It's a Wendy's. They are all the same...food-wise that is. The staff here was actually quite friendly and came around the dining room offering mints...it was the holidays after all. All in all, the food hit the spot after a long day of moving.

This was the worst Wendy's experience we've ever had. It took 4 attempts to get my burger right, 3 for my brother, & they ran out of chicken nuggets but charged us anyway. It took 4 requests to get the refund from the manager. Pitiful demonstration of customer service.

This Wendy's is located in a huge shopping plaza. It services at late hours. I like the bridge chart on their wall. I would recommend to improve the staff service, as it took very long to process our order.

We ordered a couple of burger with no cheese, but the nice cashier lady not only went back and got the correct order, she also offered us a frosty for free. She also went back to the staff that's making the burger and spoke to her nicely about the order been wrong. Such a nice thing that's rarely seen nowadays!

I ordered three items at the drive through. They gave me the wrong order and overcharged me. Took about 5 minutes to explain the problem to the employee who seemed to have trouble understanding English. Finally they gave me "my" order, but added an item and again overcharged me. I had to get out of my car, walk in and get the order straightened out. None of the employees (including the manager) really seemed to care... Food tasted dry, like it had sat under the warmer too long. Fries were warm.

Decent service. Generally doesn't make conversation with me like other fast food restaurants do. Lately I order a drink with my meal and they have been forgetting my straw with my drink which isn't horrible but, an inconvenience. Other than that, I have no complaints. Fast service.

I have a secret... I love Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers! It's true. Don't hate me. So this place in W'Ville is pretty sweet because if you eat in here they will come to your table to take your tray, get you a refill on your soda pop and then if you stay long enough a someone will walk around with a basket of starbrite peppermints and offer you one. Isn't that fuckin' sweet?! I heart you Wendy's. XOXO

Might be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've never left happy... Ever. Order is never correct, fries are horrible, I sent a complaint to their corporate office and I'm guessing since this one seems privately owned.. I received no response. It's the only one close by, so unfortunately there isn't another Wendy's choice.

This is the best fast food place I've ever eaten. The manager - I think his name is Jason...was the best. He couldn't have been more helpful and caring for his "guests". I don't know where he learned his manners from, but somebody taught that boy well! The staff even came by and offered mints to us before we left. Jason also wouldn't allow us to take our trays to the trash...he did it all for us, thanking us the entire time. The establishment was very very clean also. Now this is the way it should be everywhere, unfortunately in today's day and age--this excellent customer service is very hard to find. Best wishes to Jason (hope I have that right) and his staff.

My family just traveled without me from Eugene, OR to Marysville, WA. They stopped to eat there and had burgers and chili. All four became sick. This was the only constant variable given dining locations and what they ate. The timeline was consistent for food poisoning. This occurred on 3/22/2012. I would seriously avoid going there.
