Management is terrible. We had a problem with person at the Deli. She was very rude and said she was out of something that they did have. We told the manager. After that the manager would not even make eye contact with us. Of course the lady is still there. Again we went to the Deli and were told they were out of what we wanted. My wife seen it in the case. She also told the people after us that they were out of what they wanted. We got the other person to get it for us. We told the manager again and he said he would take care of it. Of course this week she is still there. Would not come over to help the other person at the Deli. Now he has an attitude. The service counter has a lady that I think is in charge and after having to go there 4 times for the bonus card not working she has an attitude. Too busy outside smoking cigarettes. Since the change from getting bought out they don't carry the products they used to. Some food especially ice cream is crystalized. The cashiers are good though. It sure doesn't seem like they value there customers. At the rate they are going Bankruptcy is in there future again.
