Ordered 2 mediums last night, one Pepperoni and Sausage, one Philly Steak and Cheddar. The delivery driver was pleasant enough and appreciative of his tip. The Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza turned out fine as far as acceptable amounts go. The Steak and Cheddar on the other hand had a considerably less amount of steak on it as compared to the amount of pepperoni/sausage on the other pizza. It's obvious the manager of the store is telling the cooks to go light when it comes to more premium toppings like steak and chicken to cut costs. If that's going to be the case, why does Domino's bother offering them as regular toppings? Either charge more for it and fill it up like you do with the pepperoni pizzas or don't offer steak at all then. It's more honest than claiming you'll get plenty of steak only to find out they skimped on it when you get it. It really is frustrating and deceiving to the customer when they think they're going to get a nice full steak pizza only to see there's barely any steak on it. So as long as you order cheaper toppings like Pepperoni/Sausage/Vegetables there should be an acceptable amount of toppings. Order Chicken/Steak on your pizza you'll probably get screwed over. I'm done with Domino's personally.

Always late. Aaalways late. Meaning, if they tell me they'll be here in 30-40, it actually means 90-110 min. Pizza has never been delivered as I ordered, it's like they make what they want and give it to me. Like it's a lottery chance of getting what I actually wanted or something . NEVER AGAIN. GAVE THIS PLACE MANY CHANCES

I have been coming to this dominos for over a year without issue until the last two times. The last time I ordered pizza the crust was like rubber, there was so much sauce that the overzealous amount of toppings couldn't even stay put on it, and the whole thing was SO greasy. I order the same pizza every time (an artisan one) and I've never seen it like that. When I got home I went to cut it (because they had not) I realized just how bad it was. Inedible, pure and simple. And I'll eat a lot of stuff...trust me when I say it was that bad. Bad enough that I took it back to the store. They were very apologetic, I heard them throwing out the dough and making a proper batch, and they gave me some garlic sticks for the wait. They made a proper pizza. Today I went back for the same order and had the same problem. The toppings were ok but the dough is rubber and grease abound. The manager must have remembered me from last week because he was throwing me a funny look the whole time I was there. I got to the car and looked at the pizza, sad to see what I found. This is nearly the only pizza I eat but not anymore, at least not from this dominos. No excuse to serve the same slop twice. They can recognize the problem with their dough and are comfortable enough to still serve it to their loyal customers. Their old manager apparently knew what customer service is.

Worst service. I ordered the pizza for delivery and it's already 120 mins and I haven't received my delivery yet. Called manager to know the status of the delivery, even he didn't gave the proper response.

Pizza was great! I used to prefer Pizza Hut, but Dominoes (well this particular location, don't know about others) have stepped their game up. Pizza came pretty quick and the Dominoes Tracker works well in letting you know when your pizza is on its way. Pizza dough was soft, buttery and tasteful. Not bad for a chain. I also ordered mild traditional buffalo wings. Which were good, but not incredible. Dominoes wings were never that great, but the winner more importantly here is the pizza. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my meal. I Will definitely order pizza from here again.

The only good pizza is the hand tossed, and that is average. Brooklyn style is soooo NOT! I am from the Brooklyn area and that pizza bears absolutely no resemblance. The pan pizza is horrible. You hope when you order it, maybe the crust will be thick and kinda greasy and delicious (like pizza hut). It is not. Instead it doesn't hold up under the sauce and cheese. My favorite thing from here is the parmesan bites. Last time I got them they forgot the marinara and of course were not coming back. I would have thought they could drop one off when in the area. Pleasing me, a regular customer, not important enough. Now that they have stopped giving free parmesan bites to their regular customers there is no reason for me to keep putting up with mediocre pizza. I love a real NY type pizza, from a real pizza shop and there are plenty in the area.

First, let me say that I'm a pretty laid-back guy and it takes a LOT to get me to the point where I leave a negative review, but not only have I had it with this Domino's location's AWFUL customer service, I really think others should AVOID THIS DOMINO'S!!! There are just too many great local pizza joints in Fishtown and Kensington to warrant dealing with this place. First, my order is frequently incorrect. I've let this go in the past because the food is usually very tasty and I'm not so picky as to feel the need to make a stink about a missing topping. One thing that has bothered me though is that the delivery drivers NEVER follow the delivery instructions I leave when I order and either pound loudly on my door or call me 1-4 minutes before they arrive. I had one driver tell me that I needed to go outside and wait for him (it was 45 degrees and raining outside). But the straw that finally broke my back was when I had a friend over recently with a dairy allergy and ordered him a sub without cheese. The online menu CLEARLY had a section to request no cheese, which I did. When the sub arrived with cheese I called and very calmly and politely requested they send another sub. The woman pretended to be confused and asked, "Ummm... so you wanna order a sub?" Totally ignoring the rest of what I said and I just said, "Yes" and she put me on hold. Then someone else answered the phone and had no idea what I was talking about and I had to repeat the whole thing to which she says, "Look sir, you ordered online and if you do that and request no cheese, that just means pizza cheese, the sub comes with provolone cheese and you have to request no provolone cheese AND no pizza cheese." I told her that the online form didn't say any of that and that it just said "Cheese" and then a box to check "None" and that I didn't think that I should have to pay for another sub when I clearly request No cheese, but if I had to pay for it fine because my friend couldn't eat anything we ordered as it arrived. Here's where I finally lost my patience.... She then told me that one sub wasn't a large enough order for delivery and I needed to order at least $10.00 worth of food. I then asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for several minutes. When someone finally picked up they were hedgy about confirming that they were management, but told me the best they could do was to give me a free soda and breadsticks. I told her that I just wanted the sub and if they needed to charge me $10.00 for it, fine but I wasn't happy about it...... Then she goes, "OK, your total is $10.25" I replied, "WHAT?!?" and she said, "I had to ring you up for two marinara cups and your total is now $10.25" I told her to cancel the order and that I'd no longer be ordering from their store and that I'd be leaving them a negative review online. I just couldn't believe what a nasty attitude they took with me when they were the ones who made the mistake, not only that but that they'd make such a stink over a single sub with a customer who previously ordered from them very regularly.
