Rude and unhelpful staff, the donuts and the food are okay but who wants to be treated like crap early in the morning by a worker that hates their job. It's not worth it for overpriced donuts and coffee that isn't even that amazing.

We arrived in Philadelphia at 5:30am May 4 2015. At 6am we were inside this terrible dunkin donuts on May 4th 2015. We walked up to the register desperate because my 75 grandmother had to use the restroom. We asked the old lady behind the register in a pleading way that this was a emergency. I understand that they did not have a bathroom available to the public, but when there is a elderly women who at this time really has no choice this is one of those times you break the rules and you help your fellow women. What kind of person are you to turn someone away in this case. I am not writing this review because she said no, its how she said. We asked, and the look that came on this women face was one I will not forget. It was one of the coldest looks you could give from a soulless women. Who continued to say no with her hands up and walked away in to the back as if we were some kind of lower life forms for even asking. I will never spend my money at Dunkin Donuts again in less I am starving to death and I have no choice. I hope the owner reads this and realizes that even the smallest actions from a very bitter old women can affect your revenue, and if the owner thinks this is fine he/she will never thrive in a costumer service industry.

Yes, this is Dunkin' Donuts, Joe Z, but there are many reasons other than bad coffee to dislike this location. We went in at 7:00 on a Monday night. More than half of the donut varieties were out, the employees didn't know the daily specials, and they did not have any decaf brewed. Only then did I realize why it seems so spacious for a Dunkin' Donuts. They had no tables and chairs. The employees explained that there was a "problem with homeless people". One would think that a multimillion dollar company could find a way around this. Since it was cold and raining outside, we sat on the window ledge to eat, while the employees gave us a look of disdain. Unwelcoming does not even begin to describe the experience. Oh, and the donuts were old! Blech.

This is my "regular" Dunkin Donuts and no one EVER gets my order right. You could ask for a large iced coffee with cream and 3 sugars, and they will give you a medium iced coffee with skim milk and sweet & low. Seriously, the eyes of people who work here glaze over when you order, I don't even think they hear what you're saying, then they give you whatever the hell they want. Not exactly convenient to exchange, either, when you're in a hurry to get to work.

On my trip to Philly in March of last year, wanted to try the Irish Creme Donut since there's no Dunkin Donuts in SF. Actually enjoyed it a lot but I can never eat more than one donut. I always order a Dunkaccino (blend of coffee and hot chocolate) with my donuts as well. Great on a cold morning and love the aroma of it. Small location with sticky tables. Employees pretty much don't care too much about their job.

Is this really a business or is it some kind of front? Does the owner know that the employees don't even so much as look at customers, much less express interest in taking their money? There are Dunkins at 7th and Market, 10th and Walnut, 11th and Chestnut, and many other good places besides (Passero's, Starbuck's). In the time it would take you to walk elsewhere and order, you MIGHT get a glance from one of incompetents who "work" here, if they happen to saunter to the register. The fact that this place stays open in such a coffee shop-saturated location makes me question basic tenets of capitalism.

I went in this morning for a simple order--chai tea and a bagel with cream cheese. It took 15 mins...and there was one other person in front of me. The two people behind me got served first for whatever reason AND a guy randomly walked in with a cup looked at the girl working behind the counter and she filled his cup and zero dollars were exchanged?! I consider myself a pretty patient person but this is absurd. I won't be back and I work around the corner!
