Stopped in with friends for a glass of wine and ended up spending the majority of our evening at Andre's. This was because of the great service, and a very mellow atmosphere. Justin's Pig Wings were outstanding, the meat so tender it fell off the bone! Will definitely go back.

Andres cheese platter is the best way to start your night. Had chicken pesto panini with a bottle of Merlot. The local Merlot was actually really good. If you're ever in doylestown drop by for a cheese plate, a panini, or a glass of local wine. Hats off to Andre, you gotta live a place where the owner chats with you while dining.

I was going to write that this is a hidden treasure, but several people before me said the same thing! It really is. We stumbled on this place during a 3 hour break in my son's soccer tournament. Chef Peter is friendly and talented. We had the cheese plate, caprese salad and pig wings to start. The pig wings come in buffalo or BBQ; either way they meat literally falls of the bone and jumps in your mouth. Delicious! I had the pulled pork sandwich (because I couldn't get enough of the pork). It is perfectly seasoned with the right balance of BBQ sauce and cole slaw you can either get on the sandwich or on the side. My son and husband kept asking for one more bite of my entree. My husband ordered the turkey and Brie panini which he said was short on Brie and honey mustard sauce. My son had the Andre's BLT which oddly enough was not made panini style. He didn't like it and I think it would have been much better in a panini. All in all, this was a great find and worth the time to stop in.

Great spot for delicious cheese plates. Sit at the bar, order a plate and let them surprise you. The wines are local (not great) but ok. The nan pies taste delish and are served with salads. Not a huge amount of GF options. Great, knowledgable staff.

I love this place!!! The cheeses are the best and all the food is delicious. I have eaten here several times, and had a big family holiday party, and we have never been disappointed. I wish he had other wines rather than just local wines, but it's not a deal-breaker. Food makes up for it! Oh, and Andre is there all the time and is very personable!

Definitely a hidden treasure, and a great place to have wine, cheese and other light meals. The salads are always fresh, and Andre and the rest of the staff are always very friendly. It's a great place to start the night or for a light meal with good wine.

This is a hidden treasure in Doylestown, which isn't apparent from the front of the 22 Main building in town. This is a small wonderful cheese shop that highlights a variety of baked goods, cheese, coffees, and of course wine. The wines they offer are locally made in Bucks County, specifically highlighting the Crossing Vineyards and Buckingham Valley Vineyards wines (you may be able to read more on their wines by checking out these venues on the travel review site of your liking). Be sure to order a cheese tray to compliment your wines while visiting. They have a wonderful selection of Brie's that were terrific with the wine. For a nice, quiet, casual place to stop, snack, and drink great quality products this is a wonderful venue. Be sure to check their store hours, they vary depending on the day of the week.

Love Andre's! They have the best cheese selection and the staff is very friendly :) It's a small/dark place but it's very cozy and the perfect spot just to go relax, enjoy some cheese and wine in an intimate setting. We live close by and plan to make many many more vists!

Love, love, love the little wine cellar underground. It's dark, cozy and intimate and for some reason it also makes me feel like I'm hidden in some fantastic little cove and we are getting VIP treatment. Like that they use local wines and the cheese and other small plates accompanying are simple and delicious. Hours are a little strange from what I recall, at least for that downstairs room, so best to call ahead. This review reminds me that it's time to go back!

Ended up here for lunch today with some friends when the place we originally chose was closed on Sunday, and we were very pleased. We each chose a different Naan pie, which we'd never had before. They were flatbread pizza-like concoctions. Mine had fig jam, chorizo, and manchego cheese, topped with almonds. Never had these particular ingredients before, but it was yummy. All were accompanied by a side salad, which were very nice mixed greens, and a little cucumber and tomatoes. My diet coke was served in a wine glass for a touch of elegance, and one of my friends had a mimosa, which she enjoyed. I would definitely consider eating there again teh next time I find myself in Doylestown.

Andre's Wine and Cheese Shop is great. But what I want to emphasis in my review is the work done by Carol on croissants, scones, quiches and other baked goodies during the day. Carol is a boss. She's literally a Doylestown treasure. I've been a fan of her wares for lo these 20 years. Great call by Andre bringing her in.

What a great find in Doylestown!! Terrific homemade kale and tomato quiche and delicious ruglach. Like the previous reviewer said, it is hidden in a (dark) mall. My friend's had paninis---portions were good-sized and came with a side salad. The woman who served us also did the baking, and she was really nice. Will definitely return next time I'm in Dolyestown--to try the scones!
