Bacon, chicken & ranch slices were surprisingly good however who I presume was the owner was extremely rude. He made it seem like I wasn't welcome to eat in when coming in at 830PM despite the fact that they close at 930PM. Slices were also fairly expensive at $4 a slice. Seemed a bit expensive for the size of the slices and the area. Most likely won't be back due to better options nearby but I'm glad I stopped by.

I am going to be completely honest, their pizza is good. However, my husband recently went in with a coupon from Restaurant.com , which was the only reason we tried this pizza place to begin with. Not only did the staff member rudely express how the coupon was a type-o and that they were no longer honoring it because, "how could they make any money off of this deal," he was made to feel like an idiot instead of a valued customer. This restaurant is in close proximity to another business we go to every day and we could have been regular customers, but a simple thing called customer service was what this business was lacking. It is understandable if coupon mistake was, in fact, made, but don't take it out on your merchants especially if you trying to build your name and get repeat customers. Not only will I NEVER go back to this restaurant, I will never recommend Vinny's Pizza to any friends of family due to one experience. Do yourself a favor and go to Parma Pizza Cedar Crest, where their prices are better, pizza is delicious and their customer service is friendly and amazing!

We used Vinny's take out for our all employee luncheon, and everyone was asking where the pizza came from. They Loved it! I haven't been there, but we used their delivery service after a friend recommended them. We are using them again today!

On a whim for lunch today I decided to go with Vinny's instead of the Subway that is right next door. Wish I had gone to Subway. I ordered the lunch special from a very discourteous man behind the counter. I had to combine my order with my co-workers order so that he could run my debit card to be over their 10 dollar "minimum". The pizza was unimpressive at best, very doughy and flavorless. The icing on the cake was when I asked for refills for my drinks and was told that they are a dollar each. Save your money and go to some place that is nicer and has better food, there are plenty of them in the shopping center alone. Never again.
