This is the Best Italian restaurant that I've been to in a long time. Everything is freshly made including the pasta. AMAZING Sauces Full of flavor. No Corkage, need to bring your own wine. The service was fast, friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The prices were reasonable. The manager was so gracious and wanted to make sure we were happy with the food and service. I live in Napa Valley, Ca, and wish this wonderful place was there. Who ever lives in Beaver County should seriously try this place for Authentic Italian food. I can't say enough...

Every time I have been there the food and service has always been at the top of the game. For those that are hearty eaters, the desert's are to die for. there have been times when my wife and I would go just for dessert. Even though the menu can be overwhelming at times the waitress are very helpful to assist you. If you let the waitresses know what you're hungry for, they will assist you through the menu to pick the perfect meal for you

Acceptable comfort food in a well maintained but slightly worn kitchen decor setting. 4.5 stars this is not. Side salad was fresh but spartan. One olive, no more no less. One slice of tomato, no more no less. Portion control in action. Our pasta dish had a very generous helping. Some of the food was unevenly heated. $1 per glass corkage on the BYOB alternative makes for a nicely affordable option.

I only thought it would be fair to update my review. I started having breakfast here with a girlfriend of mine and have fallen in love. There is rarely a wait and the food is delicious. I have the steak wrap that actually has real steak in it. The portions are large and the atmosphere is cozy. I was in the mood for Italian the other day and as always, Mario's in Beaver had a long wait so we decided to come to Rainaldi's. They were busy and I loved how the owner came over and picked up the slack. She took our order, told us the specials and was endearing. The food appeared to be fresh and we walked away full and smiling. I would recommend that you come here and give back to support a local business!

Upon walking in, at first glance the place feels small and a little dated. But the food was good, portions big, and service great. We had the Pomodoro Chicken and cheese lasagna. Both were very good.

Some of the worst food and service I have had in while. This place is a perfect place for Kitchen Nightmares.

EDIT: Added another star because i went back there and got a sandwich. It was quite good, and I really appreciate that it was made with some good, crusty bread. You have no idea how hard it is to find good bread in Western PA. But the fact still stands: don't get the VIP Pasta. I have a mother who is from Italy, so I grew up with super-duper authentic Italian food (which is actually quite different from what Americans consider to be Italian food). Because of this I tend to avoid a lot of typical Italian restaurants, especially in areas that aren't known for their Italian population. What caught my eye about this restaurant though is that they had a lot of pasta dishes that reminded me of stuff I grew up with. So I was really excited to find a good Italian restaurant with authentic dishes in this area. I'm going to be in the area for work so i decided to give it a try. Ordered the truffle fires and the VIP pasta. The truffle fries were pretty good. They were nice and crispy and the truffle oil wasn't overpowering. However, the pasta was extremely disappointing. The sauce was pretty good and that was about it. The pasta was overcooked and i'm pretty sure it was reheated since half of it was cold. The "prosciutto" pieces in the pasta were absolutely DISGUSTING. It was tough and tasted like it had been in the fridge for months. Don't know what those strange pork pieces were, but they definitely weren't prosciutto. And the fact that it came crumbled like a ragu meant that the taste was present in every lukewarm bite.

Went here last week. Loved it, it's simple honest cooking Italian style home cooking. Fast service and they took a lot of pride in everything they do. I will be back again. It's like silvionis on Babcock blvd in pgh. Very similar. Solid food.

After reading reviews thought this was a good choice. We thought it very average. Cesar salad was drenched in dressing, bread didn't seem fresh and the rigatoni also was drowned in sauce. On a plus side they offered smaller serving on a limited number of items which was a nice option.

The Italian fare and large portions make this location a popular spot. The large portions and quality of cuisine drives up the prices. I am glad I visited once, but do not see the location drawing me back as a regular customer.

Composite over the years, and more recently a quick stop while over in the area for work. Service helpful, fast, and friendly. Prices within normal range for a decent Italian venue. Owner involved in the operation on a hands on basis. Breakfast through dinner venue. Hoping to take our friends out there for a pre-Christmas dinner. f8 and be there.

