Killer burrito with beef. Delicious!!! Chips: not so great. Tasted like it came out of a bag and something lacking. Just couldn't pin point what. Others were on the same page. You order and you get a buzzer which goes off when your food is ready for pickup. Service was quick. Will be back for burritos minus the chips.

First time eating here - my husband and I were starving after shopping for about 2 hours. Portion sizes are huge. We ordered the Nachos and Chicken Tacos. The Nachos were stacked high, and my husband thought he was just going to get 2 tacos, but he also got sides of rice and beans. For a second, i thought that we couldn't finish and would have to take it to go. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but we just dug right in to the food. The place was packed, it was very hard to navigate inside of the store as people had moved tables around, and chairs around it. It was difficult to maneuver to the front to pick up my food. Overall, i'd go back to this place. They were really flexible with substitutions to their menu.

Delicious food: husband had a veggie burrito which was huge, I had the veggie soft tacos which came with refried beans and rice. Topped all with some green chile sauce and I was a very happy shopper! This was the real deal!

YUK!!! Not happy. Nachos were a tasteless watery mess. Will not give them another chance. Do Not recommend.

The menu was pretty limited and the nachos that I had were very underwhelming but the most frustrating part were the flies. They were everywhere. Inside. Outside. Everywhere. And I looked around the area and they all seemed to be clumped around Fresca's. I know that pests are called pests for a reason and there isn't a ton that can be done about flies but the Asian food place next door seemed to be doing fine so I have to assume that it's something specific about Fresca's cleanliness and that worries me. The prices were okay but sadly did very little to save the ballpark style nachos that I had. Maybe next time Fresca's, maybe next time.

Once I saw how many flies were buzzing around I decided to go with only chips and salsa. Figured it would be semi sanitary. Chips were stale and salsa was like spicy tomato paste. Inedible cut my losses and tossed em.

Ridiculously good burrito and even better salsas. I wish this place was closer. The 2 stars does not make sense to me. My wife's chicken salad was very well seasoned and the shell was incredible. The chips are made in house. Great Mexican food.

This is a small little hidden joint inside an outlet. The portion for the wrap are huge. They are worth there value alone. The nachos chips are okay but what makes it good is the salsa. The salsa was surprisingly good.

I have been eating Mexican food from Baja California to Vancouver, Canada -- pretty much along Western Seaboard -- NEVER HAVE TO PAY FOR CHIPS & SALSA at any Mexican restaurants before... Fresca's Mexican Grill in Woodburn was the first place that I knew, charging $1.99 for a small bucket for chips & salsa. I'm done.

My experience at Fresca's wasn't as bad as the others. The restaurant was clean with no evidence of fly invasion, even though it was a warm, sunny and very busy day at the Mall. I ordered the veggie wrap with chips and salsa. The chips lacked a little salt and freshness but the salsa was pretty darned flavorful and spicy. It was a roasted red chili sauce with enough salt and lime to make it interesting. The veggie wrap was full of fresh ingredients including black beans, rice, olives and guacamole. I thought everything was seasoned well, and I typically like highly seasoned food. The wrap was pre-sliced and sprinkled with cheese which made for a lovely presentation but was also difficult to eat. Had to use a fork and knife. Yeah the employees aren't too happy to be there for sure, but the food was decent and prices were fair. Chips were $1.95 and my huge wrap $6.95. I'd come back next time through but I'd check for flies first.

This hidden gem is located in the Woodburn, OR outlet mall. It is gourmet Mexican food ! We had the fish tacos and they were so fresh and light. This is a "do not miss" experience!

During our trip to Woodburn Outlets, we decided to stop by here to grab lunch. The cashier had terrible customer service and had a pretty bad attitude. I ordered a burrito and specifically told her to not add any sour cream because I've been reacting badly towards cheese and sour cream lately; however, when I got my order it had a lot of sour cream in it :(. I didn't want to bother to ask for an exchange so I only ate half, and honestly, it wasn't that great tasting either. My friend ordered #8 Taquitos with steak taco on the side. He didn't seem too happy with his order as well. I don't think I'd come to eat here again!

The one star is for the hot sauce. When you get in line, the menu was tiny an hard to read. The price was reasonable but the portions are decidedly small. The food was ok if not a little bland. I had the chicken burrito and it was nothing to write home about. HOWEVER, we must have stopped in the middle of a fly infestation. There were house flys everywhere and it was really disgusting.

Pretty bad. The burrito was really bland, the rice was dry and there were completely hard ones so it was impossible to eat. Price was ok and portions so so. The place was completely empty and for good reason.

Terrible! FLIES EVERYWHERE is not even a joke! FILTHY pop machine, disgusting floors - DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY! Stay out of this place. Even if the food tasted alright, we were sick to our stomach after realizing how gross this place is! Don't let this be a place to eat!!! They should shut this place down!!

Went to the outlet mall with my wonderful lady and decided that we would grab some food there. Looking back I should have looked at Yelp before eating anywhere.... We went and ordered our food and she service was meh, but I was not expecting much since the place was so busy. I got my food and it was good. At this point my girlfriend pointed out that her Fajita burrito had no Guacamole or sour cream. She assumed that it might be towards the middle since that's the case most of the time. When she got to the middle she realized that there was none in it so I went to the counter and spoke with one of the cook. He asked the other if he had forgot to add the 2 items.... At this point his service is great and hes doing what he can to make a mistake right. This is were it got rude, Claudia R comes over and says in a very rude tone of voice. There is nothing we can do for you since you ate half the burrito already! I explained to her my GF was hoping to find the 2 items further down the burrito and she just stuck to her rude voice and talking down to me. Finally the cook asks me if I would take the guac and sour cream on the side. I was ok with this and said yes. I thanked the young man for his service and let her know her service sucked! Like a good employee she started laughing in my face and talking to another female and looking my way and laughing some more. I let her know I was not ok with her lack of professionalism . She went behind the counter and was still laughing and talking. I yelled at her at this point and her laughing stopped! I will never be back to eat here, I should have read the reviews and known better. THEY SUCK!!! Food is ok So if you stumble into Woodburn outlets... please walk past this place and save yourself a headache! On a side note.... I saw no signs of any flies. So that's a plus I guess

Busy place, non-smiling staff who don't know the menu well, flies everywhere outside. Inside the glowing bug zappers must keep them at bay. The rice was crunchy, as in undercooked. Otherwise the food seemed tasty. If they could get some minor things in line it would be a huge improvement.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Worst food ever + flies everywhere. If you enjoy under cooked rice chasing flies away your whole meal and dry chicken tacos then you've found yourself a little slice of heaven here! Honestly go any place other than here....gross!

Worst mexican food I've ever ate! Flies were everywhere, even more than outside! Some people didn't feel well afterwards...

The only other eateries in the Woodburn Outlets are some asian place, a pretzel place and jamba juice. I was expecting the worst but this place actually wasn't so bad. Price and food were good and seem a better choice than the asian place.

If you don't like flavor, this place is excellent! Add a few jalapenos and salt...you might do ok. Beans blah, rice blah.

Flies everywhere. Guacamole was very bland, pretty sure they didn't add salt. Food was not very fresh.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
