The service was fast and friendly and the have a super yummy breakfast buffet! Fruit was very fresh and in addition to the usual breakfast items they had corn fritters and blueberry cobbler. Mmmmm.... We got a side of their "stickies" which were liked baked cinnamon French toast with warm cinnamon butter poured over them. We will be back!

The only reason I'm not giving them one star is that the waitstaff were friendly. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and couldn't even eat half of it before losing my appetite. I'm the type of person who will still finish a plate because I can't let food go to waste, but this was just disgusting. My girlfriend ordered the breakfast burrito, which was supposed to include "chorizo". It was nothing more than fried spam in a wrap with low quality ingredients. I understand that this place is for an on-the-cheap meal but it was straight up unappetizing. I'd only come back if they paid me. A lot.

ALL YOU CAN EAT. Where else can a parent take a passle of hungry but hung-over students on Sunday morning and feed them so that won't have to eat again until supper? All those high-carb, belly-lining foods that go down so easy and soak up the excess alcohol. The burning question is: why is it called Eat n' Park when you really need to park before you eat?

The Good: They are open 24 hours. The Smiley cookies are great. They have a selection of fresh pies. Breakfast is available anytime. Free refills. The Bad: The food is mediocre. The menu selection is mediocre. The prices are mediocre. The Ugly: Those free refills are hard to get because you have to find your server first, and service is slow. Very slow. It seems that they never have enough people working and a majority of those who are seem unhappy to be there. Because of its complete mediocrity, I only go to the Eat N Park anymore for one of two reasons: 1. To buy a box of Smiley Face Cookies and not eat there. 2. I am starving and nowhere else is open. ALSO OF NOTE: Show your student ID and you'll get a discount on your bill.
