Called at 6:25, told me it would be 45 minutes. Showed up at 7:10, said it would be 5 minutes. It is now 7:30. 2nd time this has happened to me here. I'm not coming back.

I am a fan of Bellagio's Tualatin. I love the Bellagio combination; sausage, pepperoni, olive, onion, green pepper-yummy. The crust is good, a little bready for me, but the rest rocks so hard it's hardly worth mentioning. And the bonus for me is that the will 1/4 the pizza. So half Bellogio's combo give me two slices tonight and two for lunch tomorrow, quarter pepperoni for my son, and quarter cheese for my daughter. So with a coupon I can feed us dinner and me lunch (the home made salad withstanding) for less than $15. I can't believe the $20-25 pizza prices that are elsewhere these days! Go, enjoy, take out, get delivered, wateva, just don't pass it.

Ordered delivery pizza, wings and salad. Told it would be an hour and they showed up in 40 minutes. Pizza was the all meat all the time model. It was big and flavorful. Lots of meat, adequate cheese and perhaps too much sauce. Somehow it did work. Wings were good but could be more crispy. They were sauced right but skin was not tight or crispy. Salad was big with lots of veggies and dressing was fantastic. The price was good for 4 people and we had leftovers. This place would get a 5 stars if the wings were crispy and there was less sauce on the pizza.

Good pizza can never outweigh terrible customer service. In a time crunch, I took the time to place my order online so that when I arrived it would be almost ready. Instead, when I arrived they hadn't even started it. But instead of admitting the mistake and telling me how long it would take, they lied and said it would be "just a few minutes." Ten minutes later when I checked if it was ready I was told "not quite." It was only when I asked point blank "did it just go in the oven?" that the manager (I assume) admitted the truth - kinda. Again, asked point blank "Did you start it after I got here?" She said yes they were "behind" which is complete bull. I was the only one there and I saw one order go out. Customer service 101: Apologize! (Never did.) Admit you screwed up. (Never did.) Make it right. (Never did.) The manager(?) offered me a discount on my next order and when I agreed she said "just tell them next time you come in." No coupon, nothing. Thanks but no. I should have been offered at least a partial refund on the spot. I got my money back and left. So the pizza was a loss either way. But now you have an angry customer who won't be back. Just terrible business sense. Ended up with Little Caesar's - in hand in 60 seconds with a smile. Pizza not as good but they were super busy. Unlike Bellagio's.

I used to order here more often but don't feel like they care about quality much anymore. I ordered a pizza tonight at 830. Pizza arrived pretty quickly. It was totally raw. I couldn't feed it to my family. It went in the trash. When I called to tell them Bryce was nice enough but seemed pretty much like he thought I was full of crap with my complaint. Bryce offered me a discount or a credit on my account. No May we replace your pizza. I understand they were closed by 4 minutes but making it right should be the goal. not caring if your customer was happy or not was their goal. Getting home and leaving a customer dissatisfied was their Goal

Had to recently change my diet radically for medical reasons and wanted to look for a heathy option pizza. I got the Basil Chicken Gluten Free pizza and it was great. Good flavor and a lot of fresh garlic and basil. Definitely took the pizza edge off in a healthy way. If you are GF this is a great option. ALSO, it reheats up nice and crispy like a wood oven type pizza. So you can portion control it and effectively use the leftovers.

(10/17/14- 4:00pm) Horrible Pizza take your money elsewhere. This is my second try at this place the first time was mediocre and this time is even worse all I ordered was a cheese pizza with extra cheese how hard is that to mess up? Hardly any cheese on it and and the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. When I called and talked to management they said "well what do you want me to do about it" like they don't care. They finally agreed to bring back my money for extra cheese which I hope they spend more money for gas to bring it back then the $1.50 they owe me. Good luck if you decide to choose this place.

When you mess up the order, burn the pizza and can't deliver anywhere close to the stated delivery time because your driver doesn't speak English and can't find the address, don't ask me if I want a refund. No, what I wanted was what I paid for--and then when I called back to see if I could get the correct order delivered in a somewhat time timely manner, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Lesson learned, won't go back, but it's still disappointng--there was a time when it was the best pizza in town--not anymore.

Bellagio's Pizza has by far the best gluten free pizza I've tried. Meanwhile, their regular pizza has a lovely fluffy crust that is beyond delicious. We always receive great customer service, in fact the other night we got a call from them to confirm we didn't order dipping sauces on purpose. I had forgotten to add them to our online order, and we were so happily surprised they were on top of the details!

  • Julie T.

Update. We actually did order from them again. We live ONE block from the business and were told we were out of the delivery range. Bellagio's obviously does not care to respond to these reviews so needless to say, we would rather starve.

Ate here a lot before Perfect Pizza came to town. The sandwiches are pretty good, but the kind of pizza I like is what is served at Ruben's (new york style) or Perfect Pizza (better selection and crust) better. The crust at Bellagio's is reminiscent of cardboard.

