Newer place in Sisters that has the best tap list in the town. Huge range of styles and even special ciders. Food menu was extensive but we went for pizza. Food quality was very high- loved our pizza. Service was great- we were the only ones in there though. Small place, only 2 people on staff usually. Would really like to see it become more popular as the owner really knows his beer and food. Great value. Sampler tray came out labeled and in fat mason jars. Fun place, do not miss.

This place is a must on your way in or through town, 5 stars and beyond! Delicious food, excellent beer selection, great atmosphere and super friendly employees!! Great atmosphere for all ages! There are great vibes and board/trivia games to play with friends or family! So happy we stopped here on our way through town!

Went here with my family last week, the food was OK, they seem to really be trying. Atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired for a breakfast place. Has a kindof a lunch diner-y vibe but you place your order at the counter and the menu is very small and limited to eggs (scrambled, on a sandwich or in a burrito, which is actually a spinach wrap). You choose your add ons. We could have used half the quantity of bacon in all 3 of our dishes. There is no mention of gluten-free on the menu, you must navigate through your order asking lots of questions, which is never fun with an unpleasant waitress.

Very smart combination of potent potables... coffee and beer. They make good on their tag line, "before noon & after." Open just a couple months, it already feels like they fully inhabit the space. A small number of tables and booths surrounded by local art that make the dining area feel more like a gallery than a sports bar. In fact, no TVs are present. Considering the location, adjoining a gas station, the interior is also much nicer than you'd expect from the outside. During my visit, I watched a constant stream of regulars arrive to fill their growlers. In most cases, they were greeted by name and the employees already knew their favorite beers. They have a large selection (roughly 20 beers on tap) and even imported an Oktoberfest beer from Germany as a seasonal selection. As a newcomer, I was treated well and they were generous with samples. In my case, my taste buds steer me towards hard cider rather than beer. I enjoyed my drink, Rhubarbarian Cider, but the Thai Chicken pizza was a bit of a disappointment. I'm not particularly a fan of the flat bread crust, which was quite dry. And there was an overabundance of shredded carrots on top. For their coffee business, they serve Kobos Coffee. Since there are so many local roasters in Bend, I wish they chose a local supplier instead. I've also been a Sisters Coffee Company fan for ages, so I'll probably skip their coffee drinks. Although, the drive-thru window is very tempting, especially when SCC is a zoo. They do a number of things very well, including branding. They have a fun selection of what you would expect (shirts and hats), but what is truly cool are the leather growler holders that can also be strapped to your bike. That is so Portland, or should I say Bend? My overall rating is a 3.5. Five stars for the Hop portion of the business, but a lower rating for the pizza and coffee. But, the fantastic local vibe raises them to four stars.

Cute little spot with a fun business model - Coffee shop in the morning and Brew Pub in the afternoon. Whoever came up with this is a genius. We came in for dinner on a Thursday night and the place was about half full. There was only one server taking orders at the counter and running food, so a little patience was necessary. The server was sweet and hustling though, so it wasn't a problem for us. Between three of us we ordered an entree salad, a chicken bacon artichoke pizza, and a pork sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious. Maybe ten localish brews on tap and also rootbeer on tap, which I was really excited about.

