Amazing, amazing, amazing! Every step to coordinate my event with Cali's West went smoothly - from suggestions on the menu choices/number of items to order to the efficient setup & breakdown/cleanup on the day of the party. The food was delicious! We decided upon a variety of appetizer items - and, based on the recommendation of Marci Honard, we had the correct amount of food for this 85 person event! The staff that worked the party was amazing. They helped beyond the call of duty - walking around the party to help guests (drink orders, answering questions) as well as checking in with me often to see if I needed anything. They were polite, professional, cheerful, dependable and energetic. They seemlessly and unnoticeably cleared plates/drinks without interrupting the flow of the party. At the end of the party they quickly broke down the tables/chairs and even took the garbage! I actually enjoyed the party as the hostess... With no clean up afterwards. I would definitely hire Cali's West again for catering. Great service from start to finish!
