They have some great Asian food. The chicken pad Thai and chicken green curry are worth the trip alone. The price is reasonable for the taste and portion size.

John's Asian Cuisine brings some delicious diversity to Danville. The menu is mostly thai and other Asian dishes and reasonable prices. John offers the standards: pad thai, udon soup, and drunken noodles. We had the veggie tempura for an appetizer, drunken noodles and udon soup. Everything we ordered was great. It's hard to come by pretty good ethnic in this area (thankfully, this seems to be changing though) so I'm really excited that John's has moved into the hood. My only disappointment was that the thai tea tasted like it was made from powder.

I had the drunken noodles, and they were fantastic! Everything was really great and the prices were very reasonable. Also, the waitress sounded mad every time she said "okay," which was hilarious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Danville, except for that guy on Yelp that only seems to like fast food places in Danville. He'd hate this place.

Tastes bad. Not the real Asian restaurant. Not hygiene . The owner is eating and serving at the same time. Not worth the money.

Driving back from Cleveland home specifically searched yelp for asian cuisine. Got there they were closed for a week for family vacation. If you are using social media keep it up

Best Thai food in the area. Everything is wonderful! The portions are a bit small, but that just gives you the chance to order other items!

If you are in or near Danville PA check out this fabulous new Asian Fusion restaurant. John's Asian Cuisine on the river end of Mill Street. We had fried wontons which were not at all greasy, sweet chili tilapia, and pad Thai and fried banana for dessert. Everything was perfect! Wonderful flavors! We have been back numerous times and the food is consistently delicious.

Nice family business with good food at a very reasonable price. Passing through this small town and Yelp saved me again.

Don't let the name or the decor dissuade you! This place has been consistently serving really solid Thai food for years now - it's a real boon to downtown Danville. It's family-run and friendly in there, and they do a great job getting food to you even when busy. We eat there several times a months, and have tried and enjoyed just about everything on the menu. That said, we usually return to drunken noodles, green curry and the basil friend rice. Fresh summer rolls are delicious, too.

I went here after researching it on Yelp. I walked in with a few collegues after a day of workshoping at a customer and my first thought was " Oh Crap where else can we go" as I didn't have many options we sat down and ordered. we shared appetizers, sate, shrimp which were all were quite nice. each of us ordered different things and I got the green curry. Best green curry I had in a long time, appropriately spicy. I will be back here next time I am in town :-)

Panang curry is absolutely flawless and so are the spring rolls and drunken noodles. Best Thai food around.

Called ahead to order Drunken Noodles with Tofu. Staff was pleasant on the phone and in person. Looks family run, which added to the charm of the homey, well-kept restaurant/dining space. Food was delicious, and "medium" spice level was just right (heat didn't overpower the taste). Would certainly come back if passing through Danville again.

Ordered spring rolls and lunch portion of basil fried rice. Quality and quantity of food is enough to make any customer happy :) Fresh, hot and delicious food!

Awesome Asian Thai food for great prices! The shrimp pad Thai and bang bang shrimp are worth it any time of day. They are also speedy, and deliver to me when I'm in the hospital! I would recommend this to anyone looking for something different to eat, filling, and so yummy!

The Pad Thai is amazing! I can't get enough of it. John and his family are also very pleasant. An all around great place to eat or get take-out.

Incredibly good, authentic Thai food! Had the Tom Ka soup, green curry chicken, and fried curry rice. Looking forward to trying more. What a great surprise to find great food like this in Danville!

John's Thai is solid Thai food. This is the restaurant we have been to the most often since moving to Danville. I always get a curry dish and they have all been delish. It is a quiet atmosphere, and a plain atmosphere, but the staff is friendly and the food is tasty! Plus, BYOB!

I'm disappointed. I just ate lunch but I'm still hungry. The food was freshly cooked and tasted good, but the portion was so small! (We're talking half the size of Panda Express.) I just paid $10 for a serving that was maybe worth $6 - that makes this place overpriced and sort of a ripoff. This place wouldn't last a month in Los Angeles against real competition. Too bad because the food is well-cooked and tastes good, but I won't be back. That's why they get 2 stars instead of 4.
