Paisano’s Italian Kitchen

Reviews:
I'm not an Italian food fan, but this place could convert anyone! Wonderful homemade pasta with the finest ingredients. Anything they make with lemon and seafood has been divine. Great salads too. Both thumbs up for this charming little cafe.
Hands down this is some of the best Italian cooking I have ever eaten. James the owner does all of the cooking himself homemade mozzarella lemon ricotta cookies, homemade lasagna and so much more this is a must go to place. Paisano's is our favorite place to go when we're in Rogue River.
Visiting in the area and my wife and after a long tired day of driving, our hotel suggested this cute little place to eat. We decided to stretch our legs and walk over ( about a half a mile walk to the restaurant ). When arriving we were shocked that our hotel after recommending this eatery, didn't tell us they were already closed for the night. Disappointed, we were about to turn away hungry and walk back when the owner opened the door asked if we were hungry and fed us like royalty. He set us up outside and it was the most delicious peaceful romantic meal I've had in a long time with my wife. Food was great- awesome service , thank you for going above and beyond - total class!

Reviews:
This place is great. Road trip Eugene OR to San Diego. Looking for a quick meal and this place waaaay exceeded my expectations. It is set up Chipotle-style: bowl, burrito or salad. Proteins include pork, chicken, steak and tofu. You should eat here (free iced tea on Friday). The End
Here's the first honest review I've seen. We Had two burritos and while it is better than most options in rogue river this is by far from 5 stars or Mexican food ( burritos ) the meat again while not fatty is cooked for something other than burritos the smoky flavor almost of charcoal over powers any of the wonderful organic ingredients they have available then you come to the cost. For what you receive organic or not it is three to four dollars more than what it is worth and you could honestly drive 20 minutes pay less for gas and your meal and get actual seasoned food . I wish the food choices in RR would realize this and actually attempt a good eating spot with out having over priced or under seasoned or just horrible food in general. Where are the chefs with love at these days. Not in Rogue River Sadly. Eaten here three times same disappoint each time friends and family will not be returning for a fourth insult
I love this place. Generous, homemade ingredients and a sign that says NO GMO's!! I had to wait in line for my burrito, but that's because each one is assembled with exactly what you tell them you want in it...and because there are so many people who have found out about this awesome little place. It was full of local people from nearby businesses. They work hard to please here. You can't go wrong.

Wife and I had a couple coffees here before we did a road trip we are local and wanted to try their coffee the coffees were sickening sweet nether one of us could get past the second sip they both went in the trash I will stick with Rogue Coffee Roasters in GP they make a great coffee
We visited this little coffee cabin kiosk next to the train tracks early Saturday morning on our way to Portland. There were 4 cars lined up for drive thru service as we walked to the service window. We were greeted immediately by a lovely young woman who got us our coffee super fast. The coffee is really fresh & very good. Very inexpensive too. This coffee place is a gem, all around.
Stopped here cause the diner coffee didn't satisfy me. There were three cars ahead of us and had to squeeze in to get off the road. The line moved surprisingly fast and was friendly greeted. Had a cappuccino and wife had a chai tea and both were excellent.

I've been going to Tarasco for over ten years and never been disappointed. The food is up with the best I've ever had of any kind and if it's not just right they'll make it or re-make it until you're satisfied. Juan is always ready to greet you with a smile and he's there what seems like 24/7 to make sure everything is just right.
My wife and I stopped in Rogue River for the night while on our way from our home in Sonoma county (just north of San Francisco) to Portland. Mexican food in Oregon? We were expecting some to toned down Americanized standards, but really had a nice surprise. Fresh fish tacos were delicious, and my Camarones a la diabla (though fairly mild for my taste) were very good
Tarasco's is our favorite Mexican restaurant in the valley. The service is always top-notch and very quick. We love their combination plates, fajitas, and their shrimp dishes. They make the best Camarones a la Crema I've ever had. The sweet little srawberry treat at the end is always welcome.

I love me some Abby's Pizza. Made a trip through southern Oregon and this place was close by for lunch time. So we made a lunch of Taco pizza and spuds. YMMMMM. Just wish there was one up in Northern Oregon (westside portland please)
Not so legendary And over priced. The pan pizza was soggy and didn't taste very good. The regular crust is ok but the cheese and toppings don't get cooked very well. I wouldn't eat here for the money it will cost you.
Hot and fresh a giant Hawaiian prima $17.99 Abby's is a great pizza, great salad bar too a warm cozy lodge like atmosphere, the specials are the best value though.Rogue river... thumbs up ! Right on and off the freeway.

Baci’s Pizza & Pasta

I had not been here i a while and Went here again this pizza was very good we really enjoyed the large pepporoni mushroom and black olives that we ordered
I ordered three large pizzas to be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived 35 minutes later (a little early) it seemed like my pizzas hadn't been started. I waited another 30+ minutes for my pizzas which made me late to my event. I was NOT happy. I must say the pizza was very good (the piece I ate) but it made me angry that I had to wait so long and was late because of them. Did they think I was not going to pick up my order so they didn't make my pizzas until I arrived? Maddening.
My rating of Baci's is somewhere between a 3 and a 4. I enjoy the calzone. To me it is the best valued item on the menu. For $9.95 you get a calzone that can feed two, or one person twice. I often like to order one with bacon, Italian sausage, artichokes and mushrooms. I like that it is close to home and I can have a pizza pie or calzone in my face in 20 minutes. I always feel that pizza is overpriced, but at least here at Baci's they pile on the ingredients. I know, some pizza snobs will argue that is not quality pizza, but I like it anyway. Although my favorite pizza place only uses about a 4th as much stuff on their pizzas, to me a good dough makes or breaks a pizza. The original recipe for this dough comes from San Francisco. This dough is good, but not the best I've ever had. Certainly better than Abby's, or Domino's, or Pizza Pizza, but they could work on making it not so chewy some times. When I was a kid they still threw the dough in the air and made it a spectacle. I've been coming here since I was young and it used to be called Bruno's. It's lost some of its magic for me that I remember, i.e. pizza parties with live sports and cool arcade games and lots of kids. That was years and years ago and it has changed owners a few times since, but they still employ high school kids, they still support youth sports as far as I know, and their extra large pizza pies weigh about 4 lbs.

BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger was good and fries were homemade good. Nothing terribly special but good. Staff were pleasant, decor could use some TLC but overall ok. Average diner type pricing, $9.99 for burger and fries.
Stopped here on the way to Washington state and again back home to Woodland. Great food, nice service both times. Local place.
Stopped here for a burger a few weeks ago...... no seasoning, and the wait staff spent most of the time just talking with each other. Good grief.