Pizza is AWESOME!! However drivers don't follow instructions when delivering!! They don't call when they arrive so we don't disturb home owner (we rent an apartment in back) and they don't bring the cheese n peppers!!

We ordered a thin crust pizza for delivery with some cinnamon sticks. The pizza and sticks were delivered and I should have looked in the box prior to sending the delivery girl away. Upon opening the box the pizza looked like it was turned upside down in the box and thrown around - what a mess! The flavors of the pizza were very good. The cinnamon sticks were a yummy treat as well. I will try this again in hopes that the delivery is better.

Tired of the pizza Giants we decided to give Bellagios a try and have not yet been disappointed. We can taste the difference in the quality ingredients and our orders have always arrived on time and as fresh hot as expected considering its a delivery service. Kudos to Bellagios pizza Tualatin.

  • Paul O.

This was the first time I ordered delivery from them. We asked that they deliver the pizza at 6:15pm because we were having some friends over and we wanted the pizza hot when the friends arrived. The delivery guy brought it 45 mins early and my wife was a little upset because the pizza would be cold by the time our friends got to our house. My wife unnecessarily mentioned it to our delivery guy. Anyway, at 6:20pm we get a knock on the door and the delivery guy had went back to Tualatin and got the same order and brought it back to us at no charge! Wow! Needless to say we are now huge fans!!! Great customer service, we will definitely order again.

GREAT PIZZA. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We love Bellagios and go there often because it is our favorite take out/delivery pizza in town. I love the crust; it is just the right amount of chewiness. Good and tasty topping selection. Our favorites are real deal and BBQ chicken. Delish! Getting your pizza in a reasonable amount of time is another story. No matter what day it is, if you call for pick up, it is usually a minimum of an hour. I've been told 2+ hours on a Friday night, and don't even get me started on delivery time. We recently discovered that if you order online, it quotes you a 30 minute time for pick up. A couple of times, it's been ready, but not always. Tonight, I ordered at 5:45. Quoted pick up time 6:15. Arrived at 6:20. The guy took my money, then went to check on the pizza. They hadn't started making it. There were about 10 tickets lined up and mine was in the middle. He told the pizza maker to move mine up and make it right away, then told me it would be another 12-15 minutes. It was ready at 6:39. Sadly, this isn't unusual. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it seems to happen at other west side locations too. Staff is always nice, but I'm not sure if I'll put up with the hassle again. Unless, of course, I'm not very hungry.

The first thing I really liked about this place (which always makes me happy with about anything in life) is they have an order online feature. Anytime I can check boxes, click things, and make it go is much better than having to call people. Ordering process was simple and seamless and intuitive (very easy to make modifications and do half this half that pizzas). I stuck to pizza but the menu also offers appetizers (wings and such), salad, grinders (sandwiches), and calzones. I may have to be more adventurous and try other items in the future. When the delivery guy got here, he was really really nice. I was surprised they delivered out into Sherwood (as the business is in Tualatin) so they get extra points for that. The pizza was about 15 minutes later than their estimated delivery time but I pretty much let that go based on the distance to their store, it's New Year's day (so I'm guessing a lot of hungover people are ordering delivery), and the kindness of the driver. The pizza itself was really tasty. On one, I ordered it with extra mozzarella and, given how much I liked it that way (it's not too much more for a buck) I think I would default to that in the future as otherwise it didn't seem like enough cheese. Crust was nicely cooked and somewhat between a thick and thin crust (is medium crust a type?). This is not an overly saucy pizza and I appreciate that. Ingredients (like pineapple) seemed fresh enough as well. Price was reasonable. For $30 I got a small menu pizza and a medium build it yourself as well as a 2 liter of coke. It fed 4 of my 6 person family with leftovers for later. This was a nice find as it's good to have some different options out here, as I'm usually stuck with either Papa Murphy's, Godfathers, or Schmizza unless I want to drive somewhere far away. I would really like to give these guys a 3.5 star rating but, since I can't, I'm being extra nice and pushing it to a 4.

    (4)
  • Adam M.

What can I say that hasn't been said? Just giving them some stars. This place is decent enough don't be afraid to order, but don't be prepared to be blown away either.

  • Krystle B.

I typically enjoy the pizza at Bellagio's. However, today I ordered a pizza online for take-out. When I got back home, the center of the pizza was very undercooked dough. You couldn't even pull a full slice of pizza out without 1/2 the slice pulling off due to being undercooked. I am very disappointed in my experience today. With it being take-out and my time constraints, there is no option to go back and have this corrected. Be careful on take-out. Update: I contacted Bellagios and they are willing to provide me a refund. They were quick to respond and really helped turn around this experience. I've updated my rating from 3 to 4 stars because I've enjoyed their pizza in my past experiences.

  • Lauren C.

So first time I ordered out here was about a year and a half ago when I moved to the area, and it was really very good for delivery pizza. The second time recently it was completely cold, and totally lacking flavor, I had ordered extra garlic, I'm 99.9% sure it was forgotten. Bummer :(.

  • Heather K.

