Great pizza. Great service. Nice laid back atmosphere. Had the margarita pizza and it was great veggie alternative. Also had the bbq chicken which was heavy on the new sauce but still quite good. $3 a slice and worth it. Be sure to get the punch card for your free slice - you'll be back.

One of the more satisfying pizza places I've been to. Certainly not the best ever, but definitely the best in this price range in Salem. There isn't much seating or parking, but it still tastes good once you're home. I can't attest to anything but the veggie pizza though. The pesto is pretty flavorful and blends well with the assorted toppings.

I walked into the pizza place at 5:05, we were told our pizza would be ready in 25 minutes. At 6:00 we were informed that they may have given the pizza to someone else. After waiting for nearly an hour we decided it was best to get our money back than to wait another 25 minutes to get our pizza made. service was unacceptable. I am a very reasonable person who owns a business in the service industry but this was worthy of noting.

Meh. Went at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Pizza tasted like it had been sitting all day and then warmed up. The warming process burned parts of a couple of slices, it was obvious, but we were told to bring it back up if it didn't taste good. Seems like they would have replaced it right away. Maybe a fresh pie would be ok, but this was mediocre at best. I would give American Dream in corvallis 5 stars in comparison. We won't be back.

The pizza is really good and the specials always give you the ability to get what you want for relatively cheap. The beer selection is pretty good as well. If you want some New York style pizza, this is about the only place you can get it now that Church St has closed. I'm a big fan of the pizza here.

I'm kind of ify on this place, I've gotten sick a few times, most likely from some cross contamination with some things that I don't eat. I usually get the veggie pizza with pesto, mozzarella, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives and red onion. It is my favorite here and delicious, it is kind of greasy though, so I usually only have one slice max because by the time I start working on my second piece i get two bites in before I can't do the grease anymore. All of that being said it is delicious. The cheese pizza is too plain for my tastes, my kids love it though. Parking and seating can be minimum to non existent if you go during busier times. Also I think that contributes to them not getting around to clean tables because you'll often see the remains of Parmesan sprinkles and other pizza toppings on the table left over from other people. I like the specials, although I haven't really looked into full prices on getting an entire pie before the employees are friendly so that's also a plus.

Kind of spendy for two slices and a beer. One slice was good other was boring. Both were luke warm at best. Turn up the reheater and service it hot!

We stopped here while in Salem after reading good reviews. Very nice staff! BIG pieces of pizza. The chicken pizza with apinach was really good. The veggie one was just ok. GREAT salads!

The pizza is good here, a thin hand thrown crust to ole fashion way... Defiantly not gluten free... that's okay with me. They sell by the slice and have happy pizza hours during 3-5pm all slices 2.50 or the last hour of the night, a savings from the 2.75 to 3.75 prices. If you like beer with that pizza, they have a great selection of micro brews to choose, made locally of course. They also have outside dinning (we like to walk to dinner with the four-leggeds) , it made the pizza cold sitting outside since the pizza was by the slice it was not hot to begin with, but still enjoyed to pizza.

The pizza was great. And the they have a great beer selection (Quality over quantity). The ambiance was great also. Only thing is I got a salad and my tomatoe should have been thrown out as one piece had black spots... so can't give it a 5 star.

Great pizza! We finally found a great tasty pizza here in salem. The only reason why maybe Paddington pizza place is so popular is that they give the kids a free balloon! My young kids would rather have great pizza than a balloon!

This is great "by the slice" pizza. They have an awesome Zesty Garlic Sauce you can get with their breadsticks or your pizza. Zesty Garlic is great with the plain cheese pizza. They also have great locally brewed beers by Seven Brides and Ninkasi. Nice atmosphere at this location. When we need a quick, easy dinner on the run, this is my family's choice. They even have a nice patio for outdoor seating.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
