The only thing that I don't necessary like about this location is that it always seems to take longer than other Wendy's.

This Wendy's does not care about getting your order out to you in a timely manner at all. This goes for both the drive thru and eat in, but is especially bad for dinning in. Red Robin is quicker.

I used to love this Wendy's. Whenever I couldn't make it to Bethlehem to eat dead cows, Wendy's in Hamburg was my next best option. But alas, after finding an acrylic nail in my fries I was a bit heated. When I brought it to the employee's attention, he told me that only men employees were there and that I should call the number on the bag. I haven't had time to call yet, but I intend on doing so - until then, here Wendy's, have some free publicity!

A nice clean place. The location it is in is confuseing and caution should be excersized when getting to this coming across the intersections. The staff are nice the food was like any other wendys but it was well stocked they had everything you aksed for in a timely fashion. THe bathrooms are clean I would go back.

We recently made the annual pilgrimage to Knobels and for whatever reason with that also comes the annual pilgrimage to this temple of all that is greasy good. (Not to be confused with Shady Maple which is the temple of eating. Either saying or even typing the name of Da Shade should elicit a brief pause and then a bowing of your head. But I digress.) The drive thru line this year was as slow as ever and the staff was as apathetic as usual except this year offered a new twist! It's called let's pretend all you can get with a kids meal is fries because apples would require to much effort too much effort to find them. Two employees and five minutes later said apples were found. Why the games? Why the BS? The rest of the order was fine and by next year I'm sure that i I'll forget about this but in the mean time Wendy's you lose star (Ba-Bum) along with..........I don't know what else you can take away from a store that you only visit once a year but if I ever figure it out I'll take that away too!
