The upper reaches of Washington Avenue are rather bleak with warehouses and abandoned buildings all around. The only ray of light in the area of 15th Street is the corner Dunkin Donuts. On a dark night, it is like seeing Las Vegas as you drive in from the desert. This particular shop seems to be a hang out for a certain taxi company, where at any time of the day, the parking lot and surround curbs are parked up with off duty cabs. The drivers stand around outside or sit within, chatting in their native tongues, and sipping the local brew. All this adds to the color of the joint. The coffee is pretty much standard issue DD. Never great. Always adequate. The bakery offerings are below average, as if they are being made by people who don't really get the donut concept. Maybe that's the way the cabbies like them. It's hard to get excited about any Dunkin, and this one is no different. Any caffeine in a storm.

The worst, slowest, no English speaking/understanding operators I have ever seen. Ever!! I have been to at least 100 DD's all across the country and this group of Habbib's had no clue how to operate the POS or half the equipment in the place. It was so bad, a cab driver came in and I asked him if he knew what to do!!! 38 minutes for an Iced Tea and corn muffin and only 4 people ahead of me. Wtf!!!

This is the Dunky on my way to work in the morning, I tend not to stand in the line if it's past the door. The line does move fairly quick, but it gets kind of cramped in there. It's kind of awesome that it has a parking lot (when I drive) but I wish they had a bike rack. They do have a few homeless people that hang out front or inside, but they won't bother you! I have gone in there and ordered the same thing pretty much 4-5 times a week and only two of the employees that see me every day will really make it the best...but I'm always bummed when certain people make my drinks because the caramel in my black iced coffee isn't right somehow. In 2013 I have committed to not eating at any fast food chain places (the iced coffee doesnt count!) but when I was hooving down breaksams I would never eat a bagel there past 11am because they were always way too hard to eat. So watch out for that.

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes you get a decent cup of coffee and other times you get garbage. I find myself going less and less and usually just when Im desperate because it is close to the house. It's a shame that most of the DDs in this area are pretty poor in this area. I assume they are all under one poor franchise owner.

I've been to this DD a few times and every time, it's been lousy. The service isn't great and the coffee is HORRIBLE!! If I could give 1/2 star, I would.

This Dunkin Donuts is about two blocks from my apartment. I usually only go there if I'm out of the coffee that I make at home and/or I'm too tired to go somewhere nicer. Well the other night I stopped in for a small coffee and a donut, but as I looked around at all the sad, empty bins, I realized they were out of donuts! Seriously, Dunkin Donuts was completely OUT of donuts. I asked the man at the counter if they had any in the back and he said "No. We make no more donuts until 4am." Mind you, it wasn't that late when I went in there...it was only 10pm. So the Dunkin Donuts is open 24 hours, but they don't have donuts from 10pm-4am? Really?

I'm a fan of Double D, but they vary from store to store. This one is a lower level DD, fo rills. Multiple times I have been served either sour coffee or milk. I'm not sure which one it was, but I DO know that the coffee was horrible and I don't go back. Go down to Broad and Christian, its 3 blocks away and much better (although much slower ... sigh)
