I compare every Chinese meal to China King. Nothing ever measures up. The chicken is white, clean pieces with no chewy mystery meat. Our favorite dishes are the general tso which is delicious, and the honey chicken which is also amazing. Both are breaded and fried perfectly - crisp and delicious! Some of the best crab rangoon I've had, and my absolute favorite wonton soup! They make good sushi too, but we normally go for takeout. In addition to TERRIFIC food, the owners are super sweet and friendly and always remember our order, even after an entire year and a half (we moved out of town; 18 months later I was in Pittsburgh visiting a friend - I insisted we make the 50 minute drive to China King, and LiLi STILL remembered me and my order!) DEFINITELY recommend! So good.

China King has amazing food. When I moved out here from California I was looking for a new Chinese place to replace my favorite place back home and this is it! They have insanely delicious food that is cooked perfectly every time. And they always have excellent customer service. Plus the restaurant itself is very cute and clean.

Great, friendly service. I've recently started trying the raw sushi and I love it. I've eaten there many times and had their sushi the last three times - always tasted very good and very fresh. I'm no expert on sushi, but theirs has left me full and satisfied every time. I really like the Tiger Roll and Hot Love Roll. Everything else is great too. If you ask nice, they'll even give you some Siracha. I can't wait for my next visit. I usually go once a week. This next time I'm going to let them pick my sushi for me. I only have two requests, spicy and raw.

Best sushi in town! Fresher and more tasty than some of the pricier more fancy places. This is a simple clean little place tucked into the end of a strip mall. You'd never guess such good sushi was awaiting you inside. All the traditional Chinese dishes and some Japanese, too, are on the menu. Run by an incredibly hard working, nice family--give it a try. Ask for the picture book of sushi for a wide range of choices. You won't be disappointed!

This is a family owned and run business head to toe. Food is always very good and patience is only thing you need since it is the family running the restaurant. Sometimes it takes some time but it is worth the wait and they treat all their guest with respect.

Was very impressed with their sushi! Was up here for business and saw the reviews and decided to stop and very glad we did! This was some of the best sushi I have ever had, you must try the winter roll and yum yum roll!!!

Out here for a week for work, and was craving some good sushi or Chinese food. Not only was this place close to my hotel, but it was fantastic! Had the Godzila roll and the Dragon phoenix. Top notch service, and top notch food. The Godzila roll presentation was picture perfect. If ever back in Greensburg, I will be back.

Yummy!! The low mein was especially delicious. This shop is owned by one of the cutest families ever. I'm Chinese and I know what Chinese food should taste like - this tastes home cooked. I love this place and will be a regular! :)

I've only been here 3-4 times. I've had the chicken and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken, and general tsos. Each were fantastic and the portions for lunch were great. The price was also incredible at $4.95 each. The wonton soup was not great however so I would not get it again. The restaurant is nice and clean. The tables are nice. The people seem very nice. The only change I'd like to see is the glasses. They use plastic cups that look really bad. Even if they are clean they just look dirty because they are scratched and such but otherwise I really enjoy going there.

I am surprised this place has so few reviews... we were looking for a place to eat before ending our journey for the day and pulled in here for a bite. We were not expecting much but the food was AWESOME! We got the fried rice, lo mein, mein fun, a vegetarian entree and a chicken entree. And it was all good. We asked for a side of steamed vegetables for the baby and the they were very patient with getting them to the right level of 'done-ness' for us. Excellent taste, excellent service, highly recommended.

Do yourself a favor and just go. I was not a fan of sushi until I tried this place - it's the best I've ever had. So unexpected for a tiny strip mall in the suburbs. The service, the food, the prices. It's all perfect. The woman who waits on you will remember your order and who you usually come in with months after your last visit. One hint: I think they get shipments in on Thursdays or Fridays. If you go on Friday you'll get the freshest sushi. I ordered on other days and while it's still so good, it's obviously not as fresh.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
