Clean entertaining place but they need to spend the money on better choice of breads and sandwich condiments Very plain cold turkey on white sub bread My wife's tuna was on sandwich wheat bread I would buy in a deli. No napkins salt or pepper avail Music quite loud. 7 employees at lunch?? Not doing that kind of volume They make the sandwiches in 15 seconds which is great but the employee labor could go to more meat on the sandwiches and better bread

Everybody was pretty right on about this place. The staff is rude. When we were eating they were sweeping and mopping around us and it was pretty awkward for someone to be so close to you. I dont appreciate the fact of they were so eager to get my sandwich to me that they didnt hear what i didnt want on my sandwich. I get its fast freaky SERIVCE. But I wasn't serviced. I was pushed aside. Also the fact of the second I got in the angry fat guy behind the counter asked me what i wanted. I immediately said "im doing great, thank you!" And rolled my eyes. At the very least my sandwich was pretty good. And i enjoyed it right next to the snarky "free smells" sign. Do better.

Decent sams and liked the Italian style one they offered (the #5 called a "Vito")but calling themselves gourmet is pushing it a bit. They work fast though and everything seemed pretty fresh.

We are new to Oregon, Tigard specifically and had never eaten at a Jimmy John's so we decided to try it and this location. I was not impressed and much less I was very disappointed with the sandwich. Since I have eaten at Jersey Mike's on Scholes Ferry and they hands down much better then Jimmy John's. Personally I will never return to Jimmy John's opting to find a Jersey Mike's. But do not take my word for it. Do he same comparison yourself and decide. Good Luck.

The only reason I'm leaving one star is the driver was nice. I ordered from this location for the first time this evening on a whim, and now I have learned I shall never order from them again. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were so haphazardly put together I had to reassemble them here at my home. Then along with having to reassemble them I discovered that they were also in fact missing several of the things I ordered. If they are having that much Fraking problems keeping up with orders, they really need to slow down. So needless to say I would not recommend Jimmy Johns to anyone in the area.

This store needs to slow down! Whenever we order they move so fast that the mess up orders! I ask for drinks with no ice and they put ice. I have sensitive teeth which is the reason i ask for no freakin ice. I am severly allergic to avocado and i put NO AVOCADO when i ordered my sandwhich! But guess what they put so much avocado i traded sandwiches with my girlfriend so i dont have to go to hospital again from eating your food! This truly a horrible customer experience! That 8$ credit is BS considering it would have been a lawsuit if i decided to press charges!! You need to focus on what the order actually says instead of making what the hell you want!
