I work very close to this Dunkin Donuts, and I usually get the same thing, sweetened black coffee, Large. They have been pretty consistent at being average. I would not say that it is the best coffee you can get in the area, but its quick and efficient. The drive through is usually busy in the mornings, but the lines move fast. There is not much on site parking, but if you're traveling North on City Ave, its very efficient.

I was very impressed with this particular Dunkin Donuts location. They were very polite and the drive through service was LIGHTNING FAST. Seriously, it reminded me of the pit stops in motorsports. You pull in and, seconds later, you're on your way. Kudos for the little things, like extra napkins/catsup in the bag, coffee at the perfect temperature with just the right amount of cream and sugar, and handing my change to me correctly (coins first into the palm first followed by the bills and receipt).

The service is fast and the staff are very friendly, I ordered to medium normal coffee's to go, my coffee was not as strong as I would have liked it to have been, the sandwiches i ordered,( Ham and egg) were very dry.

Somehow, for whatever reason, their coffee tends to be weaker than standard Dunkin' coffee. However, the drive-thru line is easy to navigate (relatively wide lane, not many twists and turns around the lot) and it moves pretty quickly even when it looks as though there is a long line of cars. It's also conveniently located right on City Line. The staff have been cordial when I've come here.

1 black coffee from starbucks cost 2.95. 3 cups of black coffee from Dunkin Donuts also costs 2.95. 'Nuff said.

This dunkin' is gross. There were bugs all over the walls that we kept swatting away.

Hey, Dunkin' Donuts is Dunkin' Donuts, ya know what I mean? But, actually, this one is a cut - or maybe a half-cut - above. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. I nursed my iced coffee for about a half-hour (I was waiting to get a call to pick someone up from a Dr.'s appointment) and no one bothered me. The store was clean. The clientele was nice and diverse. The only negative is that they were out of Boston Creme donuts, but the new Oreo donut was a more than adequate substitute. There was lots of parking too. Actually, the parking lot was so big that it was a long walk from the parking space to the store. That's OK though. It was an opportunity to walk off the Oreo donut.

Today I went in for a bagel twist, and asked to have it toasted with butter. They told me they will NOT put butter on it. When I asked why, they told me it was not their "Policy." The woman's tone was extremely rude and argumentative. Not their POLICY????Excuse me??? I didn't realize a policy was needed to put butter on a bagel!! Every Dunkin Donuts does it. SCREW YOU HARD, LADY!!!!!

this is by far the worst dunkin donuts i have ever been to. the employees are rude, ignorant, and incompetent. the people there have absolutely no idea what they're doing, ie; today i went there to get an iced coffee, nothing special. it took the man more than five minutes to properly process my order while being rude the entire time. after getting my order correct, finally, he didn't add any cream or sugar to my drink even tho i specifically ask for extra cream and sugar. then i asked him if he added any cream or sugar to my drink, which he replied rudely, "yeah i did". i knew he didnt so i asked him if he could add more, in turn he said "go do it yourself". i will never go to this dd again and i strongly suggest that no one go there either.

Quality of food is consistent with every other dunkin however the service is awful. My last two trips I have had errors in my bagel order. The first time they forgot the cream cheese. The second time, they gave me a side of cream cheese instead of putting it on themselves. If I am going through the drive-thru I do not have time to put my own cream cheese on. During the second bagel incident the female cashier forgot to charge for a specific item (cant recall). After we paid we picked up our order and as we were walking out she demanded the additional charge on her mistake. A male co-worker told her not to worry about it but she was still very rude to us about. Now I watch all sorts of food and restaurant shows on tv and the experts always comment that no matter what the customer is right. The employee or establishment needs to correct the mistake and ensure the customer revisits the establishment. Maybe this female cashier needs to turn on the food network when she gets home and watch proper customer service. Any way we paid the extra charge and walked out. Definitely going to skip this dunkin from now on. ^ ridiculous rant... I know...

This is the best Dunkin' I've been too. It should get about 3.5 stars but I will err on the side of caution.

Can these guys ever get it right??! Every now and then, when I'm in a hurry to get to work I'll drive thru the Dunk. The guy working the loudspeaker is 0 for life on getting my order correct. Say "no sugar", he'll pile it in. Say "glazed donut", you'll get an old fashioned. And if you let him know he made a mistake, he huffs and puffs at you. Plus, the coffee's usually too f'n hot to drink until I'm already at work and tastes like crap. I don't understand the East coast Dunkin Donuts obsession.

Since my last review the DD on City Line seems to have gotten a little religion. I was desperate sleepy and had to drive, and went to the drive thru here - I was much more pleasantly surprised. They actually got my order right and asked me if everything was okay when they made change. So maybe there's some hope for this place after all.
