The meal was good but the iced tea tastes like pure sugar water. There was way too much sugar in that drink. The wifi was so slow I couldn't use anything on my laptop. I don't think I will come back.

I've never had a problem with this place, they messed up my coffee one time but that was about it. Overall, this is as good as a DD gets and it's fine for a quick stop. The drive through is definitely convenient and saves some time.

Worst dunkin donuts ever. I'm sure they work harder to screw up my order. 2 different incidents. 1. I ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese toasted. They gave me a toasted plain bagel. No cream cheese. Didnt notice until I got to work. 2. I ordered 3 orders of hash Browns, they gave me 6 orders and charged me for two. I usually just glance as I grab things from the drive through.

This has to be the most awful Dunkin I have ever visited. Service before the new management took over was slow yet fairly reliable. In recent months it has gone downhill substantially. Service is extremely slow and you need to check your order thoroughly. I haven't had one order come out correctly in months. Receiving the wrong sandwich is not uncommon and if I'm ordering for my office, the order is always missing at least one, but usually two items when I receive it. Additionally, when there is a problem, it is difficult to find someone who understands English well enough to communicate with you and understand your needs. I'm a patient person, but this is extremely frustrating on a work morning when you're in a hurry and in serious need of additional caffeination. Unless you're desperate, stay away.

Terrible service. They are rude and never make any type of iced coffee, latte, or coolatas right because the mixture is always off. I know from one look at my coffee when there's too much cream or sugar. It happens often and I tell her it's wrong after I taste it. Always give me a tone and say it's what I ordered. Just rolls her eyes and remakes it the same nasty way. I've been going as a regular for half a year hoping to give them a chance. They cannot put together a simple coffee at any time of day or night. Stopped going.

Bad service. Bad ice coffee. Hot coffee was ok. Drive thru always have to be repeated, even when repeated they still make it wrong. I like my ice coffee with simple syrup instead of the pure sugar that just goes to the bottom. I ask for that, but I still see sugar at the bottom of my cup. A couple times lids never was closed tight. Closest DD around so it'll do.

It's probably one of the only D&Ds near the PHL airport. It's in a super busy area, truckers, government workers, commuters etc...all gathering for their daily dose of coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The clerks were friendly and fast, despite some less than savory clientele that graced their doors. My coffee was great, my hash browns, (albeit free) were soggy, but my bagel, egg & cheese was what you'd expect: quick, cheap and easy. Better than paying $9 for the same thing at the airport. So, if you need a quick gas fill up, some grub and coffee before you fly, this is the last spot.

Never had a problem here. Employees are very professional. Food orders always done quickly. This is one of the only major food chains to eat from in this area that don't employ ghetto trash employees.

This is for the DnD at the PHL airport after gate B security. Awful experience here! I know what to expect at DnD but this was worse than the poor standard. The DnD app gives offers but they won't let you use them here, not everyone anyway. The woman in front of me got her free coffee the day after the Eagles won, I came up to do the same thing and I got attitude from the Indian woman "oh my god, everyone gets the free coffee" she said. Then she added my coffee to the womans order in front of me so that my coupon"wouldn't work". She said it was bc she just scanned one, but that wasn't my order! I don't know who that woman was and it was obvious, she had already left before I was rung up. I think she did this on purpose but its completely possible that she was so incompetent she didn't know what was happening (she scanned the coupon about 15 times and ignored me when I tried to explain that I didn't get 2 coffees like the screen said). I paid so that the line could move but I wish I left the coffee and went to Starbucks. You are a Franchise, you don't pay to advertise, the company gives offers on an app you should honor the coupons, or at least not only honor some of them! Btw, it was before 6am and I was flying to work. How many ppl could have used coupons already? There were 3 ppl in line.

Too many messed up orders! Food is typical of any Dunkin Donuts around the country. However, this particular one has terrible customer service and employees who don't know what they are doing. I am officially done with this place, in the almost 10 years I have lived in the area, I have probably been there 50 times. At least three times my order has been messed up. Once, they made a sandwich wrong, the second time they forgot to give me a bagel, and the third time I ordered two donuts with my coffee and they only gave me one. They also only charged me for one, so when I brought it to their attention after I paid, they told me if I wanted a second donut I had to pay full price and not get the discount. I shouldn't really make a stink about 40 cents or whatever it was, but at the same time, the merchant shouldn't either especially since I clearly told them TWO donuts and it was their mistake. So far that, I am boycotting this place. I get mistakes. Trust me, I make them too, however, when I do I make amends. So for the cost of one glazed donut this placed has forever lost my business. And since I go there at least once every other month or so, it will add up over time. And who wants to do business with lousy business people?

How many people does it take to make a coffee coolata? 3! How many tries to make it without whipped cream? 3! Are you serious?

She beat me to the first review - this is the place you want to go to fill your belly up after you fill your rental car up and before you drop it off at PHL. Go to the BP near here (not that near - everything is spread out near the airport and it has gas stations farther away from the airport than any city I've been in) Good coffee, and an egg and cheese on sesame bagel is all you need before getting to the airport. With what you save, you can stop at Vino Volo in the airport for a little pre-flight wine flight if you so choose, or just avoid the airport food upcharge.
