Diabetics at TGI Friday

If you're a diabetic, then you must be extra careful while dining at TGI Friday. Try the salad menu at TGI Friday to keep your sugar and sodium intake in check. Soups are great to keep you full and satisfied without munching on the unhealthy greased meat-based dishes on TGI Friday menu.

Foods to Avoid at TGI Friday for Diabetics:

Sugar and sodium intake are crucial if you have diabetes. While the salads are the best option for you at TGI Friday, it is recommended to avoid the Pecan-Crusted Chicken Salad containing over 1000 calories and 1,650mg sodium. Also, skip Warm Pretzels with Craft Beer-Cheese dipping sauce as it contains more than 3000mg sodium. It is wise to skip the dessert for diabetics, especially the Brownie Obsession topped with Vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and pecans.

Scraping the bottom of the barrel here. I was on a business trip and was tired, unfamiliar with the area, and it was dark. I have a hard time finding my way around the odd suburban sprawl of the east coast (nothing is close enough to actually walk but things are too dense to leave any open space for enjoyment). I finally pulled into TGI Fridays for some dinner so I could get back to my hotel. The hostess was prompt at greeting me and showing me to a table. The restaurant is what you'd expect, I guess, of a chain like this. A mix of tables and booths, a bar to one side, teenage wait staff. The music was playing loudly enough to give you a headache and the menus featured lots of big photos of unhealthy food and mixed fruity drinks. I got a salad and a side of fries. The food was fine - fairly ordinary but nothing to complain about. Overall the menu is uninspired but then if you go to TGI Fridays, you're not going for the food.

it was okay but it wasnt great. I ordered a burger and a salad off the 2/$12 menu. The one thing I like was it was not a sharing thing I was able to order it just for myself unlike some places have the 2/20 sharing deal. The food came out quick and hot but the waitress just handed us our dishes, and we placed it down, isnt her job to make room on the table for our dishes, not the other way around? The check came before our desserts and I felt rushed. Perhaps next time I will go elseware.

Like practically most Langhorne chain restaurants, this one is no exception. I waited 30 minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge my presence and order. So I vowed to not tip her at the end. People don't seem to understand that us customers pay their salary. So I got my order later and the food was ok. What is up with having to wait until Jesus comes to even get a person to take your order?!

there weren't to many people there so it was nice and quiet. Service was excellent and food was great. Our son was having a problem with his eye and the waitor got us some saline so he could rinse it out. I enjoyed our time here

Today was the first time we have been to Friday's in several years. The place was pretty empty being it is Father's Day Sunday. We were just flabbergasted at how expensive the menu is now. The service was slow, but the waiter was friendly. We ended up ordering several appetizers, that were absolutely delicious. I would not recommend coming here for an actual sit down meal. I would however, recommend it for a happy hour or a gathering for drinks and some munchies.

Great, friendly service! My father and I have gone there for a quick, easy night out. First of all, the decorations are very cool and make and awesome environment. We choose the first come, first serve bar area each time. It was great for watching a game and having some apps. The apps themselves were very good, as was the burger. Would reccomend, decent food and very nice servers.

Great food poor service, hostess very accommodating, my family and I had had diner there last night I felt very insulted at the end when the waiter gave a the dessert menu right in he middle of our dinning experience, next we weren't finish and he have us the check on top if that didn't even clean the table very unprofessional.

Good time and we enjoyed The meal which is important!! The sangria was also yummy!! Not bad Of a place considering The other reviews, we got Lucky i guess!!

Came here the other night for the all-you-can-eat apps. We had a rude server who clearly did not care about our table when he realized we were solely there for the apps. The first round took TWENTY minutes to arrive. When they did arrive, the breading on the boneless wings had lost its crunch, turning to a soft exterior. Then, we asked for blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for our wings, and this never came. The next two rounds came out a bit faster and were of much better quality, but our server remained rude. Good apps, but bad experience. Probably will not be back if it will take another hour and a half to finish a meal here.

I'd go back, but there were a few minor things wrong and right with service. To start, I felt as though our waitress didn't want us there. She had an unenthusiastic attitude! We go there around 8:30, and felt rushed to eat. We sat down and were handed our menus. About 2 seconds later the waitress asked if we were ready to order. I didn't even have time to pick up the menu. She came back 2 times within a five minute span, and asked us if we were ready to order! After we ordered, our food arrived hot in a timely manner. A definite plus!! As far as the food quality goes, it was poor. I felt that my dish, the brushetta chicken pasta( which is my go-to dish at Fridays) was terrible. There wasn't nearly enough cheese, or balsamic on the dish. Also, they must use a new kind of tomato sauce because the dish seemed spicier and had a bigger tomato taste. I did not enjoy this. Healthy Choice makes a better version of this dish. Then came dessert, We ordered and the check came before we ate. We thought this was an unusual time to bring the check. We again felt rush. Overall, not a good experience at an okay establishment.