I live just one town away and yet didn't know of this place until reading LA based Yelp friend Jim B's review. So glad he clued me in as this part coffee house, part growler fill and brew pub, part cafe food (open 6a until late evening for eat in or take out) that opened in late June is indeed a worth a stop when traveling through Sisters. Locally owned, hearts have been put into making this happen. The effort and passion to keep it running is evident. CONVENIENT LOCATION In the old Subway location on Hwy 20 just as you enter Sisters from the south or just as you are leaving Sisters if you've come in from the north. Parking is available in their own lot. A big plus for Sisters, to have parking at the door like this. LIBATIONS Emphasis may be more growler fill based on the locals who were coming and going on a Friday late afternoon as we waited on our pizza to go. Twenty four taps, nineteen beer, one local (Red Tank's Happy) hard cider, one kombucha, two wine and one for real draft root beer from Rogue Brewery. A big WOOHOO from me for the latter and one whole star just for that! Would be swell if they added another local hard cider (like Atlas Raspberry for example) to the mix. Coffee beverages start with Kobos coffee, a Portland roaster that I think is new to Central Oregon service as I haven't seen it anywhere but here. EATS Breakfast items include bagel or croissant breakfast sandwiches that seem reasonably priced ($5 - $6) as well as salads, sandwiches and pizzas ($6 to $15). Our veggie combo pizza (12" = $14) had excellent toppings of sun dried tomato pesto, artichoke hearts, red bell peppers, portobello mushrooms and after it was baked had shaved Parmesan and fresh arugula added. It was really good. We'd order it again. If the quality and freshness of ingredients on our pizza are a measure, I'd say salads here would be a very good option. Many items are scratch made, including pizza crust we are told, and that includes baked goods that change during the week, like cookies, muffins and berry cobblers. THE DRILL Order at the counter and if you're eating in they'll deliver to your table or you can wait on take away. Be prepared to wait a bit, one person working the counter for taps, food orders, coffee beverages and drive up window plus just one more in the kitchen means this can be a little wait, but it's a pleasant place to be and the wait is worth it. There is a drive up window for coffee, soft drinks and food (including pizza if you call ahead) but you need to go in for the alcoholic beverages. BACK STORY & VIBE One of the two owner partners is a former cook at Three Rivers and the other a barista at a now defunct coffee kiosk. So there are chops for both food and coffee beverages. All remodel work was done by owner partners to become rustic "pub-y" interior. Shows their hearts are in this venture. The interior is sparking clean. It smells good when you walk in. Local artists work displayed on walls. I loved that the music mix was more coffee house mellow, at least on the day we were there, than head banging loud "yo dude" bar music. Nice. THIS N THAT 1) ACCESSIBILITY : Accessible parking spot, level in and throughout, standard table height seating, accessible loo. All good. 2) GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS: Since I have teen age family members who are celiac, I notice GF menu options and was pleased to see GF pizza crust option here for an added $2. 3) PHONE NUMBER?: Three different numbers are listed in different places for this business. Here are all three in the event the Yelp header lists the wrong one. 541-666-5440 / 541-719-1295 / 541-617-4700

My husband and I stopped on our way home from Sunriver one Monday. He got the pulled pork sandwich and I got the lunch combo with salad and 6" pizza. He loved his sandwich and said the pork wad done very well. I had the true Hawaiian pizza and house salad. I liked the flavors on my pizza but thought the crust wad a little bland. I liked the sauce but my husband thought it was a bit bitter. The workers were very nice and even put our order in togo bags so we could sit outside with our dog. Overall we liked our experience and will be back.

Lots of craft beers on tap to quench the thirst after a day of mountain biking and hiking! Growler fills good value, i.e., Boneyard RPM $9 for 64 oz. Awesome! Good location in Sisters. Very comfy in side. Cold brews. Some real interesting toppings on artisan handmade flatbread pizza, nice crunch of dough cooked completely, you do not find at every pizza place like the "El Taco" with a black bean sauce and sour cream was delicious. Serves coffee and breakfast. I'll be back again!

CLEAN THIS PLACE. Ate here soon after it opened and all was great, great food, great beer. A++ Fast forward, ate here but almost didn't order. Had a dozen flies buzzing around my head, the booth had food and crud in the crack that had to be months worth, and under the booth looked like it hadn't been cleaned since opening. Now i am curious so i walk around and look a little, A layer of dust on the lights, pictures, you name it. Half the bulbs are burnt out around the windows. I hate to bag so much on the clean and maintenance but either no one cares or they are too lazy. It is a bad sign when the front of the house is dirty. Anyway,, Pork BBQ was microwaved (extremely hot) and served on tough ciabatta. hawaiian pizza had the same pork on it and was a little overdone. We didn't finish either because we could not keep the flies off and it wasn't all that great this time. I hope they pull it together,,, it is a great little place with a good concept.

