Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Really good pizza!!! Had the regular cheese pizza with a then crust. Got the small and it was plenty for two adults. If you want some great pizza, this is the place to go!!

Not exactly a big fan. Their food is way overpriced and their pizza is nothing special. I would go their in a pinch or if someone else I was with wanted to, but if I had a choice Frank's wouldn't not be the one that I would make.

Deep dish specialty pizzas are best thing on menu. Slice of cheese subpar. French fries are surprisingly good. Service was great.

Best pizza I've had in Pennsylvania, but nothing like NJ and NY pizza. But I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area

Guy at the front was an a-hole, very rude. We ordered a wrap, a cheese steak and fries, he forgot the fries and we had to wait 15 minutes for them, and every single fry in the box was thin and crappy. The cheese steak was horrible, I don't know what kind of cheese they use but it was bland as hell. How are these guys still in business? Update 06/08/2015 - Owner says he messaged me to straighten things out and definitely did not.

Love this place. We always get the same waitress and she is awesome... i'll have to write down her name next time so I remember. Last time we had hot fresh bread smothered in garlic and olive oil to start - then I had Eggplant Rollatini and it was sooo good. It's BYOB too. The grandma's pizza and 4 cheese pizza are my fav.

I had been hearing a lot of good things about Frank's Pizza, so I decided to stop by there for lunch today. When I first walked in, it was nice and cool, a good contrast from the 80 degrees outside. I went up to the counter, and the order taker (a Guatemalan man) came over. I knew I had to try at least some of the pizza. But since the spaghetti sauce had reviews stating that it was the best and cooked for 5 hours, I figured I'd better try some of that too. They had some pizzas along the serving counter that were sold by the slice, so I chose one that did not have pork (I don't eat pork). The pizza slice I ordered was called the "Tortellini Pizza". Basically white garlic sauce, with mozzarella cheese and tortellini pasta toppings. It was really good, nice and garlicky the way I like. The cheese was real and streeeetchy, that's how I prefer it. The crust was interesting and unique in a good way; it was light and airy. Crispy and kind of buttery tasting. I guess it tasted a little bit like a Ritz cracker, but a little more "bready"...? I like it though! I also got the spaghetti with meat balls. The pasta was al dente. The sauce actually was pretty good. Now, it depends what kind of sauce you like. If you prefer "sweet" sauce, then you might like Constantino's Pizzeria. But if you like a more savory sauce, then Franks is the way to go. Frank's pizza sauce tastes homemade, and like it has some wine cooked in it. Maybe even some pureed red bell pepper (a lot of Italian moms I know like to put pureed red bell pepper in their sauce). Its not too acidy either, like some tomato-based sauces. The meat ball- The spaghetti came with one BIG meat ball right in the center. Now, I've had these types of meat balls in other places, and usually, I can't win. They are either too much like meat loaf (too soft with that cakey oatmeal taste), or they are wayyyyy too processed, with kind of a "Chef Boyardee" flavor. But Frank's meat balls are pretty good. They have a decent unique flavor, and a very meaty texture. Garlic bread--to me, good garlic bread has a nice garlicky taste, is pretty to look at, toasted to a light crisp on the outside with a soft French-bread-like center... And Frank's garlic bread is all of the above! This is just the way I prefer it, so if you are into a nice fresh taste, go for this garlic bread. The Tiramisu cake--Hands down, BEST tiramisu I've ever had. The bottom layer of lady fingers soaked in coffee was slightly warm... Just above that was a VERY cold and refreshing vanilla pudding-like layer. Over that, the nice chocolate-coffee whipped topping. And the coffee/cocoa powder on top. Fresh tasting like REAL coffee, not that "too alcoholy" tasting stuff other places tend to use. I could eat this stuff al day, lol. I have to say I am pretty impressed with this place. I would love to come back later and try a pasta dish with linguini or fettuccini and white sauce. Something garlicky. Maybe even with shrimp, if they have it. I'll have to check their menu again. But the staff was friendly, funny, engaging and checked on the customers often. Clean establishment too, with a nice relaxed ambiance. It think its good for a date, friends or a family meal. I DO recommend this place to anyone who wants some decent Italian food, filling portions and fair prices. Certainly will be back!

Got the Godfather Panini with fries and a slice of Sicilian pizza. Honestly this is some great food. Could only get through half of the panini, just because it was so massive! Basically two amazing meals for the price of one. Highly recommended. Can't recommend this enough, service was awesome too

Finally got back to Frank's after a long layoff for dinner this past Saturday. Entrees of Tortellini Alfredo and Tortellini with red sauce, I hate Alfredo so sue me, were both solid and served up hot and fast. Garlic bread with some extra large pieces of garlic also was a winner. The only slip up was the pasta fagioli soup. It was lacking in the pasta department and really was nothing more than red broth with some tomato pieces throw in. The service while not exactly personable was fast and efficient. Overall Frank's is not going to wow your taste buds but it is a solid under the radar place to go for a decent Americanized Italian meal.

I'm a born bred New Yorker and I know my pizza, this place is GOOD! I just had there chicken Marsala slice and it was amazing. The pizza looked fresh , not siting out all day and dried up. The dough was soft but crispy. Perfect slices. Clean nice place. Kinda pricey but you get what you pay for.

This is a gem. Great for full dinner, pizza or sandwiches! Their German Pizza (Cheese Steak Pizza) is out of this world. Great sauteed Italian specialties with veal or chicken. Cheese steaks are great too! pasta dishes are as good as you see in any fine dining Italian restaurant. BYOB! They've got the stemware and bottle opener. Two dining rooms, one is typical pizzeria and another off to the side that is a little less noisey.

Looks dumpy from the outside surrounded by a Walmart and some nail salon or cigar places, but it's a pleasant surprise once you get inside. You can see where they cook, and the dining area isn't half bad. The food is great. Last time I went I just got grilled chicken salad- a tried and true favorite or mine. Someone else got the buffalo chicken and someone else got a few slices of plain. All just what we needed on a Saturday night. You can tell they use good ingredients and work really hard behind that countertop.

I love the bruschetta pizza!! They don't have it all the time (I think they run out?) but the pizza is pretty good. The cheeseburger pizza is ok. I really only come here for the bruschetta pizza, it's tasty! Dine in or take out.

Great Pizza.!! The atmosphere was refreshing for a small pizza place. There was a large selection of different food and a variety of pizzas, including huge thick sicilian. Got two slices and was fat and happy. I'm going there again soon.

This is my family's favorite pizza place to get takeout from. I have not eaten in, but there seems to be ample space and a very clean restaurant. When I have been in to pick up pizza, the employees have always been friendly and nice to my children. There aren't a lot of good pizza places in Bethlehem, but this is one of the best for traditional pizza. Stefano's is probably a touch better, but it's such a pain waiting for them to get around to making it, I'd rather not bother.

I really, really enjoyed the pizza. Also, their italian salad with the balsamic dressing was wonderful. I look forward to trying more things off the menu.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