I like TGI Fridays. They have some great appetizers. I like their food and drink pricing too. The boneless Buffalo chicken wings, Jack Daniels BBQ Ribs Potstickers are so delicious. I like their $3 buck draft beer pricing too. The food is fresh and they provide consistent food quality and service from the wait staff is good too.

I'm always down for a good Fridays run ! In this instance we called ahead and placed a to go order. They got my order correct and my salmon and sautéed spinach was awesome. They were careful to provide all the necessary to go utensils and wet naps. Nothing more to say ! very efficient and if in the area again I will for sure keep Fridays as an option.

I was just here and the guy host told me initially 10-15. I was fine with that. Then i over heard him talking to a server and come to find out he told us the wrong time and end up waiting another 15. We just left cause the kids were goin crazy my wife was aggravated, it was just a mess. If that was my store (Friday's) back in jersey we wouldn't of waited that long. 1-10 probably a 4 i wont come back

Friday's has such potential, it really does but it always falls short... That is until this visit! Finally a Friday's that doesn't leave something to be desired... This was an awesome visit from start to finish. We check in wait time was accurate and fairly short for a Saturday evening. It was busy but not loud, fast but not rushed. Our waitress was nice and even better she was accurate with our order. The food was amazing, yes I said amazing and I mean it.. I was expecting mediocre or ok at best. But this Friday's sets them self apart, even from thief playing, I was pleasantly shocked! I feel like every other Friday's in a 50mile radius should come here to see how it's done, from the bartenders to the waitstaff and especially the cooks. I ordered off of the gluten free menu.. Opted for the ribeye, so happy with that selection, while eating u couldn't tell me I wasn't at a steakhouse, the seasoning was perfect, freaking perfect. I normally order a vanilla bean cheesecake because I never finish my food and is the only highlight of the meal (when they do it correctly). But I was stuffed and couldn't miss out on my dessert so I asked for it to go. So I did, no chocolate sauce please... Of course they would put it anyway because they always do. When it arrive I opened the container to find my dessert without the chocolate sauce, what??? Omg my eyes watered... Could this be an enjoyable, successful Friday's visit... No freaking way, yes way.. Wow never say never! Congrats Oxford Valley TGIFridays you are freaking awesome.

Meh not so great and when did they get so expensive? The boneless wings were OK but the fries were micro waved or something. Oh and the lemonade is HORRIBLE. How do you screw up lemonade? The rum punch was pretty good.

This is by far one of the best TGI Fridays I've ever been to. Let's start with how great and nice the inside is. With great staff such as great Waitress. The menu is filled with many great things to eat. Even with starts or the good delicious dinners, like there amazing ribs or there nice sized burgers. No matter what u get its always good there, potato skins are most definitely made by real potatoes. One of the great places to eat when shopping at the Oxford Valley mall!!

What can one say about an outdated model of a chain restaurant? There was a time that TGI Fridays was a hip place to visit, but that time has long since passed. The joint just seems to be stale amongst an ocean of other mediocre corporate Americana restaurants. I believe that public tastes have changed since the 90's and "we" regular folk expect a more intimate approach when it comes to food. However, TGI Fridays seem to still embrace the philosophy of frozen flash fried food as being what we deserve. Shame on them. I recently read in the business section of the newspaper that TGIF is now offering endless appetizers as a special and it dumbfounded me. For a struggling chain to now offer basically free food, while struggling financially makes no business sense to me. From my limited business sensibilities, it appears that the CEO has non-existent business acumen.. While I don't dismiss chain restaurants whole hardheartedly, this is one chain that I would not be sad to see go.

This is your standard run of the mill chain restaurant. A colleague of mine and I enjoyed a lunch of Spinach Dip, Teriyaki Chicken Bites and a Balsamic Chicken Caesar Salad. Everything was good on taste but the Teriyaki chicken bites were AMAZING. I'm not one to rave about anything chicken, but this dish blew me away.

This Fridays location is terrible. Service is always slow. And good lord, you may as well be eating at Chuck E. Cheese. All the tourists from Sesame Place take this place over with their little monster children who behave like pint-sized horsemen of the apocalypse. They make eating here a miserable experience.

truthfully, I don't get corporate chains like Fridays. They aren't a good restaurant and they aren't a good sports bar. They have right-sized portions, which means you should appreciate getting less food. It is the same bar food that you can get at many of the chains. You get better burgers at some burger places. You get better pasta at pizza/pasta places. You get more sports and drinks at a sports bar. Yet the place is crowded mostly with young folks who will wait an hour for a table. I guess being mediocre make you unobjectionable. So when you try to decide where to go, everyone finds something they can eat or drink, even if it is low level satisfaction.
