Friendliest Auntie Anne's staff I've met. I only go there a few times a year, but one of the ladies there has an amazing memory. She knows me and always asks how I'm doing. She's the nicest lady I've met.

I give this location 5 stars. The staff here are so nice and friendly. I actually have never had Auntie Anne service this great. Although they don't have my favorite jalapeno pretzel (with cheese dipping sauce), they do have the almond (with sweet glaze or cream cheese), which is my second favorite. I also tried the cinnamon sugar, which I did not like as much. It tastes like a churro, which I'm not crazy about. Now that I think of it, maybe getting cinnamon sugar with the sweet glaze dipping sauce would be good... it would be like a cinnamon bun twist! Either way, I am taking my Auntie Anne's business to this location. I have only had pretzels from Auntie Anne's. I rank it higher than Philly Pretzels because every time I get a pretzel from there it's burnt. However, Auntie Anne can use less butter on their pretzels.

Pretzels coated with everything from nuts to sugar to cinnamon, I still think the traditional Philly square box pretzel is better. This small store sells all the regular pretzels, too... and an expensive lemonade for hot days.

Auntie Annes' is the McDonalds of the soft pretzel. High in sodium, fat and carbs (unless you skip the butter dip) they are tasty when hot & fresh. They also have very sweet lemonade that, alas, my 4 year old loves and is almost never allowed to drink. Once in a while, OK - but don't make it a habit!

My friend and I were hungry after class, so we both got a hot dog pretzel here. The hot dog was cold, but I thought the flavor was nice. It wasn't spectacular, but it was enough to hold us for a couple of hours before dinner.

Auntie Ann's pretzels are the worst ever. I happen to go here last week. The pretzel was greasy, stale, and terrible. It is a stretch to call this food. Whereas a pretzel should be light and fluffy, this was greasy and almost fried-tasting, as though it had been sitting out too long. Also, they won't give you mustard on it (well, they offered sweet mustard, whatever that is. I wanted spicy brown mustard), so you have to use the packets of mustard, which are messy to apply. This was the worst pretzel I have ever had. If you have a craving for a pretzel, you are better off looking for a food truck!

Grabbed a pretzel here for lunch...the girl behind the counter was soo nice I had to yelp about it! I got a yummy sour cream n onion pretzel one of my favorites it was hot/fresh/nicely buttered :)

There's nothing more tragic than seeing a line of Amish people in 30th Street Station, in line for pretzels at Auntie Anne's, which I've seen several times. Auntie Anne's makes a tasty, hi-carb pretzel. It'll be stuck on your hands for an eternity. The redeeming thing about AA's is their lemonade, which despite sitting in one of those splashy 80s-tastic buckets, tastes homemade. Hanover, PA is the pretzel capitol of the world, Philadelphia is home to the most pretzels consumed per capita. All that being said, even if they suffice, why would you settle for co-opted Dutch baked goods?
