They deliver breakfast sandwiches! That's all you need to know.....and they are solid. Not open on Sundays though. Great to have in the neighborhood.

I have gotten breakfast here a few times. Always delicious breakfast sandwiches! My only complaint is that I always have to wait for a very long time for my food, even after calling ahead. I was there yesterday and there were at least 6 unhappy customers. Many of whom had been waiting for up to an hour. I was told it would be 20 minutes, so I waited 20 minutes before going. Once arriving, I waited an additional 30 minutes for my breakfast. Great food! But I wish they could find a way to cut down the wait. I would recommend this place, but don't go when you are starving and be prepared to wait.

In an area where it seems like everywhere you turn there's an overrated bistro, or a mildly pretentious higher end chain, this place is a hidden gem. Or maybe I just come from a state of mind where I always appreciate a short order place that knows how to make the home fries right over a fancy joint. Either way, when I was in the area in need of a quick and cheap breakfast spot today, Yelp reviews pointed me here and it did not disappoint. I noticed that every customer who came in seemed to know the owners, and they chatted about their lives with them. I love these types of places. Food quality is ultimately what matters, and at a simple place like this it only matters if everything is well made. It certainly is here. My omelet, bagel, and home fries were prepared perfectly. Funny thing is that I usually don't go for the cubed home fries as I feel most places make these rubbery and tasteless. Here, they are perfectly crisp and fresh. That's a skilled technique to get them that perfect. I don't know if I'll make it back as my normal travels don't often find me out in these parts at breakfast time, but I'll happily recommend them to anyone for a quick neighborhood breakfast fix.

Yummy breakfasts and huge omelets. Takes awhile to make, but worth the wait. The dining area is tiny and can get a little crowded at times. Best to get your order to go.

My first interaction with this deli consisted of my boyfriend delivering a cream-cheese loaded everything bagel to me, in bed, as I suffered through the worst hangover ever. Needless to say, it was love at first bite. The breakfast platters are amazing. I'm not exactly the cheeriest person when I first wake up, but the home fries they serve up here really get me through my pre-coffee hours of morning. The owners are adorable. They know the locals well and make a point to be very friendly, even though about a million people come in and out for breakfast and lunch. My only complaint is that the prices are a little steeper than I'd like them to be. You can get a sandwich for under $6 but it's practically child-sized. Still, the food is delicious and I always leave with a smile.

Jeannie's is a classic Boar's Head deli with real good quality food, really nice and helpful people, very prompt delivery (food comes hot!) and slightly high prices. A keeper!

I have been fairly happy with almost everything I have ordered from here, however it is the breakfast that I like most. Its quick, relatively cheap, and the deliver to my work.

Nice little neighborhood eatery. Very prompt, helpful and courteous service. I got two eggs, toast, home fries and turkey bacon. Everything was as I wanted/expected. Good value and as I said before, great service.

I'm rating Jeannie's on breakfast -- I've taken out from there once a week for about 2 years. There is definitely a shortage of independent food choices on the Main Line, and Jeannie's is a hidden gem, just a block or two off Lancaster Avenue. (In fact, I discovered it by accident while taking a detour.) Everything is prepared to order and they are very conscientious about making sure the food comes out excellent every time. I typically order the "Jeannie's Breakfast Platter," which includes eggs any style, their tasty home fries (deep fried), toast and the option of bacon, sausage, etc. The platters are abundant and if you order it without meat it's about $5 and change. I actually stopped picking up breakfast at a nearby Wawa when I realized Jeannie's was cooked to order and not much more money. The bacon is good quality and cooked crisp. The sausage is tasty and comes in a large round patty. The home fries are cubed deep-fried potatoes -- you might not enjoy that if you enjoy the shredded variety cooked on a flat-top grill, but I've enjoyed them. The breakfast sandwiches are also excellent -- they use good quality breads, bagels and rolls -- and a terrific value. Jeannie's is generous with the condiments and the food quality is high and consistent. They also open at 6 or 6:30, and because I get in at 7 it's been great to get a hot made-to-order breakfast there. I usually call in the order, and it's ready in about 10 minutes. The owners and cook are charming and nice, too! Check it out!

We have all experienced a deli or two....Jeannie's is tops! The owners are so kind and always smiling - they show good spirits even on the busiest of days! The food is satisfying and you get exactly what you expect for a corner deli - nothing gourmet or over the top, but always(!) hits the spot! The prices are reasonable and the location is convenient. I wish they were open on Sundays and had longer hours, but it's really nothing to complain about when considering it's a mom/pop deli :)

This place is definitely worth driving a couple blocks off of the main road. They have every kind of simple breakfast and lunch platter you can think of and they only use Boar's head meats and cheeses. The breakfast sandwiches were very affordable, most of them under $5. You order all of your food then pay before you leave. There are a few tables to sit and eat. The food comes out fast and its the perfect place for a quick bite to eat. I'm not sure why people would think this place is expensive; compared to every other place in Ardmore, its not expensive at all and for the quality of ingredients that you get for your food, its absolutely worth $4 for a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. If you want to pay less than that, I'm sure there's a McDonald's somewhere around there.

Came here for breakfast...their food is soo cheap and good!!! The portions are really big. I didn't give it 5 stars just because the seating is a little limited. I highly recommend this deli! It's a really cute local place :}. The workers were really nice, too. If you ask for water, though, they give you a really dinky cup haha booo.

The BEST $4 breakfast sandwich around; great taste, good size. The omelette platters are good too - my only gripe is that they deep fry the potatoes for their home fries (which I know is probably easier, but not as good).

Love this place. Eat here for. Breakfast at least once or twice a week. The r Prices are just fine, yeah it ain't McDonalds but it ain't junk food either. I'd say on par with Wawa or any of the delivery/takeout places in Ardmore. Food wise though, ingredients are always fresh. I've yet to find a better bacon egg and cheese bagel anywhere, locally or otherwise. Omelette a are damn delicious as well. And the staff is very friendly and courteous. Look out for the $10 credit card minimum unless you are a regular.

I like it here! When I lived in Ardmore this was a special treat for me. I always got the Turkey Wrap...it is so good! They put peppers on the turkey wraps, which the first time I tried it, I thought it would be gross but I ended up really liking. I do think it's a bit pricey for a deli, though. Oh but they have tasty chocolate chip cookies so it's all good.

I used to eat here more than I should have because I lived close by. The food is fine. they use boars head for the subs and the small sub is reasonably priced. The woman who typically works the counter during lunch can be very rude and tough to deal with. Jeannie herself is very nice.

No one has ever reviewed Jeannie's!! No worries though, I've got your back Jeannie. This is a classic mom and pop deli tucked away in Ardmore. I frequently play the game "find the best breakfast sandwich" when I'm bored on any given weekend, and Jeannie's does it for me. It's small and quaint but damn do they have good stuff. So go- and try their bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, you won't regret it!

This place makes the best Italian hoagie in the area. Everything is always fresh and the quality Boar's Head luncheon meats are delicious. The service is quite pleasant too--like another reviewer said, a genuine "Mom and Pop" establishment. Love it!

Food is average to good. Customer service is decent, and the place is clean. However, it is pricey for what you get. Expect to spend 8 dollars or more on lunch. Some portion sizes are small, especially the wraps and sandwiches, so you may wind up still being hungry. The tuna pasta is a good choice for 3.75 (tuna salad mixed with pasta, corn and peas.) Also recommended is the Cobb Salad. There is a chicken bacon ranch wrap that is decent, but again, very small and 6 dollars. Not the best value unless you are a light eater. I gave this place 3 stars because they have good customer service.
