Very clean inside, and although the staff was busy, they made it a point to acknowledge me as soon as I walked in and was super fast. Shout out to Tobais and his politeness!

I only go to Dunkin' Donuts once a year and that's around Valentines day. The brownie batter donuts are only available during the month of February. I'm not a huge fan of coffee so I tend to not drink much unless its the frozen kind. All in all the service was fast and they had the donuts I wanted, I called two other Dunkin' donuts looking for the brownie batter with no luck.

This Dunkin Donuts was pretty clean inside. It has a big TV on the wall, and free WiFi of course. There was a community bulletin board. I had a small coffee which was good as always. The donuts in the case looked pretty delicious. Unfortunately, the place seemed sketchy to me. People kept coming and going without ordering anything. There were people sitting in their running cars outside and not coming in. A couple different people just sat down or brought their own food and drinks in and hung out there. The workers were not very friendly. The restaurant itself is fine, but the clientele is a bit creepy.

I live about a 5 minute walk from this DDs. I usually hit up the drive thru before getting on the highway to go to work. This Dunkin' has been getting worse and worse with their food and coffee service. Either they mess up my order or forget my order completely. Donuts are usually stale, coffee tastes burnt. The service leaves much to be desired and there seems to be new people every time I walk in. It go so bad over the course of a few months, that I don't go there anymore. I purposely leave my house earlier to go to the DD on Union Deposit.

Coffee is really good.. i love the customer service here ..the boys are veryy nice and im a person who is often confused about what i want to order .. they never Make me feel odd because i am talking to long. Infact they Always tell me the new items or their promotions... I guess im pretty much Ã regular now... Thanks guys for giving me a smile First thing in the morning :)

Matt and I were driving from State College to Philly and got a craving for donuts! We scoped out the nearest Dunkin Donuts and were super excited for a yummy treat... unfortunately this DD did not live up to the usual dunkin donuts yumminess. :( The donuts were stale and dried out, and tasted like wax. There was this awful lardy aftertaste left in my mouth after I ate my chocolate cake donut. It was definitely NOT worth the calories! The coffee was still delicious, so I'm keeping my rating at 2 stars... but MAJOR improvement is needed with their donuts! Their bathrooms were clean-ish, and the atmosphere was OK.

We went to Dunkin Donuts on Jonestown & i-83 the other night, after driving around town. There were two workers there, one serving the front and one in the back preparing stuff. and got a marble doughnut, and two glazed doughnuts. the total price was 2.25, pretty decent. parking at this pllce is always a pain in the butt.

Service is a bit lacking (they always have new people working when I come here, and they all seem like they are still in training) and the parking lot sucks. But their coffee is pretty darn good and there seems to always be a coupon flyer circulating for them, which is great. Also, I like that it's not just a donut place... I can grab a bagel, breakfast sandwich, or those new pancake bites.