I just ordered Bellagios for dinner for the start of Monday Night Football. This isn't my favorite pizza - it's a step above Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's, but not quite as fresh and tasty as Round Table, BJ's, or Abby's. The best thing they have going for them is their online ordering feature. It's so nice to get my specific order in through their website rather than being put on hold if you're trying to call in during peak hours. In the five months that I've been living in the Portland Metro area, I have ordered from this Bellagios about two dozen times. I've only had one issue with delivery in all of those orders - they misplaced the one and only order I placed early in the morning before they opened. It shouldn't have happened, but I can forgive it since they have been spot on with everything else. I think their prices are very reasonable. For $20 tonight I ordered a small cheesestick appetizer, a small cheese pizza, a 2-liter bottle of Coke, a slice of cheesecake, and a ball of dough. I love that they sell their raw dough. I always get a ball or two when I place my pizza order and then I have fresh pizza dough to make dinners with throughout the week. I usually cut the small dough ball in half and get two good-sized pizzas out of it because I roll it pretty thin. But I eat a lot of pizza. And I mean A LOT. I'll eat some form of pizza 3-5 times a week. It's really nice having the fresh dough to make my own though because then I can control what toppings go on and use a less-greasy cheese. And sometimes I'll great creative and form it into a calzone.

  • Jennifer A.

I want to like Bellagios. I really do. It seems like they use decent ingredients, but there is just no flavor, and for the price, we can almost never justify getting it. Adding garlic helps, but they just throw some clumps of minced on there instead of spreading it around.

    (2)
  • Ashley C.

Although I really like the pizza, different flavors, and the crust is tasty, I think the price is high for such a thin non-stuff-your-face type of pizza. Of all the flavors to choose from I almost always order their Mother Earth.

    (3)
  • Maggie A.

I don't understand how this works exactly, but whenever Bellagio's pizza was delivered to work for the group (which was many times), it was absolutely wonderful. So when I tried a pizza there, I expected great things, and it was just different. Same thing on my next try. So, I guess I can only say that if you have it delivered to work (and your boss is paying), then it's 5 stars. If you are buying it yourself and not having it delivered to work, it's 3 stars considering price as well as it not being quite as good. Odd.

  • Tim B.

Went for lunch, got the pizza and salad and drink deal. Restaurant is clean, and service fast and friendly. The space has a very cafeteria feel. Seems more like a pizza to go or delivery place for locals. The food was OK. The Cesar salad was passable, but the dressing was lack luster, kind of a watery vinaigrette like dressing, meh. Croutons came in a sealed bag. The slice of cheese was OK pizza, but nothing special. Really, nothing about the slice stood out as great. The cheese, forgettable, crust, forgettable, sauce, I can't remember. Its solid pizza, but nothing you will remember. Bellagio is not a terrible pizza joint, but for what pay, I would keep looking. I'd go back in a pinch, but I would suggest other places first.

    (2)
  • Laura H.

Pros: Bellagio's is very close to where I live The pizza quality is better than say dominoes or pizza hut, (a little better) Ordering from their website is very nice, anything to avoid calling in and repeating your order 3 times. Somewhat reasonably priced, maybe a little high considering the quality is so so Cons We live just around the corner literally and the delivery guy gets lost every single time, even though it is the same guy? wTF? Last time we ordered it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive and the delivery guy had balls to put his hand out for a tip We were told the pizza would be here in 45 minutes, btw The website clearly states that you will receive a confirmation email to verfy the order and if you do not, make sure to call in. I didn't get an email so I called in and the young lady I spoke with said, "oh we never send out emails, ha, ha" .

We search for great pizza wherever we go and when it comes to great deals and great pizza this Bellagio's has it. When you go there on lunch you can get a salad, slice and drink for $5.50 OR 2 slices and a drink for $5.50 and you get to choose which type of pizza and which salad you'd like. Their sauce and their pizza dough are delicious and they are quick to help when you are on lunch from work.

  • Danielle K.

When it comes to pizza, we've got a lot of options. You can go super-duper cheap and get mediocre pizza from Papa Murphy's, Dominos, or the five-buck special from Little Caesers. Or you can go for higher-end gourmet delicacies like Pizzicato, American Dream Pie (which I wasn't a huge fan of), or even some of the stuff from Pizza Schmizza (don't bash it). Or you can do something a little middle-of-the-road...like Bellagios...which is both affordable and delicious. For me, the crust is just perfect, as far as delivery/take-out pizza goes. It's the perfect combination of crispy and chewy, and it's the perfect thickness...not too thin, but not totally bread, either. They also have a good variety of toppings that range from the ordinary (meat lovers or cheese) to the gourmet (artichoke, sundried tomato, and garlic), to the strangely inventive (taco pizza?!). I've always been satisfied, and the breadsticks are also awesome. Today, my boss overestimated the amount of people who'd want meaty pizzas, and he only ordered one veggie gourmet pizza, which went rather fast. He called it the "dirt pizza"...oh, us crazy Portlanders!

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
