So I know that some people will say "it is Dunkin Donuts what do you expect?," but this Dunkin Donuts just makes me frustrated. I've been there on many occasions and at many different times because it is the most convenient location for me. I've found that their drive through AM crew seems to have it together where everyone else has no idea what they are doing. I don't want to bore you with the detailed stories of standing at the counter waiting for service or talking the employee through their job, I just want you to be ready for what you are embarking on. Unfortunately, many of us don't have a choice because sometimes we need coffee or breakfast and (at least in my case) am not good with time management in the AM. Forgot to mention - I've never had a bad experience with their food. It is just typical DD food.

I wish I can give this a zero star rating. The service is slow and one of the worst I have ever seen. On top of the long lines created by inefficiency; members of the staff now feel gutsy enough to talk back to you!!! If I were the Franchisee of this location- I would clean house. Fire everyone, start from scratch and immediately implement a time management performance based system. This DD has 100% lost my business. I am now more than happy to go up the street and overpay for coffee at Starbucks!

Easily the worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too. I don't go to many though to be honest, but I like to think I know what to expect when entering a DD. Back to it. Just awful. Every aspect. All 3 times I was in there I stood at the register while atleast 3 employees stared at me. I stared back obviously waiting for one of them to approach the register and take my order. Nope, a couple minutes past of staring and employee discussion. By some miracle someone appears and takes me order. I got a black coffee, toasted bagel and a hash brown. Hash brown was sickening, bleh. Soggy and lukewarm in the middle with a burnt, chewy outside. Gotta hand it to them though I didn't know it could be done! the Bagel was staleish but not bad. A black coffee is difficult to mess up. But overall after 3 visits, not going back. Unless its for a regular black coffee.

It's my third choice in my coffee rotation for places in walking distance. Good for a solid cup of coffee and cholesterol filled highly caloric breakfast samdwhich. Sometimes there's a line but moves quickly.

I have never been to a worse Dunkin Donuts and I've been to quite a few bad ones. On this one particular visit, I stopped in with my infant for a much needed cup of coffee. I was looking forward to getting a free one because the Eagles had won the previous day. After waiting several minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence, I requested my free coffee and was met with silence and a blank stare as if the cashier had no idea what i was talking about. Once he responded, I could not understand a word he said. I requested to speak with the manager who also spoke heavily accented english, so accented I could not understand a word. I managed to discern that the manager said the coupon/app was not working properly and therefore he would not give me the coffee. I was shocked. He was aware of the promotion, aware that the app was not working properly, and still would not honor the spirit of the promotion. Dunkin Donuts, find yourself some better management if you want to improve your customer service. I realize that I am upset over a 99 cent coffee, but it is more about the principle...you have a promotion for a free coffee after an eagles win...your own app malfunctions....and the management at this store would not honor it nor could they communicate in any intelligible manner. I will never patronize this store again and have a bad taste in my mouth over DD in general over this awful experience.
