The old night shift guy was awesome with service but a new guy came and took over his shift. The new guy is pretty decent in service as well. Only took a few visits and he has already memorized what I want before I even said a word. Not bad not bad. But just like my previous tip I left on yelp for this branch... Night shift is still more accurate and reliable when it comes to ordering a cup of coffee the way you wanted. Night shifts should get a pay bump since they don't get as much gratuities as the staffs in the morning shifts.

The staff here deals with a lot of racism and general garbage every day. In my experience, this hasn't stopped them from ever being funny, witty and super chill to me and going above their requirements to accommodate me.

10 minutes ago, I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and two coffees. The guy working at the counter didn't ring up coffees as a combo, so when I asked for one of them after my order (1 of the coffees was made but was not rang up as a combo), he rang up the original coffee as a new transaction and charged me incorrectly. Even though I pointed that out, he didn't care or make an adjustment. I wasn't going to argue with people waiting in line. During the initial order , I even mentioned how the coffee should get made , cream and sugar etc but just didn't ring it up. I guess between pushing a button and me telling him how I wanted my coffee, he "forgot" that I ordered it ? So he basically stole around 3 dollars. Something small but enough for me to never go back here again.

Probably won't be seeking this DD out in the future. Ok let's face it we don't expect much when we lgo to dunkin donuts, heck I don't even expect customer service these days (which this place fully lacks). What I do expect is a cup of coffee that doesn't make me sick. The coffee was downright disgusting to the point where we threw it out. It tastes like it was made a day earlier.... Hey DD, "time to make the coffee!" It was obvious the person behind the counter was new because when I ordered blueberry flavor they had to ask a manager if they had that. Plus, he was so confused he asked the manager if she could make it for me, she refused and said it was easy and just pointed to where things were. Way to go for customer satisfaction!! This place really is the bottom of the barrel... Save your money, find a Wawa or a Starbucks.... Or a gas station, it would be better than here.

Fast service but inside and outside bums don't leave you alone for money. I was inline and 2 bums asked me so I stopped going. I will not go there ever again because of BUMS asking for $$$$$$

As it's my first visit in Dunkin' Donuts I would say that they have great hot beverages such as coffee or hot chocolate. I also tried croissont donut and it was average. Nothing special, but tasty. Overall: Beverages 5/5 Donuts 3/5

This DD is a poor example of the DD experience. The employees are nice and quick, my bagel was good, coffee as expected - BUT - the men hanging around outside the front door are intimidating. They usually ask for money, but his time one of them got right up behind me and shadowed me almost to my car! Today it was 3 seedy, gangster-y looking old white men, tomorrow it could be 1-2 totally different guys. I wish the corporate office would do something about this locations's loitering issue (outside). It's becoming a REAL problem. (Guess I'll hit B2 next time, but with a car to park- and no cash- the DD is more convenient.)

DnD oh how I love thee. I come here to mingle. I stay to imbibe and ponder life with friends. Am also grateful for the spacious, convenient private rest room. Caffeine is a hell of a drink. Amen. The Dee is where it's at.

For the most part, there's not much difference between Dunkin' Donuts locations, with the minor exception of the facility footprint and the employees who work there. I had the unfortunate experience of stopping into this Dunkin' Donuts at about 1 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25th. My mission was clear -- at least to me. I wanted a cup of coffee, a bagel and to use the restroom before my hour-long ride back to New Jerkistan (aka NJ). There were a few people hanging out in front of the store, standing by a car. I was hesitant to leave my wife in the car, but she insisted. As I walked in, there was nobody in the "order here" line. There were a few people standing further down waiting for their sandwiches. There was only one clerk behind the counter, who was transfixed to the microwave oven. After waiting about three minutes without anyone asking me what I needed, I headed off to the restroom. I returned to the counter and waited for the clerk to take my order, once again being ignored for about 3 minutes. Finally, I gave up and left without my coffee and bagel. This is, without a doubt, the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. My recommendation is to use your Yelp smart phone application to find an alternate location.

This DD freaks me out. Like others have said, there's always shady characters here. It's like Fright Night doped up on caffeine. The only positive thing I can say is that the coffee still tastes good and the staff are friendly and always have a smile for me (probably because I don't scare them).

The only reason for me coming here is my friend Mark. It's definitely been during questionable hours and questionable states of sobriety, but here's what I can remember. There is a man there named Raj that has a man crush on my friend Mark, and he always hooks us up with extra bacon on our sandwiches. Also, there's an entourage of hooligans who hang out here, and one of the ladies in this crew is always welcoming me in and out, holding doors and such. They are strange creatures, but ultimately kind and harmless (I think?). The bathrooms here are disgusting.

This has become my regular DD since it is a couple of blocks away. This is just about equal to all the other DDs I've been to in terms of service and quality. I don't think this place has ever put spread on my bagel, which is what I prefer so therefore I like it. When they're busy, they don't mix your iced coffee but just stir it a bit when you get a chance and you're all good. If you're used to the random misfits littered across the city, you won't even notice them here. I'm glad this parking lot is bigger than the one on Broad & Christian. CVS and Acme nearby makes this place an even more convenient stop.

For real? No one has reviewed this Dunkin' Donuts yet? This place is ridiculous. All of the weirdos around town come here at midnightish. There's this one guy that wears nothing but sweatpants with handcuffs hooked on the back of them. He has, hands-down, the biggest ass I've ever seen on a man, but the rest of him is kind of normal. There's never been a time that I haven't seen him there. If you go late enough, the owners feel bad that all the weirdos are harassing you, so they give you free doughnuts. It's open 24-7, which is awesome when you're drunk and starving and nothing else but the Melrose is open. There's parking out front, but the lot fills up pretty quickly in the mornings.

The night after the first epic snowstorm, my boyfriend and I failed at making it to Amada. Later that night we went to Dunkin Donuts to console ourselves. It lacked the normal crowd of crazies that gather there for some reason so it was just Raj, my boyfriend, some kid from Brooklyn and myself staring at donuts for a while. Brooklyn kid: Yo, can you hook me up with the six for $3 deal? Raj: You need coupon. Brooklyn kid: Yo, they do it for me all the time in Brooklyn! Raj: COUPON. [Holds up an example coupon] Brooklyn kid: Dude, I grew up in Coney Island! Hook me up! [Raj shakes his head] [BK paces around, frustrated] I don't know why BK brought up Coney Island. I don't think Raj knew either, but when we ordered 1/2 a dozen donuts he smiled at us and threw in an extra donut. I'd like to think it's because we're not obnoxious assholes from Coney Island.
