One of the better and faster DD around (unless you get the person who doesn't know what they want and then orders the four sandwiches and two specialty drinks.... you know who you are ). They know what a little cream in coffee means and do not quibble the coupons. The staff is polite and quick.

Stopped in for a chocolate glazed donut this after. Shift leader standing at the front didn't acknowledge I was even there (only customer in the store). Not a biggie told him I wanted a chocolate glazed donut. Employee next to him stated loudly. "Must have hit the lottery" I know I'm an older male without a ton of looks, but how about a pinch of customer service.

Funny when employees have strong accents and they get annoyed when you can't understand them. This location could use better cleaning of the floors, tables and bathrooms.

in response to Angel K's review: I dont know how they treat people in Jersey, but this Dunkin Donuts has one of the worst services i've experienced, so i actively avoid it. I prefer wawa or even the coffee at the office where i work because the service is better there~! if that makes any sense i've been leered at after asking them to please heat up the egg in my sausage wake-up up wrap, which they refuse to do - why is the sausage and cheese warm-ish but the egg is fresh out of the fridge? amazingly, the last time i went there, i decided not to ask for the extra service of having a warm egg and they go are surprise me by burning the cheese to the tortilla so savagely that it blackened and bubbled - much like magma from the earth's core (you know how solidified liquid lava looks once it hits the earth's surface then cools?) well my cheese did just that, once they extruded it from the oven they use, it must had been bubbling and churning so violently that the extreme atmosphere temperature change caused it to solidify and harden beyond eatibility. c'mon man step up yer food prep game or atleast stick to makin donuts~!!

Do you like: 1. Quick and overly rushed service? 2. A drive thru speaker that is way too loud? 3. People who work the drive thru window that are impossible to understand when they speak? 4. Bagel sandwiches that are fresh and icy cold when you first get them? 5. Coffee that never has in it what you ordered? 6. Donuts that taste like synthetic flavorless rubber? If this is how you roll at 7am for breakfast than this DD is for you. For the rest of us who enjoy food that has a better quality than something that Oscar the Grouch would eat, stay very far away.

I went to this location on Monday because I was craving the new mint chocolate chip iced coffee. Now I have no other locations to compare this awesome drink to but I found it fantastic. They didn't seem rude, they didn't rush me, and there was one car in front of me at the drive thru so overall it wasn't a bad experience. I went at 11:30am by the way.
