My husband and I stopped by Red Martini for lunch on Saturday. I was so surprised by how lovely and fun the decor was, very well put together! I had the turkey croissant and my husband had the Rueben sandwich with housemade tomato bisque soup. Yummy!! Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. The waiter/bartender, Mat, was awesome as well. I tried, for the first time ever, a Mint Julip, because it was Derby Day! The Mint Julip was wonderful. All in all, from the ambiance, the food, the service (as well as the movie being shown on the wall) it was 5 stars all the way! Thank you!

Listen up Central Oregon, the best place to have lunch is called the Red Martini in Redmond Oregon. Matthew and Justin will grace you with the best customer service and food which is prepared for a king or queen. The drinks are fabulous to say the least and the food is exquisite and priced accordingly. At the Red Martini you get to experience a great atmosphere, fabulous customer service, and food that takes Central Oregon to another level without over-the-top pricing. Don't forget to take in the movie which is playing on the wall. I can't wait to go back and have dinner here. Thank you Redmond Oregon for having such a wonderful hidden gem. Thank you Red Martini for being the jewel that you are. You have a winning combination even the food channel needs to know about. Much success. Cathy M-r

Great establishment! Had dinner, friendly service, will return for sure. The bison burger is big, juicy and better than expected. Thank you Alex!

This is the place in Redmond. Better have reservations or get in early. Quality of the quisine is excellent and the prices are right. Forget any place in town if you have a discerning palate.

Nice ambience, good food. Alcoholic drinks are great, wasn't fond of the virgin drinks but that's not what most people come here for. Definitely has a classy, romantic feel and a lot of personality. We came the day after Christmas and they were packed, and somehow my reservation got lost, but they handled it well and got me a take anyway. Despite being the only one on the floor the waiter was always super friendly and nice, even after we had to send back the (virgin) hot chocolate. They really needed more people working but they probably weren't expecting it to be so busy, and everyone who was working was wonderful. Pricey, definitely makes a good treat.

Great date night place. We've been several times; for a meal or for drinks and dessert after a sushi dinner next door. The charcuterie and fromagerie plates are great appetizers. Except for a disappointing coconut shrimp 'bisque' one evening the food has always been great. Very good service, which is all the more exceptional for being in central Oregon where restaurants seem to compete for some kind of 'obnoxiously inattentive servers' award.

This was our 5th or 6th visit and I still have yet to be disappointed. They are always consistently exceptional. Food is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The drinks are to die for! I try a new one each time and I have yet to have a flavor that turns me off. Never too sweet, which is my most common complaint about new-age martinis and infusions. Usually, I have their bison burger, which is AM-AZ-ING!!!! It is not even the least bit gamey and they will cook it rare if you request. Tonight, I had the special, halibut cheeks with red pepper couscous. Excellent. These people know what they are doing! Keep up the good work!!!.....now, if Redmond could only support later hours for my night owl personality...;)

First class service provided by Matt as well as the food. Crab cakes are to die for as well as the salads. Lovely presentation of the food, atmosphere is delightful and probably the best place to eat in Redmond, Oregon.

Had the wedge salad and prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin. Loved the blue cheese on the salad and the pork tenderloin melted in your mouth. Will definitely be back.

My folks had tried this place with their group right after it opened and raved about it. We came and tried some of the martinis. They were very good!! We had the hummus appetizer which was tasty. My dad had the linguini with cream sauce and it tasted so good! I had the pork tenderloins with pomegranate glaze. The pork was tender and not dry. I don't normally care for sweet potatoes, but the SP hash made a believer out of me :-) Definitely would recommend going here and I will come back.

My wife and I recently went to dinner at the Red Martini and we were sure not disappointed. I had the French Pot Roast, my wife the Linguini Carbonara. The waitress (and owner) was very attentive, coming back frequently to check on us. She suggested a couple of wine choices, we tried two and chose Macon-Villages Chardonnay, we sure were not disappointed, it was great. The restaurant is a hidden gem of Central Oregon!!! Very eleagant, the art wok of the woman's profile was really nice. We will be back.

Was flying in from Seattle and wanted to meet my wife nearby for a nice dinner, so I took to Yelp and found the Red Martini Wine Bar & Grill. I texted her to meet me there at 8PM. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and found her waiting out front with a big closed sign on the door - despite the Yelp hours showing a 9PM close! As we were walking away, another couple was arriving to experience a similar disappointment. I suggest that anybody not desiring to waste their time go elsewhere - I know we (and the people we speak to) will.

I was in town for business and stopped by red martini for a long working lunch. The food, atmosphere, staff and experience were superb. I have nothing but nice things to say about red martini, a must stop place if you're in town!!!

The Hidden gem of Central Oregon. Very elegant, fun and eclectic vibe you can't find anywhere in Bend. With a bar menu you would expect to see in an upscale contemporary city club, this is the type of place you can get a little dressed up for a special occasion or stop by in your casual attire. The service is excellent and very personable. This was our second time here and we are already planning our next visit.

