Service was good, very friendly. The goods were fresh but by the time we were there in early afternoon, the selection was pretty depleted. The trick must be to get there early. But we'd go again.

I've finally given up on this location. I'm actually going through the turning lane to get in and out of Panera. Even with the extra traffic cluster for me ....I'm getting my *&@^)!@*($^ bagel in less time than sitting trapped in a dive through for 20 minutes at this Tim Hortons. Seriously, I have never seen such an incompetent morning staff. I don't have 20-35 minutes to wait for a bagel! I gave this place a few YEARS to shape up, but no. From 7:30-8AM you're looking at a 20-30 minute wait time NOT INCLUDING ordering or getting anything, even a coffee. NO THANKS! BYE!

Cheap. Mostly tasty. Great donuts. Open in the middle of the night when you're drunk. What's up with the chronically soggy welcome mat at this locale?

Stopped in on a Sunday about 730 pm to get dinner to go. 2 guys working were incompetent at best. No one in drive thru and we were the only people in the place. The guy working the counter had no idea what was on a sandwich and had to go read off their prep list...then still didnt have it 100% correct. My sandwich wasn't even correct once we got back to the hotel...turkey club was bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Lettuce was brown. So it took 2 people to make 2 sandwiches, throw some Mac & cheese into a bowl, and make 1 latte and after 15 minutes of trying they still couldn't make it right? I left wishing we had been like the guy who came in after us and couldn't get one of these schmucks to wait on him so he left...no doubt for better things. The owners of this location really need to see what's going on here.

Ohhhhh my god what is up with these people. This is the slowest Tim Horton 's I've ever been to. The cashiers don't know where items are on the register. It takes 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich because the help are too busy laughing and talking among themselves.

We bought donuts at this Tim Hortons and others in the area during a recent visit to Pennsylvania. The coffee was great just like the Tim Hortons we get in Canada. However even at 9 o'clock on a Sunday the donuts do not taste freshly made. We lived in Canada for five years and visit often so we know how delicious freshly made on site Tim Hortons donuts are. The donuts we have eaten in and around Erie PA do not to do the Tim Hortons name justice. Mediocre at best. How sad.

Overall, this location of Tim Horton's is alright. I was disappointed by the selection of donuts availible, but we were there at 7 p.m. tonight. However, their overall selection of muffins and donuts were surprisingly low. There were only about 16 kinds of each, and being in the evening, there were only about eight or so of each availible. Hopefully at some point in the future, they offer a wider range of items!