LOVE the coffee, for me it's the best in town. I've had breakfast twice and once it was superb and once it was eh, but I will always go for the coffee. Me and my husband always go there to fill up our growler, they always have a great selection and the owners and employees are very welcoming and nice. I had pizza there for the first time this evening and it was good. I had the True Hawaiian and my daughter had the pepperoni both were good. Hawaiian would've been awesome with a little more sauce so ask for extra. The menu is being changed currently and they will hve new lunch options and more pizza sizes.

So much wonderful in one place! Service was fantastic. Our veggie pizza was the stuff foodie's dream of. Plus they have something for everyone on tap, including locally brewed root beer for the kiddos. Not only that but they have a full espresso menu which allowed us to treat ourselves to a perfectly crafted hemp latte for our drive home. And, as if that wasn't enough, I am now the proud owner of the most beautiful pair of handmade earrings... They're hops! Yes, I have gorgeous hops hanging from my ears! Excellent in every way.

The best sandwiches around! After walking around the entire town, my husband and I ended up here. He wanted a choice of good brews and we certainly found the best variety here. What we didn't expect was fabulous food, but we were certainly surprised. My husband had the spicy pork. Soooo good! I had the chicken with sun-dried tomato. Honestly-incredible. The bread was crisp on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. If you're looking for flavorful sandwiches, this is the place!

This place is rad! Growler fills (beer AND kombucha) great beer on tap, nicest people working there (and knowledgable), and one of the BEST sandwiches i've ever had for under 10 dollars. Have just tried the spicy pork and the chicken pesto mozz but they are both amazing. Highly recommended! Oh yeah, and a drive thru!

I really don't understand how this place has 4 1/2 stars. We ordered two 8 inch pizzas to go and when we got them back home and opened them up, it just looked like stale, day old pizza. When we actually tasted it, it was like eating heated frozen pizza that you buy in a store. Very dissapointed in this place, especially since the reviews are so high. The price was ridiculously high for the size and quality. Maybe the breakfast is good, but we definitely won't be back for the pizza again...

Definitely didn't expect the variety of taps being from Southern California here on vacation! The service was excellent, and had plenty of great suggestions from the knowledgeable staff! Prices were great, foods great. Can't say enough about this find!

In Sisters for the weekend and had heard that a new coffee house had open, so I went to check it out. I felt a little out of place at first while trying to read my book and drink coffee while around me everyone was eating pizza and drinking beer : ) It has a very laid back atmosphere. I ended up ordering a salad to go. Both Salad and Coffee were decent. It does have a drive up window as well, which I could see using a lot!

Stopped in here after the Ski Inn was not open. The Biscuits 'N Gravy were PHENOMENAL. Was so good, returned 2 days later for a repeat. We're from Portland and have tried many breakfast places, this is the best I've ever had. 2 thumbs up.

I stopped by Hop N Bean today and it's a great new addition to Sisters. With excellent expresso coffee drinks made with Kobos Coffee and 20+ beers on tap it's my kind of place. Later I returned for a growlerette filled with a local craft beer. I'm looking forward to returning soon for a flatbread pizza, a pannio or one of those cookies the size of the recent "super moon."

Hop N Bean has a great vibe. Coffee was good and later the pizza on flatbread and beer was good as well. Like the relaxed ambiance and friendly service. They will be adding more food items in the future. My sister lives in Sisters and will be going there on a regular basis. Wish I lived there...

Not only do they charge to deliver 2 blocks but they were 30 minutes later then they said it would be and finally after getting it and trying it we tossed it. The dough on both pizzas were very very underdone and doughy, no taste and they both were cold not room temperature even but cold. The mediums were the size of a normal small anywhere else and for the price very disappointing, go to takodas instead for pizza
