Tatiana's is a real gem located just outside of Hershey, PA. ***Vegan and gluten-free dishes available upon request!*** I am vegan and gluten intolerant, so finding a restaurant is often difficult whenever I travel throughout rural America. The owner is very passionate about his cooking and extremely accommodating. I told him about my restrictions and he made a special appetizer and entree to meet my needs. Unlike most chefs that make you a plain, boring vegetable dish, he made the most delicious and elaborate dish! Amazing taste, beautiful presentation, and worth the price. I was very pleased! I will certainly return to Tatiana's the next time I am in the area. Highly recommended!!

When I entered Tatianas during lunch. I didn't expect a red carpet to he rolled at my feet or anything, but there was no staff to be found for a good 5 minutes. Finally I was "seated" (the owner called across the room to pick a seat), which was fine though odd. The place was pretty empty - only about 3 other patrons and no other staff members. The place is kinda small, nothing outstanding about the decor. The owner was extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful. His personality is the only reason I didn't rate this place a 1 (though it's true he kinda brags sometimes as one other reviewer noted). I ordered the crab puffs, which were very dry though the flavor wasn't bad. I decided to order the Osso Buco Grande with some help from the owner. It was lukewarm and it had an odd flavor - it's hard to explain but it tasted almost as if it were freezer burned almost. It just wasn't good. When ordering dessert, the owner was very helpful and brought out an entire platter showing me the different desserts, what they looked like, what they had in them, etc. I was impressed. I forgot what I ordered for dessert, something chocolate-like, but that also had a stale taste to it as well. I left feeling overall displeased and unfulfilled. It was just -insanely- overpriced for the quality.

Love this place, my family and I enjoy coming here. Place looks great after the renovation. The service is wonderful and the owners always walk around and make sure everything is okay. They've gone out of their way to make vegetarian dishes for some members of my family. I love their crab sandwich, so much meat! But their breakfast is absolutely amazing. Their twist on pumpkin French toast is a must try! Place is a bit pricey for the area.

I don't live in Palmyra, but I've been to Tatiana's probably a dozen times in the past few years. The food is excellent. Flavorful, diverse, and unique (particularly for Palmyra), I have never had a bad meal here, and they're always willing to modify your order as per request. The food is presented in an aesthetic I'm sure is very pleasing to most; the pictures on the website are very accurate. The portions are massive, and definitely conducive to doggy bags. The desserts, too, are huge, rich, and delicious. The co-owner/chef often will engage customers in conversation about the specials, the menu, or general conversation. The other staff are also extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The prices of the specials might be off-putting, as they can range from 20-40 dollars, but the sandwiches and lighter fare will run in the teens, and are just as tasty. I definitely recommend this place, because it seems like unfortunately, not many have found this place on Main St. yet; it's very under-crowded and I can never quite figure out why. This is probably my favorite place to eat in Palmyra/Hershey/Annville.

Tatiana's is a hidden gem. Our meals were magnificent. Food is fresh and organic. Presented with a flair. Breads are baked there, and desserts are home made. Price may be slightly higher than most Central Pennsylvania restaurants, but the dining experience is well worth it.

Just want to start by saying I don't right too many reviews. I've worked in the bar and service industry for over ten years, and must say I'm beyond impressed with this restaurant, the owner is a great passionate individual and this review I promised him nearly two years ago had not been forgotten lol. Many of our locals, regulars, friends and coworkers have been there and have been spreading the word about how amazing this place is. They offer some of the best Italian food you'll find in the area. I actually bartend/serve down around Hershey and constantly introduce friends and regulars to try this gem of a place. I'm originally from Scranton/Old Forge and if you know anything about Italian cuisine you are familiar with good authentic Italian food. This place nails it and I look forward to returning. I couldn't believe the quality and portions. Don't let the location deceive you, the place prepares and offers 5 star quality food at a very reasonable price. One of the most passionate chefs in the area. I've yet to be disappointed or let down. If you are a "food snob" or "stuck up prick" then you may not enjoy the pace of your dinner. I don't like being rushed when I'm out to eat. I'd rather be entertained by a very humble and passionate owner, who prepares these amazing entrees and desserts, at the pace it takes to properly prepare them. I rather enjoy my dinning experience and not be pushed through my meal like at the Olive Garden. And yes I can say this, because I've first started there and know the difference. Don't take my word try it out and for those who are skeptical look up some of the accomplishments of this man. He's competed and has been judged in competitions including greats like Robert Irvine from the hit series on food network, Restaurant Impossible. Don't be fooled by the location the place is a favorite to those who know and love it.