Been here twice now and blown away both times! I'm not an alcohol drinker which usually means I stick with water, but the wait staff and bartender get excited and have created two great drinks especially for me! Got to try the food this time and it was delicious! The King Salmon has a nice, balanced array of flavors. Simply put, this place is fantastic, great drinks, food, desserts packaged into a wonderful atmosphere!

I'm a big fan! Red Martini is doing something original and unexpected in Redmond. The tapas plates are just the right size and price. They are perfect for sharing but, because they are so tasty, hard to share at the same time. The martini list is a perfect mix of classic cocktails and seasonal varieties, with lots of options to choose from. My husband enjoyed a Moscow Mule (in a copper mug) and I had a seasonal grapefruit martini. We shared several plates including caprese salad and king salmon with green rice. Perfect place for a date night or girls night. Loved it!

Best thing to happen to Redmond in a long time! So thrilled to see this business flourishing. Food is amazing. Crab cakes a 10. Gnocchi a 10. Lamb sliders a 10. Mushroom Au Gratin a 10. Taste all the desserts you will be in heaven. Get them all and pass them around! Tasted 4 martinis and they were all amazing!

Great service and fun atmosphere. The seating is a bit cramped otherwise a 5 star review. The location in downtown Redmond is great. Awesome cocktails - where else can you get a good Manhattan in central Oregon?

Amazing looking food (i have yet to eat here ) and very up scale libations. high end so dress to impress. Both times i have visited for drinks the staff have been above par, attentive, and very skilled in making a great drink. The owner is in house and you can tell the place is run with pride and attention to detail. I recommend this this place for a serious date night for sure.

The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was awesome. The crab cakes are the best in Central Oregon! The Apple and carrot slaw served with crabcakes was wonderful. The French fries were to die for, and I'm not a big French fry fan. Simple but wonderful wine list serve by the glass. The martinis are delicious. LS and DD in Redmond Oregon.

We have been wanting to try this, finally managed to get there. The food was very good: The three of us had two kinds of salad, three different small plates, two glasses of wine and three different deserts. Nothing was less than excellent. We were each given an amuse-bouche consisting of some olives and pickled vegetables, which was a nice touch. The waitress was perfectly attentive, neither hovering over our shoulders, nor disappearing for too long. She also suggested one of the wine choices, which we found excellent. The seating was a little odd: We sat in red love seats, arranged with a table between. They were cushioned, and very comfortable, but not quite perfect when eating: Too soft and a bit too reclined. There are more standard seats available. The ambiance is "bistro", being a little too noisy for perfect quiet dining, but not so loud as to prevent conversation. The dining area is not large, and the tables are a little crowded. The (tiny) kitchen is open to the dining area behind a 5 foot wall. The menu is not large, offering a few salads and a half dozen or so each of appetizers and small plates. The wine list, though, is much larger, including several options by the glass. Oddly, there was a page of "sale wines" which were discounted 20% from the normal bottle price. We also tried some of the mixed drinks, which were tasty. Many of the suggested drinks have a "red" name theme (of course). We'll certainly be coming back. ** Truth in advertising: We know the chef, Robert Helwig, though we've never before had the pleasure of eating what he prepared. In fact, we're quite impressed with the quality that he puts through that tiny kitchen. **

Excellent for lunch. French onion soup to die for. Crab cakes and quiche both excellent.

I just love this place! The food is really good-the chef has developed a very creative menu - and now they do lunch. I am sure they will be very successful . It is great to find a fun bistro nearby without going into Bend.

Slow service. Drinks are better and cheaper at many more places in town. Food is OK. Martinis are OK. Gone twice. No desire to go again.

How great to have a fun, sophisticated but unpretentious place in Redmond. Interesting drinks they offer. Happy hour is great and was a wonderful setting for my wife's birthday with friends. Will definitely go back. A bit pricey but worth it for the ambience and the exceptional diversity in drinks and food. Definitely going back.

I came in to this establishment for the second time since it's been open. The first time I came in the service was exceptional and food was delightful. ...after my second time...the service was poor to mediocre. ...and the food was very bland....I believe the management staff need to go back to the drawing board. ...and revamp ....everything except ambience!

Great service - excellent for the area, actually. Very good food. Probably the best wine list in the city and one of the best in Central Oregon.

What a fun and delicious surprise. The red wall and Moulin Rouge feel just make you smile when you walk in. The martini menu, which I usually don't order but so glad I did was dangerously tasty,. The Red Martini was great and I'll be coming back for. The food was amazing and we finished the evening with the chocolate martini. The server's were fabulous, friendly and gave great suggestions.

Excellent martini's and terrific food. Had cake pop martini and red martini. Both super good. Asparagus salad, crab cakes, you name it, every food item ordered was very well done. Priced right too. Welcome to Redmond, love that you are here! Great place for a celebration or girls night out, or romantic night away from kids!
