VERY pleasant surprise for this area. Very flavorful food. The fresh bread is good also. Large variety of food. It's kind of tight quarters but they rock what they've got. Desserts look out of this world.

Stopped here for a late lunch. We had a large pizza with mushrooms and onions. The pizza was very good. The slices were large and the crust was great too. It is hard to find good pizza in Central PA. Our waiter was very nice. I would go there again if I am in the area. We enjoyed it! It was a nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.

Ate there last nite. Something happened to their quality. Its a shame. I used to love going there for the chicken parm, but last nite was a huge disappointment. Not sure Ill go back. I must say our waiter was new and he was very attentive.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Great food at reasonable prices! Large selection of desserts! I had the limoncello flute which is refreshingly awesome! Went with friends after work but will definite BYOB with the hubby in the future! They also deliver which is nice! Staff is friendly too!

Great Italian food! Great pizza. Great sauce. This bistro is a gem in Lebanon. The food is fresh, and you can tell. The bread is very soft but perfectly crispy on the outside. This goes for the garlic knots, the chicken or sausage rolls, and the pizza. The red sauce is perfect. Thick, deep red, and spiced just right. The service is quaint, but very friendly and attentive, and they LOVE their food. They recently expanded their dining area into a romantic, deep colored room, lit only by strung lights. It can hold parties of all types. They also claim to deliver afar off - Annville, Schaefferstown. You can't beat that!

I wanted to give my best friend a great bridal shower, but I live two hours away so my house was out. Planning with Gabby's from a distance was easy. I emailed back and forth with Laura to plan the menu and the basics of the event. She took care of everything we needed. We showed up on Saturday and the room was arranged and decorated. The food--including special orders for two gluten free guests--was ready right on time and won rave reviews from the various family and friends in attendance. (We even had some converts to the cult of pepperoni rolls, which are probably my favorite item Chef Marco makes.) The event was a huge success, it was reasonably priced, and everyone enjoyed it! The bride's family is also having the rehearsal dinner at Gabby's and after this preview, she's really excited for it. Full disclosure--I'm related to the folks behind this restaurant--but if you're from Lebanon County, I am probably related to you too.

Not great. We went at 2m and while the take out was going fast and furious, there was only one other eat in table occupied. It took nearly half an hour to get our soups and it was cold. It took an hour to get our entrees. The ravioli was dry and seemed to have come out of a box. The carabonara was okay but very fatty bacon. There was very little garlic to be tasted on the garlic bread. The waitress was great but it was obvious the kitchen held the eat in guests as very low priority. There are dozens of Italian places around Lebanon and even the middle-of-the-road places do a better job than this. Problem is, the prices are more on par with top-of-the-line places like Napoli in Anneville. My advice: find yourself an A&M Pizza chain, save your self the money, and still get better food.

This place was a pleasant surprise for Lebanon. I was nervous to try this place because the majority of Italian food around here is a J-O-K-E. I have tried their fried ravioli which was not greasy at all and came with a red marinara that impressed me. I have also tried a blackened chicken alfredo dish, margarita & white pizza and everything was really good. The house italian dressing is really good, but the best thing is the home made bread.... it is up there with the best bread i have ever had in my entire life!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
