A week before Easter Sunday, looking through supermarket ads, I decided I didn't want to cook another holiday meal. Boston Market is just a few blocks from me so I went to their catering page and looked up holiday dinners. I found a meal that would fit my family and put in my order. The staff was very friendly and helped me get all the bags in my car. About the food, all I can say is I will never cook another holiday meal or go out to dinner. My extended family of twelve were very satisfied with the tasty food and we even had leftovers. The cost was a little more than I would have spent if I had cooked it all myself but it was well worth it and it was A LOT cheaper than if we had all gone out to a crowded restaurant, waited to be seated and were rushed through our meal for the next seating. I highly recommend Boston Market for delicious convenient holiday dinners.

This is the worst Boston Market I have ever been to, and I have unfortunately been to this specific location at least five times. Every time I go, it is because of the convenience. I love Boston Market and I am in the area of this location frequently. But every time I go, I say it will be the last time. My two complaints about this location are the customer service and the cleanliness. Frequently, the bathroom is dirty. And when I say dirty, I mean literally balls of toilet tissue all over the ground, or unidentified liquid spilled on the bathroom floor. Its disgusting. The tables in the dining area often do not look like they were wiped down either. The customer service is also terrible. Employees act like they're doing you a favor by serving you, when, in actuality, its their job! BASIC customer service skills - please and thank you, for example - are left out. When I was there the other day (which I swear is my last trip), an elderly woman approached a store employee and asked where she could get water and the employee simply pointed and didn't even say anything. Then I saw a male employee very blatantly staring at a teenage girl in short shorts. The whole situation at this location is disgusting.

The food was served hot and tasty even though I was in towards closing time. The staff was extremely friendly and were smiling the entire time. They even checked up to see if I was enjoying my meal. This was one of the better Boston Markets that I have visited.

Any other time, I would have given this Boston Market 5 stars but my meals that me and my hubby order yesterday drop the stars down to 1. I order Large Pulled Pork with Mac n cheese and BBQ Pulled Chicken. While my hubby order Large meatloaf with Creamed spinach and Mashed potatoes online. When my hubby went pick up our order, he saw a rotisserie chicken meal but since he knew I ordered him a meatloaf meal, so his order was corrected inside the BM. When I got home around 12:30 am, I found my Large Pulled pork meal with corn and something else, unbelievable! Does their employees ever check to see if the customer orders were correct before giving it to them? I've waited ever since I placed our order online for my meal, like literally starving until I get home. Well, we will see what is Boston Market attitude tomorrow because I'm not eating this meal at all, and my meal is going back first thing in the morning. I called and the girl manager replace my order as long as I bring the receipt.

I love chicken. The prices no. Even with a coupon the meal still cost alot of money. I would eat one meal and still be hungry when I leave this place.
