The pizzas and sides from this dominos is great I don't have any complaints about the food it's great and I recommend it the only problem I have is with the delivery I ordered off my dominos apps they have all my information my name, number, address etc and when the guy came I still had to explain to the guy 5 times my address I was standing outside waving my hands and everything and he still didn't see me but other than that the pizza and specialty chicken was very good.

The pizza was cold as stone, but the worst parts was that the female that took our order was rude and rushed me to make an order, not even a thank you or goodbye, just your order will be 45 mins then click she hung up one me, the second part was the rude and LATE delivery driver that didnt even remember our drinks to a 40.00 dollar order, then had the audacity to request that i walk to his car to get the drinks he FORGOT, and was rude AGAIN after spinning his tires in my drive way. Needless to say, this place sucks and i WILL NEVER ever again order from this ghetto Dominos. And i say ghetto due to its state of condition when i arrived to make a complaint to the manager that same night after the delivery driver spin his tire in my driveway. Lastly this Dominos location is dirty and irresponsible and very UN-professional. If i could give it a negative stars i would. -10

Tonight, I ordered a bunch of food from Domino's. $54 worth of food (10 items). Anyway, their web site indicated that the food was already delivered, but was it? Nope. No food was delivered, but somehow the web site said it was. Flaw #1. What's the second flaw, you ask? When the guy finally came (after I had called them up and complained), not only was the guy not even apologetic about what happened, but there were missing items from my order. We had ordered 3 medium pizza's, 2 sandwiches, 1 cheesy bread thing, 4 sodas, and 3 Mariana cups. 1 of the sandwiches was missing, along with the dipping sauces. How in the hell do you leave the store with items missing from your order? Aren't you supposed to double check the order before sending your idiot of a driver out to deliver food? Not only are you going to have unhappy customers, but he has to waste his goddamn time redelivering. This is not the first time Domino's screwed up. And the phone person acted nonchalant as well. "Oh, I'm sorry," she said in a dull voice. Yeah, no thanks on future orders. You guys suck over at Domino's. #dominossucks

Service has gone DOWNHILL. Ordered last July and delivery time was over 2 hours. Twice I called and was told it was on it's way. Didn't order again until November and pizza arrived so burnt it couldn't be eaten. Then decided to give another chance last week and ordered pasta and pizza. Pasta order was wrong. Called the store and they said they would send out another. 1 hour and 15 minutes later it arrived. Sent online complaint and manager wrote back that she was sorry. I explained to her the last 3 orders over 6 month time frame had been horrible and she offered free breadsticks next order. There are too many local pizza places to give them a 4th chance

I normally order from this Dominos pretty often but I can honestly say never again! I ordered my food at 6:05 PM and then followed the tracker as normal when I realized that it stayed on "So and so is quality checking your food" for quite some time. Like an hour...mind you that the delivery estimate was 14 to 24 minutes total. My husband called the store and a young lady said they were busy and only had one driver yada yada. So basically our food had not even left the store yet. Another 30 minutes later the food still wasn't here and the "quality check" was still on the tracker. I'm pretty much fuming at this point so I call the store and spoke to the same young lady who said my order STILL had not left the store because there were other orders that came before mine ( I mean how long were these people waiting?!!). So I get off the phone with her and lo an behold the status is now on "delivery" on the tracker. So an HOUR later yes I'm not lying a whole HOUR our food still was not here but I got a notification saying that it was delivered. I promptly called the store for a third time and got the same lady again and she had the nerve to tell me that the driver brought the food back to the store because no one answered the phone when he called. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Our doorbell is in perfect working order so there was no reason for that. I told her to cancel the order and now we've spent $30 that we have to wait to get back on our credit card, waited two and a half hours for nothing and we're still starving! The "manager" was also very uncaring and even hung up on me! Never giving this place my business again.

Ordered the pan pizza that they are now promoting. I was wondering how good it could be for 7.99. My family destroyed that pizza in no time. It was a huge hit! My 8 year old son asked if we could get it every week! Not to mention that we received it 20 minutes after ordering! As far as home delivery pizza goes I don't think it could have been better. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because it is messy. But really that's not much of a complaint!