Fabulous food with a very eclectic menu. Family owned and run. A very special place where they treat you like family. The setting is casual but the food and service gourmet.

I have eaten here a few times and it has always been fantastic. The menu is large, interesting, and certainly not the typical offerings found elsewhere in the area. Prices are maybe a little higher than most people expect to pay in Lebanon County, but they are certainly not outrageous and the food is well worth it! Service has always been great.. But don't come here to eat in a rush (got to sheetz if you are in a hurry!) . I can be kind of picky with sauces, and never had an issue ordering something on the side, or swapping a cream sauce for a tomato based. Love that it's BYOB. Sunday brunch was also fantastic. Always a great meal!

I had breakfast there this morning and it was amazing. I would go there every Sunday morning if I lived in the area. This is definitely a hidden gem!

Pretty good food; has the potential to be a star in the area for food. That is if they narrow the menu and focus on having a smaller selection of dishes (no restaurant needs an eight page menu plus 20 "specials"). Prices are definitely too high for the quality of food. Cook was extremely heavy-handed with the salt...what could have been an outstanding steak dish was overwhelmed by salt. My wife's meatballs were fairly flavorless, but the sauce was good. Our dessert has mold on it, so they can obviously use some more quality control.

Went there feeling excited because we heard the food here is really authentic Mediterranean. We left disappointed and broke. The soup was sooooo cold and the two dishes we ordered just lacked presentation and seemed like the meats were over-cooked and just really sauced up. Know what I mean? I wish I could explain it better. There was just no separation in the flavors. Two meals and 2 soft drinks put us out over $80!!!! The owner was nice but spent a good deal of our time bragging about his Top Chef awards and complained about how narrow-minded Palmyra people are and wishes he opened his restaurant somewhere else. It was funny because he then asked the couple in the booth behind us where they were from and they said Palmyra. They didnt look too happy!

Ignore the negative reviews. This place is awesome. Homemade unique pasta. An interesting twist on the traditional French onion soup. Personable service from Tatiana AND the chef will join you for a conversation if you would like. The Ukrainian sausage is unique, light and very pleasant. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed.

Soooooo good!! Seriously I've had burgers before but I'm gluten intolerant, they brought my burger without buns just for me! So much flavor in one meal. Highly recommended

Arrived for a 7:30 reservation, and found the restauant virtually empty. The ambiance was casual, the wait staff and owner could not have been more helpful. Food arrived quickly and was done very well. Two appetizers, Ukrainian meatballs and sauted calamari were flavorfull and right sized. Steaks arrived done exactly right and very flavorful. Salads were fresh but I am not in favor of salad dressing served in little plastic containers. Two chocolate deserts were great and two of them served four. All in all a great dining experience. The downside was the pricing. We have had meals in NYC with drinks, less costly than Palmyra, PA which is a BYOB restaurant. If not for this, we would have rated thsi restaurant at least 4 stars, but the cost was prohibitive, and needs adjusting.

My family and I went there on a Saturday night. The attention that the owner and staff gave us was second to none. The food was beautifully plated and was absolutely delicious. I had a pasta dish with seafood and veggies. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Best seafood I have gotten since moving to PA from Baltimore. We will definitely be back!

Lunch on a Monday was $20 for 1 person. That was for my meal. I drank water and didn't have dessert. Way too expensive for mediocre food in a diner like atmosphere. I could have gone to Hotel Hershey and spent less money. Next time I will go to the Hotel. Waitstaff was very nice or I'd give this joint 1 star. Never going back.

Extremely friendly staff that really made us feel welcome and that our business was truly appreciated. The food was delicious as well...I enjoyed sausage and orzo soup with the grilled tilapia entree. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

They had good food, but it seemed like they were trying too hard to make the food fancy and unique. It was a little on the expensive side too. Has a wide variety of foods. The people seem very passionate about their restaurant.

Great food, nice atmosphere, great staff. Service can be a bit slow especially when you only have a short time for lunch. Overall great place.

This restaurant has the best food I've ever had in the Hershey hbg area. The eclectic menu in conjunction with the innovative ideas from our master chef from Egypt makes it a one of a kind. Some if the best food I've ever had. A little expensive is one of the only downsides to this restaurant but I think it's still worth it for the food they serve here. 5 stars from me.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
