i live right next to the mall and i love to go to panda any where else but this place like to charge alot for very little food and always an attitude from just about every worker there

Food snobs can piss off, Panda is good stuff when you need a basic Chinese fix for a very good price. The staff here was on top of things and the lines hence not long.

I call Panda Express --- Cheaper PF Chang's but then I call PF Chang's -- PFC which means Probably Fake Chinese (food). It's not all bad, if you don't care for the quality of the food and your intake (THAT DAY). ;)

I ate here whenever I shop in Washington square and the staff are generally nice, until just now when I used the coupon. I have the coupon received by doing an online survey and it says if you order 2 entrees, the third entree is free. I said extremely good words to this stall in the survey. Then everything changes. I showed the coupon to the guy who pick up the food and he gave me the third entree. Then when I paid for my food, they charged me the price of 3 entrees. I found the error and asked cashier the 3rd entree was from the coupon that is for free. Then there came 2 ppl, one was the guy who saw my coupon and gave me the 3rd entree, one is the manager-look lady. They just told me because I didn't show the coupon to them and one coupon could only use once. I was confused, I never used this coupon before. Then suddenly the manager look lady told her staff, " give another entree and let her get out of here!" Oh my god!!! I was not begging food here ok? I paid more than what I shall pay and now you asked your customer to get out of here when nothing was solved! I made me very upset and the food was cold. Lesson learned: if you wanna use coupon at Panda Express, think twice! They will treat you as beggars.
