The DD website has this store open until 9:00pm, while the signage on the door indicates the store closes at 8:00pm. Apparently the 8:00 time is correct. The staff made no effort to notify the customers present that closing time was near. I found out when the overhead lights were turned off and one of the employees was putting on his coat. A announcement at the 30 minute mark or even the 15 minute mark would have been nice.

Passing through and grabbed a breakfast combo of plan bagel and cream cheese with a cup of coffee. Bagel and cream cheese was good. Toasted warm and crispy and just the right amount of cream cheese. Coffee was ok. Place is very busy and has metered parking across the street. Employees were pleasant. Overall, I would stop by if their were more parking available.

Don't judge me! I come for the coffee, not the donuts. Ok, ok maybe I come for one donut because the coffee is horrible. Iced coffee is like diarrhea in a cup. Even the regular hot coffee is as well. They overload it with tons of sugar and cream. Even when I asked for little cream, I'm still drinking more cream than coffee. But, the toasted coconut donut is die for. It's very rare to find, but when I do find it, it's gobbled down in a split second. Breakfast sandwiches are greasy and not fresh, but I guess it'll do when you're in a rush. Overall: Don't get the coffee. Better yet, don't get the coconut donut, because it's MINE!!

This place is the absolute pits..Whether it be one person taking your order, but they cant take the cash so you have to order it again with another register jockey, causing the already confused employees to become even more confused,or recieving a cold sandwich,or being called honey by the opiate addicted donut girl that is 5 years your younger..Weird place, 1 day it'll be an Asian staff, next day a Punjab staff, and the next day it looks like the junkies from the Gaudenzia rehab down the street are running the circus. If I didnt work upstairs this dump would have been 86'd after my first visit.Im actually really upset there is not a no star option on this site, because this place stinks!!

Today i gave the cashier a $20.00 and she gave me change for $10.00. The donuts are hard and dry. The 80% of the people who work there are rude and can't make a simple cup of coffee. Now they can't do math, speak english and are always confused. Go get your coffee at the Dinners across the street or at 17th and Wallace. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I live nearby this dunkin so I tend to come here for my coffee on the weekends, but I always dread going. The staff always seems to have a friend in the shop and spends more time talking to them than the customer. They can be rude and I usually have to repeat my order at least once. Don't get me wrong, I'm not looking to be bowed down to when I enter, but it would be nice not to feel like I'm bothering the cashier by showing up.

the coffee is weak. i've been going to this Dunkin Donuts for almost 3 years and within the last year, i started getting really watered down coffee (i normally order a small coffee, cream+sugar). once, i saw the woman pour coffee out of this plastic container that looked like it was mostly water (my eyes may have deceived me, it was like 5 in the morning). the past 4 times i went, the coffee was just horribly watered down, it had no taste, they may as well have given me dirty water with cream and sugar in it, because i think they use those flavors to mask out the fact that there's hardly any actual coffee in it. bottom line: don't get coffee here, unless you like coffee-flavored water.
