This place is ridiculous! ordered a pizza for delivery.. 30 bucks for a medium pizza!!! The girl taking the order was unprofessional and rushed on the phone, I myself had to recite it back to her because I had a feeling she wasn't hearing me. Waited 45 minutes for delivery, tipped the guy 11.00 all in all after they added their delivery fee, due to his lack of change. AFTER I asked the lady on the phone if I could just use my card because half the time the drivers don't have change, but she assured me he did. Delivery guy leaves, and I sit down to enjoy my 30 dollar medium pizza, open it up, and yep its the totally wrong pizza. I call back to let her know they delivered the wrong one, and she tells me they will send a new one out, and not to eat the pizza they delivered because they would be taking it back. I thought that was kind of odd, as the pizza was already in our home, and all... hmmm. but okay. Wait about 35 more minutes and the delivery guy shows up again, with the correct pizza, I ask him if they really want to take the first pizza back, as it had been in my house, and I thought that was honestly weird, he responds "Well actually I was going to eat it, it looked really good." haha! seriously dude? Sooo, they didn't offer a refund, apologize, or even let us keep the pizza they messed up on.,and btw who the hell eats a pizza that was at someone elses house??? how unprofessional. I gave the guy the pizza back, and was totally thrown off by his comment. The pizza I did get was undercooked, and had barely any toppings on it. I was totally over it, and decided to call them the next day and speak to a manager (which I never do) probably because of the 30.00 price tag, and I was totally un satisfied. So today I call up and ask to talk to a manager. Long and behold its the same ignorant girl who took my order lastnight and messed it all up in the first place. I explained the situation to her, and said I was weirded out by the delivery drivers comment and asked if their protocol is to let the drivers eat pizzas after being delivered to peoples houses, she said "No, and I will talk to him." I at this point said I was truly unsatisfied and would just like my money back. She said she would NOT refund my money, as she felt she did her part of correcting the mistake, by sending me a new pizza. I let her know that she was acting totally unprofessional, and I just wanted a refund. She once again refused, and copped an attitude by saying " well maybe ill put a note and give you half off next time." I let her know there would NOT be a next time, and I would just like a refund. Answer is still no. I then kindly let her know that if she was going to play that game, I would let all the website reviews know what an unprofessional, and HORRIBLE place this was in terms of customer service. If the customers not happy, make them happy. Plain and simple. We all know how that works. But apparently this lady missed the memo.

Great pizza, love the thin crust style pizza. The toppings are always good and plentiful. Pricing was a little high but not bad if you use the local paper coupons.

This pizza has a really great, unique flavor. The crust is perfect. Probably the best pizza in our tiny town....Expensive, but worth it. My only suggestion, would be to give the place a bit of a 'facelift'.... :)

If you like thin, crispy crust style pizza then you should like Ugo's. Personally I prefer a more doughy thick crust. The pizza was good overall and the service was fine too. Plenty of seating and I've never seen it overly crowded. I go here when I don't feel like cooking a take and bake. Try it! You might like it!

Pretty good here. Love the breadsticks. But they took out the pool table :(. They also have a jukebox with good music. They have some good arcade games as well. I love the pizza, and this place :D.

We ordered two pizzas and two pitchers of beer which came to 75.00. We then asked for cups for our children, and they said that will be 25 cents per cup. After that we asked we could get a side of ranch and they said that will be 50 cents. This is crazy, we will never go back

Pizza is pretty darn good for being in the middle of nowhere . Some friends and I were heading back from an all day adventure at the hotsprings . Stays open until 10 on weekdays and BBQ chicken and Veggie was bomb!

Ordered a medium stuffed crust pizza for delivery to our bed and breakfast. The hostess recommended them for pizza, but will no longer be doing so. The b and b is two blocks from the restaurant. She said guests had ordered from Ugo's many times and it never took this long. After a half hour, we called and learned that they have a 45 minute MINIMUM delivery time. It surprisingly did arrive hot, and was very tasty, but not sure the wait was worth the near $30 it cost.

Another place I've been going to since I was a kid. It's definitely unique! They've change the decor many times over the years, but still provide the salad bar and great pizza. Price is a little high but for the most part the pizza is worth it. Last time I went some of the sausage was under cooked, so just keep an eye on who is actually cooking that day.. (the adults that have worked there for years are the ones I like to see, not the kids, sorry.) Now offering burgers, haven't tried one yet, but keep that in mind.

The best pizza ever. The best crust out there, with fresh, quality ingredients. Sure, it is expensive, but more than worth it. My family has been eating Ugo's since its first location in Dallas. I've been living in Washington for a decade and nothing even comes remotely close to Ugo's. If you are a pizza snob from SoCal, or the East Coast you won't like the pizza, or the locals so do us natives a favor and skip it.

June 15 and 16, 2014. It's Oregon, so of COURSE, it was raining and we needed to find a place to eat out of the wet. We manged there twice in two consecutive days so that's a clue to how satisfied we were with the place. They had a marvelous salad bar and a scrumptious pizza. I'm not always a fan of crispy crust but this was exceptional. Excellent value, fun kids' room, clean, attractive and cute. The staff was exceptional and made us (and the random assortment of children with us) feel welcome although we were noisy, muddy and had boundless energy levels. Great place for lunch or dinner with the family.

As Pizza go's I like to think I know my stuff. I love Pizza. Love it. That being said I have had Pizza all over this nation and around the world. There is something different about Ugos Pizza. They aren't lying when they say they use top quality ingredients, its grade a stuff. Fresh dough, fresh vegetables and meat choices. The sauce is not the typical generic tomato paste you find on most Pizzas these days. Something about the crust makes it crispy, all the time, in the right places. Every time I am in Stayton I eat here, and only here. The staff is friendly and inviting and the place is always clean. The owner is often there, in the back, putting in work along side his employees. He is friendly and genuine. After talking with him it is obvious he takes this business seriously and cares about the quality of his product. If you are anywhere near Stayton or within delivery range, I would suggest you give them a shot, you won't be disappointed! If you are hungry give the Tummy Thumper a shot, trust me you won't be disappointed!

The employees here have always been incredibly nice to me. Some even have a chat with me while I'm waiting for my pizza to be done cooking. Most importantly though, their pizza is outstanding. One of the two places in the area I highly recommend you get your pizza from. When you take a bite of any kind, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients they use and the sauce is just right. Ugo's is known for having the occasional birthday or graduation party so if you don't like big noisy crowds while you feast, I would suggest you avoid this place on weekends (unless you do take-out or delivery of course).
