First, let me begin by saying the location was immaculate. I'm all about cleanliness and this place was aseptic. Reminds me of a hospital cafeteria. To me, that's not a bad thing. Our server was a nice older lady. Very soft-spoken and cordial. Not much more to be said about her. I ordered the Brioche Strawberry French Toast. Upon arrival it looked pretty good. Nothing spectacular in the presentation but appealing to the eye nonetheless. The portion size was adequate in that I couldn't finish my order. Surprisingly it was really good! I mean delicious doesn't even cover it. Now, I wouldn't go as far as to say delectable but it was quite good. I'm impressed in that it's a chain restaurant. My only disappointment is that they didn't have whole milk (no one has whole white milk! Why not?)

This is the second time I've tried the on- line ordering with to go pick up. I don't recommend it. First time the staff lost my order slip because they were soo busy. This time I arrived slightly after the time stated on my confirmation to once again find my order not even close to ready . The cashier had to frantically run around getting the items. There were many people in line behind me to pay and quite upset in the delay. Further there were children running around and screaming/crying due to the wait to be seated. If I wanted to listen to that I would have eaten IN rather than order to go. Food was tasty.

We had a fantastic breakfast this morning. Have never eaten at this particular location but all of us (party of 5) really enjoyed it. I had the steak and eggs and the rest of the group had an assortment of pancakes, omelettes and sausage. Great place!

I got the blueberry crepes and buttermilk biscuits. Sooo yummy! The pancakes were exceptionally good too! Right down the road from Hershey Park if you are an out of towner.

Was in town to visit Hershey Park and had a good experience at a Bob Evans in Indianapolis so decided to give it a try. Greeter seated us quickly which was good, but that was the last good thing that happened. We were seated in a section where a waitress already had a large party of around 20 people despite being many tables open in other sections. Drink order taken quickly, but took forever for the waitress to come back for the food order. Took another long wait before the food finally arrived and the two people that ordered pancakes had burned pancakes in their stacks. Given the long waits, we didn't think it was smart to send anything back. Overall a disappointing experience and will make us think twice before going to another Bob Evans.

Went here for dinner after a day at Hershey Park. Place was empty yet our food took forever. Finally half the food came out then another 20 min wait till the rest came. So half our party had eaten and half not. Waitress didnt know what food items were on the menu when asked. Side items ordered were never brought but at this point we just wanted the check. Two kids ordered mac n cheese but got their orders 20 mins apart!? Doesnt make sense-horrible slow service without apology Again the place was a ghost town--now we know why :(

Classic diner in line with the Denny's and IHOPs of the nation :) I ordered the farmer's breakfast which included 2 eggs, potatoes, a crepe and sausage links. It was delicious in that greasy-I-may-regret-my-decision-later kind of way, but I enjoyed every bite of it. It's really nothing special, but the service was efficient & friendly and the restaurant was clean :)

This is a better Bob Evans than we are used to. We had a well made and fresh breakfast and a crusted fish. The service was good. For this type of restaurant, especially compared to other Bob Evans, this is a solid four star.

Got the family size take out chicken cranberry pecan salad for 4 with a side (fresh fruit) and bread (blueberry) and added a $5 quart of soup (cheddar potato). Soup was nothing fantastic, but good and hot, which I needed after being cold all day. 3 of us adults ate with enough left for another meal. (Except the bread) I'll be back for another quick family meal at $5 per person. For a chain restaurant, I'm always pleased here.

For a chain restaurant, great food, service and price. Our waitress was Kelsey and she was phenomenal! We were a large group and she got every idiosyncratic order perfectly correct! The separate checks were all correct too! Everyone was satisfied with their food and we were seated quickly. Great experience!

I was here with my brother and my cousin. We arrived to a line full of people, and the service was slowly. Once we reached the hostess, she was arguing with another waitress on where to seat people. They argued for 5 minutes before seating us. Then the hostess seated us. Our server was good, but the service was so slow in the whole restaurant. I am from Hershey, and I will not be returning. After we finished eating, the hostess asked me how everything was. I said "The food was good, but the service was awful". She said "I'm sorry, that will be $31.29. She didn't say anything else. I am not too happy about that. My parents own a restaurant, and I know how things should operate. Bob Evans, You really need to do a better job!!!

I have been going here since the place was built. I consider it a good restaurant. The food is consistent. Its comfortable. Accessibility is good. This is important sometimes. It is easily compared to cracker barrel. But as anyone who has gone through the obstacle course in a wheelchair that is Cracker Barrel has become. Sometimes ease of access is nice. I think the prices are a little on the high side. The food is not super spicy. But for the target market its going for. Family's and seniors it does very well. The little country store area is just a few shelves. Two walls. They do have updated seasonal offerings to shake things up some. That being said we do eat here a lot for breakfast. But I still like cracker barrel when I am up for it.

I have been to Bob Evans before, but had never been to this one. I was visiting a friend, and we met up with even more friends here for lunch. It was a decent experience, nothing that blew me away. The only odd incident was that the lady who sat us was a little upset that my friends' kid ran ahead of her when being seated. I found this a bit peculiar as they were very well behaved for kids their age, and which greeter would not get the menus and stuff ready before taking people to their seats to begin with? Fortunately, our waitress was very nice. The atmosphere was very laid back, yet not excessively loud. A good casual, but relaxed environment. I was told that their kids' menu was very reasonably priced (I have no experience in this area). I ordered off of the small plates menu and got 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 1 french toast for a little over $5. Not too bad. The portion was an itty bitty bit too small for me, so I am sure for some people this is way too small a portion, but I really appreciated the option of paying less and getting a meal that was not large enough to have to take some home. As I was visiting friends on a road trip, I really did not have the option of taking much with me. I also had a bite of my friend's home fries, which were okay, but really too salty. Nothing really special. The highlight of the meal were the apple fries I ordered. They were warm, gooey and delicious. The dipping sauce of caramel was a great complement, and it was fried to a crisp perfection. The only gripe I have is that it comes as an appetizer, when I was intending it to be a dessert. To me, this would make the perfect dessert.

After seeing the picture of the "Bob-B-Q Pulled Pork Knife & Fork Sandwich" on their place mats, I just had to try it. What a good choice! The pulled pork was absolutely delicious. We also had the "Pot Roast Beef Stew Deep-Dish Dinner", which was also good, but not as good as the pulled pork. The waitress was nice and attentive. Food arrived quicker than expected (after about 5 minutes), even surprising the waitress. Portions were a tad small, but for the price, (like $6-7 for the entrees we ordered), you really have no room to complain.

Everything smacks of the grease that soaks the grill used to prepare every meal of grandma-friendly gruel they serve. Carry antacid and lomotil.

Meh. The food is a tad bland and the decor reminds me way too much of Cracker Barrel (complete with a mini country store). My chicken was somewhat dry and the "Bob-B-Q" sauce (rolls eyes) wasn't all that. Also, the hostess seemed like she wanted to go home hours ago (the waitress followed suit shortly after). The saving grace would have to be their banana bread, which is pretty damn good. But at about $10 each (including salad, entree, and banana bread) it's not all that bad. But yeah.... Meh.
