I never like going to chuck E cheese but my 7yo daughter found a bunch of tokens from when we went about 1 yr ago. When I think of Chuck E cheese, what comes to mind are broken games and too many kids. So when we went around 11am, it wasn't so bad. I think they remodeled the whole place since the last time we went. most of the games were working except for 2-3. my daughter had fun with the games I decided to get more tokens. I used the token machine and put in $20 but only $5 worth of tokens came out. Luckily I flag someone over who have me the rest of the 80 tokens. I did notice that the staff was not friendly and even seem like they didn't want to be there. Even if they didn't....they should pretend to smile. the only friendly person was the chuck E cheese mascot...who interacted with the kids and gave out few tickets. We only ordered the personal pan pizza which was too small and still too expensive. Don't think I will be going back any time soon....but only if we find some great coupon deals for token/food.

Pretty darned awful. We were cajoled into coming here by our 5 year old after dining at the illiustrious IHOP next door. After purchasing $10.00 worth of tokens it was off to the filthy, sticky, germ-laden "rides" and games. I could feel myself contracting a rhinovirus by the minute. Oh - and when I put a token in the mini carousel (my kid was the only one on it) about 5 little kids sensed "free ride" and pushed their way on board freaking her (and me) right out. NO PARENTAL supervision of these kids. Ugh. We also played some "ski-ball" and then the little one fed the tickets into the "ticket muncher" to have them counted which took about 23 minutes. The 103 tickets got her a cheap plastic ring, stickers and some small plastic object that I still don;t know what it is. And we still have about 8 tokens left over for next time. Next time? Oh dear g-d please don;t make me come back here.

I'm here right now I'm waiting for my son to be done so we can leave and never come back. This place smells so nasty because lady's are not taking there kids to the rest room to change diapers. My son is so excited to win as many tickets as he can to pick up a crapy toy. He could of used the 20$ at toys r us instead of this place. Next I'm taking my kids to Dave n busters. Thank God I did not order any pizza cuz it looks and smells like crap. We did get to meet the rat which was cute. But the games suck and so do there prizes. I guess if your 2 it's cool, my sons 9 and he just told me this was a bad ideal. Please drench me in hand sanitizer.

i've heard alot of bad things about this place, but really all the problems that people seem to have stem from the size of the place, besides for the lack of parental supervision, it really is to small for a Chuck E. Cheese's, you could literally spit form one end of the room to the other, and yeah there are children bumping into you and almost everything is sticky, but ,you know what? that should be expected, it is a place meant for kids to go nuts, i may have had a awful time but my kid sure had fun, and that all that matters

Gotta love Chuck, the big smiling teddy bear of a mouse with gangly human legs. We took our three year old here for her birthday. Her, as well as most of the nine other kids who entered, froze at the entrance. There was a little fear. What in the world is this place and what are all these big things?!?! Well, one at a time, each rug rat found their way past their fears. And, in short time, they were having a grand ole time. My daughter even became quite found of Chuck. She loved the games, that have out tickets worth a grain of salt. She loved the crappy prizes. She loved the average pizza. Everything that is average about this place is a wonderland for the unaware child. We did it, and we'd do it again. Why? Because children.

My last review talked about the change from regular breadsticks to cheesy breadsticks. Missy M. messaged me to let me know that the breadsticks were back! (Thank you, Missy.) The breadsticks are now called parmesan breadsticks. We ordered one but the person who took our order put in cheesy bread instead. When the person brought out the cheesy bread, we told him that we ordered parmesan; he quickly apologized and brought it back in. The person who took our order came and asked us if something was wrong with the cheesy bread - we told her we ordered parmesan breadsticks. She apologized. The breadsticks were a bit different from the original (which are still the best) but still better than the cheesy ones. The portion is smaller though - but still bigger than the cheesy ones. Basically, almost everything about the cheesy ones suck. My boyfriend saw the manager pour a cup of soda and ice on the carpet. Why? We have no idea. The bathrooms were disgusting but I would say that had more to do with the people who went there than the stuff because when I went back in before I left it was clean.
