Great food. Huge portions, low prices. Local restaurant that specializes in breakfast. Only problem I have with them all the time is they put hot food from the fryer or stove right in styrofoam containers. It melts the styrofoam into the food and it creeps me out and I can't eat it. Please start using wax paper or paper boxes. You would have a five rating if you would stop giving me cancer!

So I woke this morning graving some good homemade-like breakfast so I ordered an omelette platter. I heard that Alfredo's was the way to go. But the home fries were very disappointing. There were hard and crispy so much that I threw most of it away. I guess if you are going to get their "All Day Breakfast" you're better off getting it in the morning and not around noon. I'd try them again but will opt for an earlier visit. I guess all the rave reviews I've read and heard left me feeling jilted with what I actually received for $8.

Place was a dive. Manager and waitresses were arguing in the dining area. Soda was flat. Service was below average. Despite it being 1:30 on a Saturday, they hadn't "started" serving pizza yet. Food was average.

I love Alfredo's! I live in Nevada now, but whenever I go home to Norristown PA it's my first stop! They have the best Breakfast (and Lunch and Dinner) in town.... the Scrapple is to die for!!!! They have the nicest people on their staff, they treat everyone like family. It's a great place to go to eat really good food in a comfy atmosphere with good people!!!

Fabulous dinner one night in March 2014. Fabulous breakfasts twice in April 2014. This place is a local gem in Norristown on Main. It's in the first floor of what looks like an older home. Diner-like. I believe they have been here over 20 years just at the top of the hill as you leave Norristown and it becomes Jeffersonville.. I've driven by it a hundred times and occasionally noticed it but never stopped in until someone I was dating( now over) took me there. He is somewhat of a regular in there and for good reason. The service is friendly and great. I was wowed by the prices, portions and the feeling when you were there that you are part of some really cool local experience. At breakfast time locals drop in and partake of what can only be called huge portions at reasonable prices. Both times I took a box home. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. I told the owner I'd come back regularly and I will. Dinner: Same regarding portion size. Huge. You really feel like you are getting your money's worth here. The specials were numerous, well prepared and indicative a bit of the local Italian heritage. I have NEVER had a better fried eggplant platter. You can bring a bottle of wine with you.

We went here for breakfast and enjoyed our meal. I had the blueberry pancake special with two large pancakes and a side of bacon. The blueberries were fresh and the pancakes nicely done (i.e., not too doughy in the middle). The bacon was quite good as well--perfectly cooked. My partner had the mushroom and swiss omelette, and he liked it--the mushrooms were fresh and a good size. The service was good and pleasant.

Even though I was only a block away from King of Prussia Mall I was not in the mood for over priced mall fare. I opted for this little local place mainly because I was in the mood for breakfast at 3 PM. I was pleasantly surprised by both the food and price. I had a tomato and spinach omelet with a side of French toast. The omelet ingredients tasted market Fresh and although the French toast was not too thick it was also light and fluffy and not weighed down with the fillers they use in pre made egg batter. I'm betting these were made from eggs freshly beaten the portions were large and the bill was leas then $10. So glad I did not go to the mall. Also next to a cvs and pnc bank if that helps.

Sunday brunch here I come!! Get anything you want, in any combination, just ask. For those of you who need structure there are combos on the menu. My suggestion, ask for onions with the home fries, otherwise they're just oil and season-less potatoes. Pancakes, very good. Eggs Benedict, very good, but a bit heavy. I feel like the wait here is always at a minimum. I'll definitely be back, if not only for the people watching. If watching a young waitress get a phone number from an obviously hung over (if not still drunk) jobless college grad was not entertaining enough I also learned a little about my employer by eavesdropping a group of middle aged women. Go me!

Def the king of breakfast in N town. Frank makes an effort to provide large & tasty portions for a decent price. The only down side other than location is that there is not one dedicated day per month to make breakfast pizzas. What gives fella? I had the breakfast pizza once on a fluke & in two years not again. That pizza was amazing on so many levels that I dream of it during afternoon naps.

I changed my mind after I stopped in to get some breakfast. I saw several shady characters going into the bathroom while I was eating. I decided to check it out and realized that there was drug deals going on in the bathroom. I don't know if the owners know, but this is a drug dealers haven. Beware.

I have been to Alfredo's at least 20 times. The food and prices are always very good but the service is usually terrible. I know what to expect and tip appropriately and Alfredo's will continue to be my breakfast spot.

A family owned and operated business since 1975. Big breakfast platters and sandwiches definitely allow you to really get your moneys worth and walk away satisfied. famous NORRISTOWN ZEPS and subs are available. Huge burgers made with ground meat, not patties and fresh delivered rolls. Pizza sold by the slice or pie. BREAKFAST PIZZA!!! Home made soup which is prepared daily. Alfredo's is a great place to just grab a cup of coffee and socialize with the regulars. There is both a traditional diner counter with swivel stools and table seating, in the front portion of the restaurant and private dinning in another room. Minutes from the Montgomery county court house, Route 202 and Norristown Transportation center. Totally affordable and a good time.

If you come here for any reason, do so for breakfast! Decently priced (some options only around $5-6 for a substantial meal) and entirely satisfying, the food this personal little joint is well worth it. While it can feel cramped on busy mornings, the staff is attentive and the rotating specials are wonderful. I recently tried their cinnamon raisin French toast and was pleased to see that the portions were generous, the bacon salty and crisp, and the potatoes filling and cooked perfectly, with golden edges. A great little place with great food!

The breakfast is amazing, definitely not for those counting calories. Portions are very generous. I think its the grill that makes everything taste so good, it's just been worn in and awesome, kinda like curing a beer mug or something. Make sure you try the bacon, nice and juicy.
