They sell ice cream but never have chocolate. When u ask for a chocolate cone they tell u they can dip a vanilla cone in chocolate??? That is just not the same at all!! The people that work the drive thru are almost always very nice and the drive thru moves pretty quick. However, if u go inside this place always has a mile long line and u will be waiting at least 15 mins before u get to order your food. There is a play place in this McDonalds so if you go in with your kids its your best bet to let them play while u wait on line cause it def gets crazy up there. Who ever manages this McDonalds should know that the line gets very long and they should have more than 2 people taking orders. There were plenty of times i have went in here to find a long line, only 2 cashiers and about 3 other people just kinda hovering by the registers but not really doing anything to help the line move faster. I come here because it is close and has the indoor play place for my kids. If my son didn't love the play place here i would probably never go inside! Little tip: Since the drive thru here isnt nearly as bad as inside, (but u wanna eat inside) you would be better off going thru the drive thru, ordering your food and just parking to take it inside. This will save u at least 10 mins!

I have to say I hate this McDonald's. I live just a few blocks from this McDonald's my whole life and this McDonald's never changed. The employees are horrible and rude, they don't ever look happy. Even when they're not busy it takes a good 10 minutes to even get my food. I really hope now that there remodeling they'll hire new mature people. I know it's not fun having to work at a fast food place but it's your job so stuck it up and at least pretend your happy. Because your ruining it for your customers which makes us, never want to come back! Plus half the time, I try to get something on the menu they tell me they stopped making it weeks ago? Then cross it off or take it off the menu! Or better yet I ordered a hot or iced coffee several times in the morning and they made me wait 20 to 30 minutes for the machine to be plugged in and heated up. I had to pull to the side and was almost late to work. I rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to the McDonalds near the south mall!

Why have 2 lines at the drive thru if you are only going to use one and let people sit and wait.. Sorry doing a renovation still doest make you any better than before. POOR Service don't waste your time. Poor management is still a problem at this location.

How many times can one place get an order of a hamburger, a small fry, and a sweet tea (even when they just give you the cup to fill your drink yourself) wrong? The answer is three!

By far the worst McDonald's I've been to. Every time I've been there I've waited more than 15 mins for my food. Even at non-rushed times. I just went there again figuring the first few times could have been just bad timing, but I was wrong. Waited 20 mins in the drive thru and they messed up my order. This McDonald's needs to be shut down or new employees.

Hands down the absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to.I've lived down the street from this particular one for 15 years, and it's by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Before you even go, keep in mind; There is a 1% chance the ice cream machine is working. I've gone 8 separate times looking for ice cream or a milkshake, months of space between, and every time I'm told "Well, the ice cream machine is broken". It's been 15 years, get a new one! If it happens to be your lucky day, (it was only my lucky day maybe three times) you'll get your full order. And if you're REALLY lucky, it'll be made as you like. I understand it's a McDonalds, no Emril's or Bobby Flay, McDonalds. But come on. This particular establishment seems to be mismanaged. The staff are always disgruntled, and absurdly so. As if i'm spitting on them when trying to order my Double Quarter Pounder with Fries. Any special "no ketchup" or "extra mustard"? It's as if they don't understand the concept. And in case you want to know, I'll happily drive across town to the East Side McDonalds.
