They always rush you at the drive thru when you're trying to put your change away but with that being said the service is fast and the coffee is pretty good. I bought a bagel a few weeks ago and it tasted STRONG of chemicals so I had to throw it out. I won't be ordering food from this location again.

Good coffee and food, and a nice seating area. The music in the place was really loud and annoying. I asked the counter guy if he could turn it down and he said he didn't have the capability nor the permission to do so. I would have given it 3 or 4 stars but the deafening music made it impossible to enjoy a hot drink and sandwich.

I'm reviewing this particular Dunkin Donuts, not the brand generally speaking. I was out early looking for a good bagel. Having been thwarted by Famous 4th St.'s prices, I found this Dunkin Donuts on my way to Target in South Philly. There was a bagel place there once, but it was much smaller than this establishment. My first impression was one of surprise. I had not ever seen a Dunkin Donuts with a large seating area and free wi-fi. The colors stayed true to their brand, and that was a little overbearing (bright oranges and pinks). However, given the faux fireplace and flat screen TV, it was much appreciated. Beyond the appearance, the staff was very prompt and friendly. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and a small black coffee. The woman behind the counter let me know that I could upgrade to a medium coffee and pay even less. That seemed like a paradox with an answer (a paradox unto itself). $3.60 later, I was a happy camper. 4 stars for excellent decor (save for the colors), fresh coffee and bagels, as well as prompt service and very helpful staff. The best Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited.

This is one of the nicer Dunkin Donuts I have been to. It has free wi-fi, a tv with the news usually on, couches and lots of space and tables. The doughnuts are the taste the same as any other Dunkin Donuts and the coffee is always good here. It is also a very clean looking Dunkin Donuts. There is a drive thru and a shopping center parking lot as well that makes it very convenient to grab a quick coffee. However the drive thru crosses a bad intersection and is kinda of clustered through traffic. Be careful as you have to cross incoming traffic in a tight space to get from the order station to the pick up.

Why would anyone go to starbucks when you have a dunkin donuts like this? free wifi, casual coffee shop atmosphere, fireplace. this is definetely one of the nicest DD's i've ever been in. They also have a drive thru although the traffic flow for it is a little weird, but just follow the arrows.

I did not go into this DD but went through their drive-through. It is a peculiar set-up as it is at the end of strip mall. The drive-through order menu and speaker is across the cart-way from the front of the store so...... to get to it make sure that when you are in the lot, you are driving northbound and in the easternmost (river side) cart-way in the lot. After you place your order, drive into the porte-cochere to pick up. If it's raining, you may get wet as you place your order, but not when you pick up! There are two windows next to each other -- one to pay and one to get your order. We ordered two bagels, toasted with cream cheese, plus coffee. Coffee was super fresh. The bagels could have been toasted a bit more. They were warm on the outside but still cold on the inside and they were not particularly caramelized.

I love that this DD is on my way to work I the morning. It is one of the cleanest and most efficient Donukin' Donuts' I have ever been to. Each order is fulfilled in a very short amount of time and it's always accurate! The floor looks like it is mopped more than once a day and there is no trash to be found anywhere. Considering the location being on Columbus Boulevard and the amount of foot traffic they get I am so impressed by how immaculate this place is kept! There is a Drive Thru at this location too. I have always parked and walked in but if I'm there on a rainy and cold day I will most defiantly use this perk!

This is a nice Dunkin Donuts if you have time to stop and sit for a bit. It has a large sitting area and wifi. I have been a few times and it never seems that busy. Everyone seems pretty friendly though and I haven't had any issues with my order...which is sometimes a problem with chains like this.

brand spanking new location off south columbus blvd complete with a drive thru and a fireplace! color me surprised. they have comfy seating as well as regular table and chairs you'd find in any dunkin. it has free wifi and i experienced quick service. they were open late on a friday night which i also appreciated for my hot chocolate fix :)

They always rush you at the drive thru when you're trying to put your change away but with that being said the service is fast and the coffee is pretty good. I bought a bagel a few weeks ago and it tasted STRONG of chemicals so I had to throw it out. I won't be ordering food from this location again.

Good coffee and food, and a nice seating area. The music in the place was really loud and annoying. I asked the counter guy if he could turn it down and he said he didn't have the capability nor the permission to do so. I would have given it 3 or 4 stars but the deafening music made it impossible to enjoy a hot drink and sandwich.

I'm reviewing this particular Dunkin Donuts, not the brand generally speaking. I was out early looking for a good bagel. Having been thwarted by Famous 4th St.'s prices, I found this Dunkin Donuts on my way to Target in South Philly. There was a bagel place there once, but it was much smaller than this establishment. My first impression was one of surprise. I had not ever seen a Dunkin Donuts with a large seating area and free wi-fi. The colors stayed true to their brand, and that was a little overbearing (bright oranges and pinks). However, given the faux fireplace and flat screen TV, it was much appreciated. Beyond the appearance, the staff was very prompt and friendly. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and a small black coffee. The woman behind the counter let me know that I could upgrade to a medium coffee and pay even less. That seemed like a paradox with an answer (a paradox unto itself). $3.60 later, I was a happy camper. 4 stars for excellent decor (save for the colors), fresh coffee and bagels, as well as prompt service and very helpful staff. The best Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited.

This is one of the nicer Dunkin Donuts I have been to. It has free wi-fi, a tv with the news usually on, couches and lots of space and tables. The doughnuts are the taste the same as any other Dunkin Donuts and the coffee is always good here. It is also a very clean looking Dunkin Donuts.
