I am not a Denny's fan in general. Plus In Oregon(especially the metro area) there are just so many better options. I met a co-worker here for lunch ( his suggestion) since we met halfway between the Salem office (where he works) and the Portland office where I work. Apparently there was something going on in the kitchen because many items on the menu were not available. Anyways I ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup and a turkey type sandwich. The soup was super salty and barely any noodles etc in it. Ewww. The sandwich was supposed to be on toasted bread. Well, it looked like they may have toasted it for a second because the bread tasted a little crunchy. Also they give you small glasses for your water. I drink a lot of water. I had to ask the server on 3 different occasions if we could have more please. She never came by and checked on our water to fill it up or ask if we needed or wanted anything else. Back in the day when I was younger I was a server and I never gave service like this to my customers. I definitely won't be going back here. I told my co-worker he needs to pick a different place the next time we are going to meet halfway. I just can't do it. Just really blah food.

The building is old, the carpet dirty, and the place has a weird smell. The servers have obviously been there forever. All that said, I'll be damned if the food wasn't good evey time we went. That's the reason we kept going back.

This has excellent service. Great food. The staff there are all very friendly and nice. I have mainly gone in the late evening between 7-9 PM.

I was so grossed out when we ate here yesterday. The whole time I was looking at the dust and filth all over the windowsill, blinds, food slime covering the menus and tables, I just wanted to leave but I was with 3 men and they were hungry so I was stuck. The entrance smelled like a dirty bathroom and was topped off with a friendly fly that enjoyed taunting us. If the condition of the eating area was that repulsive, I could only imagine what goes on where the food is prepared. The manager looked like she had given up on life and didn't even bat an eyelash when we asked her to remove the side salads we were charged for but never received. I try not to be ungrateful in life but it was so hard in this situation. I guess if you're drunk and desperate for food, you can handle it there otherwise a good bulldozing would be my recommendation.

Its Denny's. Food is never great, but I have found a few things on the menu that are actually pretty okay, but from experience I never order breakfast - pre-cooked microwave bacon doesn't sound appealing. I go here about twice a week because its a great place to sit and read for hours without annoying the servers, most of which are very friendly and always make sure to check up on me. Their steak is a favorite, and they cook it perfectly 95 percent of the time which is a win for me. Outside could use a remodel, but I don't really mind. I pretty much go because its so quiet and my coffee is never empty!

This review is for the Denny's in Wilsonville Oregon this place is probably the worst Denny's in the state of Oregon the food is terrible the service is lousy and there are bugs in the window sills bugs on the floor of the bugs in the windowsill are dead we couldn't figure out who our server was there was more than one person coming to our table at all times even the manager figured out that the service was so bad he wouldn't even stop at any tables I give this Dennys an F on a scale of any place I've ever reviewed and now I'm gonna go to the website and file a formal complaint thank you

We had the fit skillet, original slam, and the chocolate chip pan cakes. It was all very good! The server was very friendly. Yes, the restaurant is a bit worn and I don't rate my dining experience by the restrooms. I was told they're in the process of changing the place. The only down-side is the waiting on the weekends, but that's to be expected.

Food was good, we had the Fit Slam and the southern turkey sandwich. Service was also good, server wasn't very friendly at first but then she was. The only bad things I can say is the bathrooms were disgusting!! It made me want to vomit with how bad the lady's room smelled, it smelled like mildew. The Denny's itself looks so run down from the outside. The area is nice but the Denny's could use a face lift.

This restaurant is close to where I have lived for the past ten years, so my opinion has been formed over the course of many visits. The two stars rating is a positive nod to the table servers who have always been positive, and the food that has typically met expectations. Overall however, this is a restaurant in decline, in desperate need of a full remodel. Finishing touches to trim and paint have been needed for several years, yet the same "minor" visible detractors still nag at me whenever I sit down. In more recent years the building's mechanical systems seem to have been failing, with plumbing problems in the aging and marginally clean, poorly lit restrooms which were evident as soon as one walked in the front door. My most recent visit was punctuated with the overwhelming odor of grease from a fryer in the kitchen which had clearly gone too long without being cleaned or having its oil replaced with fresh oil. The smell again was prevalent upon walking in the door, stayed with me in the dining area and when I left, enough of the odor stayed with me that I smelled as if I had been working the kitchen for a full shift myself. I would have preferred to let the Denny's corporation know about this privately, but their web site is limited to restaurant locators, menus and calorie counters but no link to contact them directly via email or phone. This restaurant is in a relatively affluent area, so it's location near the freeway should not be the deciding factor for travelers coming through the area. There are better restaurants at this exit or at exits to the North or South of here. Hopefully this will get the attention of someone who's in a position to do something for this failing restaurant in a prime location.

Pretty much one of our best trips to a Denny's. We are tired from driving, and this one is super rad! Everything I need. Greasy hashbrown's and pancake puppies. Great service. Would be 5 stars, but it's a tad bit backed up on the orders. No big deal. Not in a rush to drive more. :)

I showed up very late at night to get something other than a "burger joint" had good service.....probably because there wasn't many people there at that late hour. The breakfast was served fast and hot. The food was good and I was satisfied.

I will NEVER go to this Denny's location again. I was with some visitors from Southern California the very last and only time we went to this Denny's. We were a party of eight and were seated promptly. Getting seated was not the problem. The staff is not very welcoming at all. We were not getting any service from any of the servers. Even the manager who was making rounds didn't even ask if we had been helped yet. We watched family after family come in, get seated and get the orders taken. We were even there long enough to see a few of the customers who arrived after we did eat and leave. We tried flagging the staff numerous times and were waiting there for almost an hour before, so we just left. We are a filipino family and the other customers who were getting better service were caucasion. I don't know if that had anything to do with it, but it sure as hell felt like it. I will never recommend this place and I will definitely insist to anyone and everyone not to go there.