I'm a huge fan of authentic fettucine alfredo and ravioli. Both are excellent here. Hardy portions are served, so come hungry. It's been a while since I've had breakfast here, but I can still remember how good the ricotta pancakes were. It's true what the other reviewers say; the breakfast here is one of the best in the county.

My husband and I ate at Rainaldi's. I was on a specific diet and had difficulty finding something on menu I could eat. The cook came out of the kitchen sat down and we discussed my diet and what I could and could not eat. He came up with a delicious dinner for me. It had to be from scratch, not pre-prepped. I was very pleased with the staff and the food. I will definitely go back again and again.

OMG!!!!!!! This place is so adorable inside. The food here was to die for and came in HUGE portions. I went here a couple months ago and have yet to have better Italian in the Pittsburgh area. I am so impressed. Even the red sauce was great and I am SO picky about my red sauce. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The service was awesome, too!

Absolutely the best breakfast in Beaver County. Great Service. I will eat here over and over again & it's right beside Beaver Valley Mall. Try the Italian Eggs with Sausage. Excellent.

Note: Rainaldi's serves breakfast from 8AM-11AM on Mondays, 7AM-11AM from Tuesday through Saturday, and 7AM-1PM on Sundays. Rainaldi's was open today, and since I've heard rumors about some mighty fine breakfasts (the menu is VAST) being served up here, we had to stop in en route back to Pittsburgh on this rainy holiday morning. Kay ordered the Bacon and Egg Wrap and adored the hell out of it. I almost did too after getting a bite. I ordered the French Omelete, which included provolone cheese, a magnificent meatloaf, and peppers all wrapped up in a textbook (cookbook?) egg blanket Jacques Pepin would have been proud of. On the side was Rainaldi's Loaded Tater Tots, a molten crock of marshmallow-sized potatoes that are slathered in cheddar cheese, sausage gravy, peppers, and onions. This alone was filling enough, the titanic tandem of tater tots and omelet threatening to cause another Burgatory incident! Gooey, fattening, bizarre, and torridly tasty, the LTT was the kind of thing Guy Fieri would go nutters o'er. If we hadn't taxed our appetites enough, we sampled and shared a Frightful Four of pancakes. A la Pamela's and Dor-Stop, Rainaldi's gets insanely ingenious with their flapjacks. Of the four, the White Chocolate and Cinnamon pancake ruled the pack, the chocolate making it sinful, the cinnamon giving it sting along with a brimstone flavor, and the butter not only adding a creamy quality but also a touch of salt, which made the pancake's hellish flavors howl all the more, its taste and texture proving too rich for innocent Kay! The other pancakes we had were all of the highest calibre as well. The Reeses Peanut Butter tasted like Pamela robbing a candy machine during morning rush hour. The Italian Blueberry Pancake was the most elegant and had the most subtle flavor, and the Harvest Apple Crepe was simply the best apple pie you'll ever eat at sunrise. My theory has been officially proven: Pancakes are dessert. Rainaldi's is one of Monaca's most precious gems. Defend it from chain-restaurant rot by giving them your business. P.S. Our waitress was sweeter than all the pancakes combined, graciously honored our special requests with a warm smile, and was lightning-fast. P.P.S. Our breakfast came to $28.33 for all that food. The omelete I ordered is about $8 and included home fries and toast, so if you're not feeling as hungry and curious as we were, you'll find a breakfast that is as cheap as it is excellent.

Went there on Saturday night. Newly remodeled. Pleased with food and service. Like eating in a brand new restaurant. Enjoy!

Delicious food! I am never disappointed. Sure, it's not fancy but who cares? The food is amazing and the portions are great. Service is nice. The recipes are old family recipes which is pretty neat. I go here a few times a month and I love the food. Get the gnocci, they are amazing.

I would not recommend going to this place or taking anyone there. I had dinner there once and cannot really speak to their breakfast. The place is just as tired and rundown inside as it looks from the outside. The dining room smelled bad. The kitchen and back doors were open, revealing the mess to all. Long wait and distracted waitresses compounded the misery of my meal there.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
