I love Chick-fil-a and used to go to one over in LA about once a month and since moving out to Philly, was glad to find one that was close to home. So this review is about this particular store, not the company since I think everyone pretty much knows how great their chicken sandwiches and waffles fries are... so good. This store is one of the more busier ones that I've visited. It's always crowded and there're a ton of kids here (if that something you'd want to avoid). It's also one of the messier ones too. There's chairs scattered all over, tables with abandoned trays and the condiment section could use a tidying up. I mean, I can see why it's messy. Because it's so busy. Maybe they should hire more people? But they seemed to be running at full staff whenever I've gone here. I noticed that service was also a little slower as well. At the other Chick-fil-a locations, I could order, find a seat and they'll bring my order to me but this one I had to wait (which I am not complaining about, just comparing this place to other Chick-fil-a's I've been to). Parking is a little weird because it intersects with the drive-thru so if you happen to be parked in one of those spots, backing out once the drive-thru gets busy can take a little bit of time. Best if you can park away from the drive-thru which is easy to do because it's in a huge plaza/mall area so parking isn't a problem. Parking: No problem Price: $5-$7 Wait: 5 mins

It's convenient and the service is pretty good for a fast good joint. Really wish it was open on Sundays. Other than that, the fries are the best.

Homophobic chicken at it's finest (LOL). I was soooo rooting for them to stop being anti-gay marriage so I can eat with them again. And when they did, I waited a week before going back to this place. The service is fast and your food comes out really hot, so it is still warm once you get home. The chicken is bound to make your mouth water! Sometimes the sammmicchhh can be a bit sloppy, but nothing a little organizing can't fix.

I'm amazed at how well-run this Chic-Fil-A is. This is an extremely busy location in an area that isn't necessarily fantastic. I expected for this location to be less than the normal Chic-Fil-A standard of excellence. I have to say that they still manage to keep up the great work. They move people through at an amazing rate; same story for the drive through. At one point, the drive through radio was out of service and and rather than having people order an wait for food, the manager stood out and took orders at cars waiting in line and then delivered the orders via walkie talkie. This was on a midsummer's day as well. So, five stars for quality fast food and excellent service.

The staff here is so friendly that every food establishment should learn something from them!!! Oh and the food is great too.... the food is that much better because of the employees. So thank YOU for being awesome! More people/businesses should be that way.

As usual the food is great. Better than the standard fast food places. Can't go wrong with the reg chicken sandwiches and fries. And their breakfast menu is one of the best. The only difference between this location and other locations is that this one keeps their ketchup and honeyMustard and bbq sauces behind the counters so you have to ask for them. And when you do ask they initially only give you one of each. So you have to tell what you ordered to get more? Well, at least they don't charge extra like some McD's and KFC's are doing.

Great food! Always a long line inside and at drive thru. Very nice and polite staff. I love the number two my other half likes the number one . We love the lemonade and the waffle fries. Occasionally I get the Asian salad ...delicious .

Hmmmmm first time I have been in a chick-fil-A and felt like I'm at Mc Donald's or something crappy fast food location. The workers have an attitude like they don't even care to serve you. This really makes me very upset knowing this brand doesn't operate like this. Will definitely need to speak to operator who is not here as yet. First of all no one greeted me as I entered. When the girl finally turned around I had to say good morning. I was dining in and they are suppose to bring your food to you. However I had to go and get it myself. The quality of the food sucks also. Wasn't even offered ketchup. Man I'm heated. I won't go into make up of the location that is the messed up part. The worst review I have ever given anywhere.

This Chick-Fil-A location (located on the grounds of the run down, darn near bankrupt Cheltenham Mall) makes you want to believe in the goodness of humanity. Too deep? Well, to put it plainly, although it's in what's considered to be Montgomery County, a lot of Philly teens and young adults work here...and they are some of the hardest working kids in the fast food business! Plus, all different types come into this location to eat: white collar, blue collar, old, young, college kids, corner boys - and they sit down together, without incident, enjoying the food and service, while contemporary Christian music plays gently in the background. The drive-thru line is stretched around the building no matter what time of day it is. Once, I even saw a kid standing outside as you rounded the bend to the drive thru cashier. It was raining slightly, but he was smiling and asking what kind of condiments I wanted. Huh? The Wendy's and McDonalds down the street want $.25 for extra sauce and here they were giving it away. I've been to many Chick-Fil-A's but none like this one. I spent 30 yrs of my life in this neighborhood. It makes me proud that this place is here and it's being kept nice and clean and has a good reputation. Seven last words: Waffle fries and Chick-Fil-A sauce. Try it!

It's a chick-fil-a. You know the components. Delicious chicken. Southern feel. Waffle fries. Fast and cheap. Long lines. Drive thru often extends out of the parking lot. Not open Sundays. You either love it or you hate it. I think their chickens hard to beat and the staff is super nice. Hard for me to justify higher than 3 stars for fast food. Lets call it a 3.5.

I can say I truly love Chick-fil-a food, but I am not happy with the service in the drive thru. I understand that teenagers need jobs. But for the past 4 months . I feel as if the drive thru window cashiers are just hanging out. I come here because of the quality of the food and customer service. People loud talking about their personal business is not what I expect from this store. If I have to ask you for ketchup, sauce and napkins. Your are not doing your job properly.
