Gotta give it five stars even tho my date got carded to make sure he was 18. Adults only is nice just unexpected. Food was phenomenal. I'm a burger man and theirs are on point! Fries where amazing as well.

I ordered a WELL DONE balsamic mozzarella burger. It looked amazing, until I cut into it. It was still red. I tried to send it back and the waiter informed me that they make all the burgers medium... I sure wish he had stated this when it was ordered WELL DONE... And he would not take it back. I was very disappointed and hungry... And out $10. The atmosphere looked nice, sad I didn't get to enjoy it.

What a gem! This is a solid lunch spot with great food and friendly service. The chicken blt was great and the wrap was also fantastic. Battered fries were also delicious. Definitely a step up from the usual spots in town, so you should check it out when you're in the neighborhood.

Came to town for a shower. Read reviews on line. Extremely pleased with everything. Got the "cannon ball" for meal. It was delicious. Fried pickles and zuchini was excellent. Drink special was terrific....$3.50 wow! Will be back.

Super good food! So much so that we had dinner (I had the Portobello Wellington), went to VooDoo, and then came back for $2 appetizers. The fried pickles are insane!!

Didn't know what to expect from the new place in town, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I had the stroganoff and two others had the center pork chop. Both items were especially good. The stroganoff had slices of what was probably sirloin. The chops were served with garlic mashed potatoes. Each serving was moderately priced and plenty of food. The restaurant uses local businesses to supply baked goods, meat and produce. You can taste the freshness. The menu is not overwhelming but had sufficient variety. This is a must!

Best Quality. They get all the food locally, hence "Get Closer to your food". Awesome Cigar lounge, and always great deals. Especially for cigar club members. They always have events for wine and cigar pairing. Food is the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.

Blown away. I was actually left speechless by the meal. Fresh, exciting, delicious entrees and appetizers alike. Don't let the drab exterior (former dive bar?) fool you -- inside is super clean, totally new, great atmosphere, very hip. I can't wait to let friends in on the secret. Totally doing our next work function here/in the cigar bar. The '1776-er' burger is like nothing I've ever had before. Crisp, lightly breaded and flakey fried pickles if that's your thing. If your looking for a great place to take a date (or anyone) that isn't Montana's or Chovy's, run (don't walk) to 1776. This place is legit -- support them!!

I've eaten here several times since it opened and it's been great every time. I really like that they get a lot of their supplies locally, and the waitstaff is always on their game. Definitely one of the best places in Meadville.

Farm to table ....you cant ask for better food or service ! It is nice quality at a great price You cant make a bad choice. Dont forget to pick up a premium cigar to enjoy!
