a good stop for office folks and people coming out of the subway station. This cafe is kept quite clean, organize and up to date with current food trend. They focus on healthy foods and snacks. They offer variety of foods in terms of wrap, sandwiches, soup, bagels, etc. On the go food as you can say that isn't burger and fries. Raindrop Cafe is good for a quick bite before heading to work, good for a stop for lunch with colleagues. The deals at Raindrop Cafe are something to look at. I like their parfait, rice pudding (used to have), Italian wedding soup, hummus and smoothies. What I also like is that they are constantly changing their menu, adding new things, have more things to offer.

Their breakfast sandwiches are great. They use actual fresh eggs, as opposed to the frozen stuff from the famous donut chain. My office mates and I stop in almost daily every morning. Great for breakfast.

Honestly, so disappointed in this place. I really used to be satisfied with it. I work right across the street and it was so easy and fast and the prices for a combo soup and salad were great. Today, I ordered a mandarin chicken salad. My chicken was raw, i think i found about 2 slices of mandarins and to top it off, a nice little dead bug. Nice right?! Sorry raindrop, you failed me.

I would give this place 2.5 stars if I could, but I feel comfortable enough rounding this up to 3. Like most people who frequent this place, I only go here because its so close to my office building. I come in here every morning and get hard boiled eggs, a banana, and a yogurt, and it only costs me $2.45. They have bagels and breakfast sandwiches as well. Have tried them both and am a fan of them both. They have no credit card minimum, so I always charge my $2.45 on my card. Their lunch options are just ok. Don't really like the chicken/protein that they use in their wraps. Their smoothies are kinda watery, but I still enjoy them for what they are. They have a smoothie/salad/sandwich combo for about $8, which I think is pretty reasonable. They also sell chips, a good selection of drinks, and some other dried fruit snacks. Good place to go if you work in the building and are starving and need *something*, or if you're on your way to catch the El. Hate how they close immediately at 5 though. They could pull the crowd who wants a bottle of water before they catch the train. I guess they just don't care.
